Susan and Quinn’s Catering are amazing. The service from initial meetings through to the day of the Wedding. No question was too big or small, with Susan taking everything in her stride and making us feel so comfortable in the decisions we were making. She was on hand with ideas to make the day feel even more special and her staff were faultless - from after ceremony drinks, canapés all the way through the wedding breakfast and evening reception. They were always on hand, so helpful and polite and always putting the guests first. We have had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they had been to, partly due to the service and the quality of the food - dare we mention the sweet chilli sausages?! The amount of requests we have had for where they are from….. we had people queuing up for canapés as they came round (yes, they were that good) and the BBQ platter and trio of desserts went down an absolute storm - we all ate like royalty! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our day, with Slindon, Susan and her staff (plus the food) being a huge part of that! The venue is incredible, Susan is so generous with her time and knowledge and her staff are amazing. From what could have been a very stressful build up and day Susan helped us breeze through it. She has all the contacts you could dream of and we couldn’t have made it such a special day without her!

Our while experience with Fontwell was faultless from start to finish. From when we attended to view the venue, the menu tasting right through to finalising details just before our big day Melanie could not have been more helpful. Everything ran so smoothly and we were not bothered with the finer detail at all. Melanie and the team covered everything behind the scenes. On the day of our wedding we could not have been happier with the service we were provided with. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. All through the day people were checking to see if my new husband and I had everything we wanted and that we were happy with how the day was going. We could not have asked for example better wedding day, the staff were all so attentive and all the hard work Melanie did planning the day for us definitely paid off. All of our guests left the day saying how wonderful it was and one couple that attended are now planning to get married at Fontwell themselves. Finally, we would just like to say a massive thank you to Melanie and the team for everything you did for us!

Wow… what an absolutely incredible venue. Our wedding at The Norfolk Arms on 29th November was everything we dreamed of for a perfect winter wedding. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and the entire team made the day feel effortless, magical and completely personal to us. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character, charm and warmth, but it’s the staff who truly make it exceptional. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely invested in making our day special. The reception team catered to every little request, always with a smile. The bridal suite was amazing. It was the perfect space for getting ready with my bridesmaids, light, spacious and so comfortable. The team brought breakfast and coffee up on a tray, and later delivered bacon butties to keep us all going. Those thoughtful touches made the morning feel relaxed, fun and memorable. A huge thank you must go to Karen, who supported us throughout the entire planning journey. She was superb, organised, reassuring, warm and always just a message away when we needed anything. In the run up to the big day and on the day itself, she checked in regularly, made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at every stage. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere perfect and the whole experience faultless. We truly could not have chosen a better venue for our winter wedding. Thank you to everyone at The Norfolk Arms for giving us the most incredible day. We would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning location with a brilliant team who genuinely care.

The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect. They guided us through the process with ease, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The ceremony room was breathtaking, feeling both grand and intimate at the same time.
