We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Highley Manor, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our special day was truly unforgettable, and the venue played a significant role in making it perfect.

From the moment we saw the venue, we were struck by the beauty and charm of Highley Manor. On the day, the picturesque setting provided a stunning backdrop for our ceremony, which we were thrilled to hold outside thanks to the wonderful weather. The gardens and surrounding landscape added a magical touch to our vows, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere that we and our guests adored.

The organisation and coordination by the Highley Manor team were outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt at ease knowing that every detail was taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness and dedication ensured that our day was stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.

We are grateful to Highley Manor for providing such a fantastic venue and for their great service. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, thanks to this wonderful location and the exceptional team behind it. I couldn’t recommend Highley Manor more, the venue is absolutely beautiful. If you’re fortunate enough to marry outside at the Pavillion, the views are just breathtaking and the aisle walk is lovely and long, it really gives you time to soak up your moment.

On the lead up, our coordinator Fran was incredible, we had about a bazillion different email chains on various subjects and she was so responsive and helpful. On the day, I literally dropped our stuff in the entrance and Fran ensured that my vision came to life without me having to help at all. Just perfection!

The day ran absolutely seamlessly, there were no issues (at least none I was made aware of) and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. When Fran left, we were passed over to Max the evening coordinator and although it was the first time meeting him, he knew our wedding and the transition between the two was flawless. Honestly cannot thank them both enough!

One of the biggest compliments we got of our day was the food. The portions were big and the quality was out of this world. Not only that, we had a few dietary requirements with allergies and pregnancies and the Highley team ensured everyone was catered to.

The experience working with them was amazing, I am so glad we chose them as the venue for our special day. The ONLY improvement would be the after care, I know they’re an incredibly busy venue and I know the bride of the day needs to be their priority (and I respect that) but we pay until our check out time and I had some stress with items going missing and the team in the morning were quite dismissive which was a sad way to end the experience.
We also only used 50% of our bar tab and it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t been refunded and emails now take a week to respond to.

That being said, I’d choose them over and over again. Thank you Highley Manor team for making our day so incredible, the venue will always hold a special place in our hearts!

The most amazing day! The venue couldn’t do enough for us and Samantha was just wonderful! She helped us from the start and was accommodating to everything and anything. We had the best day!

Gorgeous venue! However, we had a power outage on couple of occasions (during viewing and on the actual day of the wedding). Apart from this, we had a lovely wedding, venue was highly complimented by guests. The power cut took some of our precious time (generator wasn't used soon enough), which delayed the programme, canapés and wedding breakfast/dinner, ended up actually being served in the dark. Luckily, our guests still enjoyed themselves, and were understanding. Staff remained otherwise friendly and professional. Communicated well with us throughout. They are always happy to answer questions no matter how many times you've asked them 😊

We had our magical day at Highley Manor on the 8th September 2023, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Our wedding Coordinator Gemma was an angel and deserves the highest praise, from the moment she first introduced herself as our coordinator she took a real invested interest in myself and my now husband, our story on how we met, got engaged our interests and we truly bonded. Every meeting was met with big hugs, she is truly an amazing human! On the day she took care of everything we did not have to lift a finger I was fully prepared and ready to be mucking in but it was all helped out of my car and as long as I explained where things needed to go the team took care of everything they were superstars between them and mulberry events who decorated our wedding the whole wedding was magical.
Gemma was on hand all day with water stations and fans due to the heatwave and nothing was too much trouble.
I honestly could not thank you all enough for making our day so special on behalf of myself and my husband thank you Gemma and the team!

We had our wedding in Highley Manor in April this year and everyone loved the place. The staff from the planning up to the wedding day were very approachable and helpful. They would respond quickly to your queries and you don't feel pressured at all as they are highly organised in coordinating.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I guess that was important to us because the guests would always remember the food.

I commend all the staff for an excellent service!

When we first saw Highley Manor we knew immediately we wanted to get married there. Once the money was sent we found it extremely difficult to get in touch with them as no emails were replied to and no one answered the phone for some time. Eventually we did get responses but we found them to be not as flexible as we would have liked in certain areas. The day itself was incredible, our wedding coordinator was amazing on the day, very attentive and made the day run smoothly. Then the evening came and after the coordinator went home everything seemed to go down hill. Our guests were told they could only drink either wine or beer as the bar staff didn’t have time to serve them, the bar staff didn’t stick to the house rules that we had set so the tab went extremely quickly and what’s more, they didn’t even know the brides name when people asked for drinks for her. The rooms were not what we were shown when we walked around the venue and certainly not what you would expect to get for the money that was paid as they were cold and falling apart. Obviously the day itself was amazing but when hearing stories from family members after the event of how disappointed they were, it’s always going to leave a sour taste in your mouth. We have raised these concerns with Highley Manor but unfortunately they just confirmed the issues back to us without telling us what they will be doing to resolve them in the future and make sure they don’t happen again. We were never after any sort of compensation, we just wanted to know another couple would not have the same issues we did.

My partner and I got married at Highley Manor a few weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect.

The team were great at helping me organise the day and were fantastic and ensuing the day ran smoothly and all guests were catered for.

The venue were really accommodating of us wanting to use a mini golf course and helped us to plan the day around it.

The food was outstanding and there was a great choice of drinks at the bar for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.

Having the rooms to stay at Highley is great after a night of dancing and ensures that everyone is able to relax and slip off to bed whenever they want.

Cannot recommend Highley and the team enough for their part in making our day so special.

They made the day run so smoothly without feeling rushed or moved around. They always replied quickly and were so helpful with any changes or questions I had.
The food was amazing quality, tasted great and big portions.

We came across Highley Manor on facebook, and we are so happy we did! From start to finish the team at the venue have been so helpful, nothing has been too much, and the day was perfect. We moved our ceremony outside last minute as we had good weather, and the team moved everything around with no stress to us at all. We worked with Molly (coordinator) and she was amazing! Nothing was too much in the lead up or on the day, she was so professional and also very friendly and approachable (which is great when you have 1000's of questions!). We can't recommend the venue and the team at Highley Manor enough, we had the perfect wedding day.

Igor is in control and fills you with confidence. the venue was exclusively ours and it really did feel that way.
