We had the absolute best day of our lives at the vineyard. We organised this whilst living down South and having only visited the venue twice before the wedding. Holly was incredible at sorting everything out, communication was great and they ensured evrththing went well on the day. Many of our guests had never being to Yorkshire before and commented how incredible the venue was. We had a range of needs from guests which were all catered for. Couldn't recommend enough!

Holmefirth Vineyard ticked every box for us! We stayed the night before in the Eco Apartments with our guests, and got married at 12pm on the next day 26/6/25. The day was perfect, the team was professional from start to finish and couldn’t do enough for us. All our guests commented on how good the venue & service was, absolutely 5 star all the way. We had an all you can eat breakfast Friday morning together with our guests back in the venue before we left. We really didn’t want our wedding to end it was just perfect. Excellent value for money, we married on a Thursday so we could budget for the accommodation for our guests too. The suppliers that work with the venue are excellent we used Pink Blossom weddings for the decor, and Tall Paul for the evening entertainment & secret waiters at our meal! This really got the party started. The wedding team were awesome from start to finish, covered every little detail for us ❤️ we can’t recommend the venue enough it really is a Gem ❤️

We held our wedding reception at Holmfirth Vineyard, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing – every guest commented on how delicious it was – and the staff were so kind, helpful, and professional throughout. I handed over boxes of decorations, photos, and little bits with some notes, and they completely transformed the space into a beautiful, personal celebration.

The accommodation was perfect, comfortable, and convenient for us and our guests. The venue itself was the ideal size for our wedding – 60 guests during the day and 100 in the evening – and it felt intimate yet spacious at the same time.

The views are stunning and made the perfect backdrop for our day, and we now have memories to last a lifetime in a place we can keep coming back to. Holmfirth Vineyard will always hold a special place in our hearts – we couldn’t have asked for more.

Holmfirth Vineyard offers totally stunning views, delicious food, and a gorgeous setting for a wedding. But what set the venue apart for us was the staff who were responsive, knowledgeable and kind from the very first meeting at one of the vineyard open days, to the day after when we were nursing sore heads. Tom, Helena, and the whole team could not have done more for us to make sure that the day was perfect. Several of our guests remarked on the beauty of the venue but a fair few more complimented the food and the lovely staff. If you’re thinking of booking your wedding here, don’t hesitate!

We had the most incredible day at Holmfirth Vineyard – it’s the most beautiful setting for a wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

The staff were amazing, especially Helena and Tom, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They helped set up all our décor and the extra items we dropped off, which meant we could truly sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing.

The food was unbelievable – we’ve had so many guests tell us it was “the best food they’ve ever been served at a wedding”, and we couldn’t agree more!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Holmfirth Vineyard highly enough. It’s a stunning venue with a wonderful team that makes the day feel effortless. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate our 1-year anniversary! 💕

Wow... where to start! We chose to have our ceremony at our local church followed by the reception at Holmfirth Vineyard. The food, staff, views and music were perfect. We decided to DIY our day and the Vineyard was the perfect canvas for us to make the day and space feel special for us. The views are spectacular and completely blew all our guests away (along with the food about which we have heard nothing but great feedback)!

In the run up to our wedding we had a lot of things we needed extra support with from wheelchair access for elderly relatives to additional support for disabled family members. We could not have received kinder and more thoughtful service and communication from all the staff at Holmfirth Vineyard. This even stretched to the staff offering to personally drive guests down to the accommodation to ensure that the disabled family member had everything he needed while the other guests continued to party in the evening.

Holmfirth Vineyard and the staff made our day perfect and we look forward to returning to celebrate our anniversaries in years to come!

We got married in May 2025, and we are so glad we booked Holmfirth Vineyard. After viewing several Yorkshire venues, we loved the vibe and the space at the Vinyard.

As quite an organised person I really appreciated the help and quick responses form Tom and Mia. Who are clearly experienced and make time to ensure your wedding will run smoothly. Despite getting married in May the Vinyard made for a lovely backdrop. We got very lucky with the weather and it felt like we were abroad!

We received lots of compliments on how the day went and how great the food was. As a vegetarian there were lots of options to choose from, and everyone was very full by the end of the day.

We had a slight issue with parking, but this was because more people drove to the venue than we thought would, which made for a few people rushing to park before the ceremony. Something that can be fixed easily, by just advising anyone who is driving there to give themselves lots of time. And to suggest that anyone who is staying int he apartments o park there to free up more spaces.

We got married in July 2025, on a hot day with temperatures up to 30 degrees with around 60 guests in attendance.

On the day, we cannot fault the staff - they took care of everything, set up the venue beautifully and really looked after us. They communicated well through the day and had us in the right place at the right time so we didn't have to think too deeply about anything other than getting married. We provided our own decorations with instructions which were followed by the team on each flip of the room.

The Vineyard is a stunning location. We were blessed with a beautifully sunny day and had many comments about how it felt like we were in the south of France. The floor to ceiling windows in the reception room let a lot of light in and gave the room an elegant glow. This room also had air con, which was greatly welcomed. The rest of the venue consists of the bar area, a couple of seating areas and the outside patio, which was a great space that was well utilised by guests. Every photo taken on the day is set against a dramatic backdrop that's second to none.

The food from the canapes, to the wedding breakfast, to the evening food, to breakfast the following morning was all top tier with great portion sizes. All of our guests had great feedback with the food, including the children's menu.

