Your guests can also enjoy the convenience of a private bar, creating a memorable atmosphere for your special day.

Services Offered

Choose from our three bespoke packages: Rose, Orchid, and Peony. The Rose Package, starting from just £77 per person based on a minimum of 60 guests, is designed to cater to all your needs for a memorable day.

Included in all our packages are a wedding menu tasting for two, half a bottle of wine per person, preferential bedroom rates for all guests, and a complimentary overnight stay for the bride and groom on their wedding night. We also offer a choice of food and drink options to suit the preferences of the couple.

Evening reception

The service of everyone involved was amazing from the very first meeting to the night itself. The food was amazing exceeded our expectations, the room itself was perfect, clean and tidy.

Holly and her team were amazong throughout the whole experience making for a stress free time.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Venue Hire 19/07/25

After looking at a few of the hotels in Crawley we chose The Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth to host our Ceremony & Reception. We wanted somewhere we could do it all in one place & be able to have an intimate bespoke wedding. The hotel is clean & modern after a big refurb last year. They offer a variety of options for weddings. We were looked after by the events Manager Holly Boyden who was professional and helpful, offering advice on how best to set up the reception room etc. The whole team looked after us very well on the day and everything went smoothly. The ceremony room & reception rooms were the perfect size for the amount of guests we had. All of our guests commented on how lovely the venue was & how nice the food was, especially the sausage rolls, which were "banging". Our guests that stayed at the hotel all loved the rooms, saying how clean & modern they were with lovely showers/facilities & a great buffet breakfast. We also agreed, our daughter has already asked if we can stay at the hotel again! All of the hotel staff were friendly & professional & were quick to assist when needed. We had a fantastic time & would definitely recommend this hotel

A beautiful day!

Me and my husband were married here on the 17th May. We booked just under a year in advance & the process was smooth sailing throughout. Holly was supportive, helpful & always on call if I had any requests. Our day was so lovely, all our friends & family had a brilliant time & we were very happy with everything overall. The venue is lovely and even with a couple of slight mistakes on the day we honestly didn’t mind and were very chilled throughout. We do definitely recommend for anyone considering this venue.

Great place to have a wedding

My Husband and I got married here in July or 2024. We booked our wedding 2 years previous. Holly and Megan helped us to plan and execute our big day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a menu tasting 2 months before the wedding, which was included in our package. Even the drinks were on them for the evening. The food was outstanding both at the tasting and on the day. We had so many compliments on the food, especially the pudding! We had the use of our room all day, so that me and my bridesmaids could get ready there. Anything on the day that was needed was no trouble for the staff. From locating extra extension leads, to serving me and my bridal party drinks in the room. They even made sure that they had our favourite drinks on the bar for the night. They have a brand new dancefloor that we used which was great and one less thing for us to find. Once our vendors had been booked, the girls took over sorting out times and arrangements for drop off and pick ups. We had the room the night before so I could decorate at my leisure. Holly and Magan kept in touch for the whole process and we had several meeting to make sure everything was perfect. The whole day was magical and a exactly what my husband and I had imagined. Couldn't recommend them more. The location was great too for our flights the next day for the honeymoon. We will be back, even if just for an afternoon tea! 5 stars for sure.

Our incredible day

Holly and the events team were genuine stars. Nothing was impossible and they made everything happen exactly how we wanted. Even suggesting things that we didn't think of.
The staff on the day were incredible and helpful and attentive. Holly and George worked tirelessly to make our day as special as possible and delivered to perfection.
Beautiful rooms, food was amazing. Couldn't of been happier!

Wedding of my dreams

From the beginning of our journey right up to the morning after the wedding the service was amazing. Our wedding coordinator Claire was so attentive and helpful throughout the wedding and the run up to it. The food was amazing, the grounds of the hotel was amazing for woodland photos. Would definitely recommend to any brides/grooms to be!

Amazing venue

Megan and Holly and the rest of the team was amazing from start to finish. They kept in contact though out the 2 years prep before wedding. On the day everyone was welcoming and nothing was too much. If your on a budget or just wanting something small this is the place to go. The food was great. Everyone said they really enjoyed it. F&B helped us with the setting up of the room before we added our center pieces.. Highly recommend to anyone

A wedding day truly WORTH having at Holiday Inn

From our first meeting with Holly, our wonderful wedding coordinator and events manager of the hotel, to the final moments of our special day, our experience at Holiday Inn Worth Gatwick was nothing short of amazing.

We were initially anxious coming to the big day as we were putting everything all together however, Holly made this experience so much easier, guiding us through every step with patience and enthusiasm. Holly interacted with our suppliers, met with them personally, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and that all setups were perfectly aligned.

When we first visited the venue, we were instantly convinced it was the perfect place for us. We were eagerly shown the beautiful spaces that could be transformed for our ceremony and reception.

The service was impeccable, with every staff member working seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure our day was perfect.

We cannot thank Holly enough for her dedication and hard work. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. We’d also like to mention George, Graham and the rest of the staff at Holiday Inn Worth Gatwick. Every member of the team showed care and dedication and were all very professional.

The day of the wedding was truly amazing.

Perfect bespoke wedding venue

We had such a great wedding at Holiday inn Gatwick Worth! Holly was fantastic and worked with me to create my perfect bespoke intimate wedding. Communication was efficient and Holly ensured everything was planned exactly how I wanted it. The food was fantastic, suppliers were organised and staff on the night were professional and friendly . Highly recommend this venue for any event!

Wedding Day

Our wedding at Holiday inn

We had our beautiful wedding here, and it was a wonderful evening. The staff were knowledgeable, passionate and attentive, the facilities beautifully maintained and the atmosphere welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the full experience at a fraction of the cost!

May Wedding

We had our wedding here and couldn't have wished for a better day. The venue was suited exactly to what we wanted and the day went smoothly without any problems thanks to the team led by Holly. She was always on hand from booking to finish to answer any questions and make sure the day went perfectly. The catering team were also brilliantly led by George. All our guests said how good the day moved and how the food was. We couldn't recommend more anyone looking for a venue and more importantly a team that will look after you on your big day than Holly and her events team and George and the catering team at the Holiday Inn. It is more than a hotel and the team work hard to make it everything you want.

Our wedding on the

Our wedding at the holiday inn Gatwick worth was so perfect and so well organised I couldn’t ask for more! The service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. Organising our wedding was so less stressful as the hotel organised most things. Thank you holiday inn.

Wow, amazing, professional and friendly!

I and my new Husband had our wedding here on Saturday 5th August 2017. From start to finish Stacie, our Wedding Co-Ordinator was very professional; meeting all of our expectations and needs, The standard of service was exceptional (This was very high on our expectations, considering my new Husband has been working in the hospitality industry for 30+ years). The food was amazing, everyone commented on how delicious and tasty it was on the day! I and my mother stayed over the night before, this couldn't have run any smoother. The hotel staff couldn't have done more for us, from moving a fridge for my sisters baby bottles to getting an extension lead for the hair stylist. Stacie is very friendly, communicating by phone and email every week, or maybe days before the wedding and nothing was a problem. We felt the day ran so smoothly because we had built an excellent professional relationship with Stacie, we knew we could trust her. The DJ (Mike), stayed all day, playing our music at our Ceremony, Reception and onto 1 am; amazing! Thank you to everyone at the hotel, for the fantastic customer service, you would expect this from a 5** Top London Hotel.
