Our wedding at the Midland Hotel Bradford was nothing short of perfect, and we cannot thank the team enough for everything they did to make our day so special.

From the moment we booked, nothing was ever too much trouble. The planning process was smooth, professional and reassuring throughout, and we always felt completely supported.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We held our ceremony and wedding breakfast in the French Ballroom and our evening reception in the Princess Ballroom, and both rooms are truly breathtaking. The hotel bedrooms are beautiful, and the bridal suite is flawless – the perfect place to get ready and unwind after the celebrations.

The food was outstanding and received so many compliments from our guests. The cocktails were equally fantastic and enjoyed by everyone. It was clear that great care and attention had gone into every aspect of the day, right down to the smallest finishing touches and details.

What really sets the Midland apart, however, is the people. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely invested in making our day a success. The hotel is spotless, the reception team are incredibly efficient, and Sandra in particular was excellent throughout.

The waiting and bar staff were equally wonderful. Charlotte remembered us from my bridal shower at the hotel, which was such a lovely personal touch and made us feel truly valued.

A special mention must go to Jo, the Wedding Specialist. She is simply incredible. Our wedding was a large and busy event with lots of suppliers and moving parts, yet everything ran seamlessly. If there were any problems, we never heard about them because Jo handled everything calmly and professionally behind the scenes. She went above and beyond from the day we booked right through to the wedding itself, and our day would not have run so smoothly without her.

Sandy from the events team was also an absolute pleasure to work with and was always helpful, approachable and supportive.

One of the things we appreciated most was that, despite being a large hotel, they made us feel like we were the only wedding that mattered. The entire team genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and that level of service is something we will never forget.

Every expectation we had was exceeded. If you're considering the Midland Hotel Bradford for your wedding, book it. We would choose it again in a heartbeat.

We fell in love with the Midland Hotel as soon as we walked through the door, after seeing the rest of the hotel and especially the French Ballroom that was the place we wanted to be.
The staff were brilliant and helped make it quite a stress free day. It was even better because we had our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening disco/buffet all in the one place. The French ballroom was dressed up exactly how we wanted it. The food we picked for the day was delicious.

Would highly recommend amazing helpful and just made very think stress free it was perfect went above and beyond for us. And it was cost was a good value All the staff were fantastic and Jo was always in case I needed anything

All I can say is wow! The value for money was amazing! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and timeless. The day was perfect from beginning to end! The food and buffet was both amazing!

Have just got married at the Midland Hotel and I have to say the hotel and their staff outdid my expectations. The events planners are the loveliest of ladies and nothing was too much in helping us get to the wedding day with everything in order as we wanted. We went for the gold package and the food was very very good, our guests really enjoyed the food and spending our day in the most beautiful French ballroom. Even having last minute vegetarians and nut allergies announcing themselves didn't put the staff off their resolve in making this the best day for me and my husband.

From start to finish everything was amazing! The wedding packages are such good prices! We would recommend 100%. The French ballroom is my favourite and would love to host another event/party here. Our wedding coordinator Frederica was so accommodating to everything we mentioned. We couldn’t have done the day without her.

We had our wedding evening at The Midland Hotel and stayed for B&B the night of.
Frederica was the lady who co ordinated our day and helped us organise everything. She was always on hand and so helpful when I had queries and ideas! We always felt like she was there to look after us and work around any limits we might have had.
The care and commitment from staff on our day was amazing and we didn’t feel at any point like things weren’t going right or being messed up (coming from a bit of a control freak). They were all great and organised and we’re sure to check in when needed and keep up with any slight changes.
Any pricing we encountered were very good and the food was amazing! The little date/taster session we had before hand was a great idea and made us more excited for the food on the day.
After visiting other venues, The Midland and mainly Frederica from the very start made us feel comfortable and happy that they would do what they could to help us have the best day! And we did.

Well what can I say, I have no words to describe how thankful I am to Sharon and her team. If it wasn't for them myself and my husband wouldn't have had a wedding. My previous venue fell through suddenly and It was a blessing in disguise. Sharon settled my nerves and pulled together the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined. Nothing was too much. The hotel is stunning, staff are friendly and welcoming and always on hand if you need anything. Our family felt so welcomed and looked after. The food was beautiful, and I would 100% recommend. The rooms were clean and beautifully done. The bridal suite was perfect for myself and my bridesmaids to all get ready in. There was so much room. Sharon had everything sorted for us. We had absolutely nothing to do except enjoy our special day. Thank you so much Sharon and your team we will never forget your kindness.

A superb central location with easy access to public transport. The food choices and quality was excellent providing very good value for money.

Sharon was amazing from the day we met her she couldn’t do enough for us . All the extra touches the private breakfast . Helping set the room up allowing us decorate the day before . The day went perfectly and was seamless nobody wanted for anything . The whole team throughout the day were completely professional and made everyone e feel like they were special .

We came in to the Midland because of the beautiful architecture, the French ballroom was exactly the kind of space we had in mind for our reception. The team were lovely and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day possible, we are very grateful for the effort they put in.

The ball room was fantastic and gave our guests and wow factor, the bridal room was the best and offered all that we needed.
The hotel give a grand and Victorian English style ,the decorations on the sealing are magical the chandelier is wonderful and central of discussion among our guests.
Food was very good and well presented, staff were very personal and thank you Sharon for going beyond your duties to make the day a success your presence on the day give me and my wife assurance that you cared and in control.