We stayed at the accommodation with a number of our guests the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding, with an extra day afterwards just for ourselves. The accommodation was fantastic, with a good number of rooms to house our nearest and dearest. The rooms were a good size, and the courtyard area was a great space for us to come together and have some drinks the night before.

We used the DJ provided by the Vineyard, and although it wasn't the DJ we were originally expecting due to holidays, he did a great job and used the requests we'd gathered before the wedding from our guests. We especially loved how he got people onto the dancefloor by shouting them out when their song came on!

In the run up to the wedding throughout the planning stages, communication and responses were a little slow at times. We also didn't have the greatest start with the Vineyard, as we originally booked a day that was then given to another couple within our 'hold' period. This meant we then had to scramble around to find another date that worked for our friends and family, as we'd already decided that the Vineyard was the perfect location for us. The Vineyard did try to make this up to us by offering us some complimentary upgrades, but we still had to pay a considerable amount more money due to our next available date being in a different season. While this was a negative point, we'd like to think this was a one off and a weird accidental situation.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and our day couldn't have gone any better. We'd like to thank all the staff (shoutout to Tom and Holly), as without them it wouldn't have been as smooth and enjoyable as it was. We would definitely recommend the Vineyard as a wedding venue for anyone who is looking for a beautiful Yorkshire landscape with an intimate vibe. Liking a good bottle of wine also doesn't hurt!

We fell in love with the Holmfirth Vineyard straight away when we first went to view it. Organizing went smoothly and staff were fantastic from start to finish. Honestly they made our day as perfect as possibly could be and I wouldn't change a single thing. Everyone said their food were fantastic, the drinks were great, the entertainment was brilliant. My wife and I attended an open day at Holmfirth Vineyard in November 2023 after viewing many venues to host our future wedding.
From the minute we walked in, was greeted by the staff and shown everything the vineyard had to offer, we were immediately sold.
We booked our wedding, that day, for 31st May 2025, allowing plenty of time for us to organise everything necessary.
Having the ability to have our ceremony, wedding breakfast, evening ball as well as Accomodation under one roof (Accomodation in very close proximity) was exactly what we were looking for.
The venue staff were on call for guidance and assistance for the entire 18 month build up, helping us with moving parts, finer details, allocation of rooms, the set up and break down of the day and everything else in between.
My wife and I wanted for nothing during the build up (kept my wife’s mind at ease) or in the day.
Every single guest that attended (120 in total) stated how much of a perfect day and evening it was.

The catering was second to none, from canapés, after the vowels, through the wedding breakfast and evening buffet.

The DJ, Tall Paul was a superstar. Conversing before the event to ensure the music played suited our requirements through to ensuring every guest had a night to remember.

Finally the staff, every single member of staff bent over backwards to ensure we, and our guests, had a day to remember. Nothing was an issue, from arrival to dispersal, there were smiles, assistance and helping hands throughout.
The manager and his assistant (Tom and Ashley) were absolutely brilliant. They took any stress and worry off of our shoulders in advance of the wedding through communications. On the day of our wedding they corralled our guests, controlled movements and timings as well as ensured every single person had a day to remember.

The venue, no matter how large or small, is a perfect location for your wedding. It has everything you require under one roof, set with outstanding scenery with staff that will assist you through every aspect of your special day.

We could not have chosen a better venue to get married at! The views are stunning and make the perfect setting for gorgeous photos. Communication from the staff was always quick and friendly, they were happy to answer any questions we had. They went the extra mile on the day when I spilled soup on my dress – coming up with various ideas of how to get it out and they worked! A special thanks to Holly for that! We had so many compliments from the guests about the venue, and everyone loved the food. The on site accommodation is a huge bonus, it was great to have our closest family with us the night before and to have breakfast included the next day with everyone made the whole experience feel complete. We would recommend the Vineyard to everyone!

We recently had our wedding at Holmfirth Vineyard and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The setting is stunning, the food was delicious (so many of our guests commented on how good it was!), and the whole day felt so relaxed and intimate.

Communication throughout was excellent, and every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. The team went above and beyond – from putting my bouquet in water, to helping with my dress, to shuttling our guests up to Coddy’s Farm.

All those thoughtful little touches made such a difference. We felt truly looked after and couldn’t be more grateful to the Holmfirth Vineyard team for giving us the most wonderful, memorable day.

We had a very small intimate wedding at the Vineyard so our day was bespoke, the lovely team at Holmfirth Vineyard made sure the day was perfect. The food, accommodation and value for money was exceptional and we could not have been happier. The views are amazing and even though our day was slightly cloudy we have the fantastic backdrop in most of our photos.
We stayed in the accommodation which is just down the hill and is well equipped with everything you could need, very comfy beds and spacious enough. Breakfast the day after was cracking and nothing was too much trouble. We throughly enjoyed every part of our wedding and cannot wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Holmfirth Vineyard! We loved the package that we used because lots of things were included (e.g. DJ, food, drinks) which meant the day went very smoothly and we didn't have to worry about the details. We had a few last minute changes which the Vineyard were happy to accommodate. Some guests had specific dietary requirements and they were catered to by the staff so they could enjoy the food. The staff were so helpful and kind. Finally, it goes without saying that the views are incredible and such a magnificent backdrop for a wedding. The day was perfect, we would highly recommend.
