We understand that there’s a lot to consider, so we’ve made it easier by offering a selection of packages to suit your needs.
Classic Package
Perfect for larger celebrations, the Classic Package is for 40 day guests and 70 evening guests. It includes:
- Room hire for your wedding breakfast and evening reception
- Welcome drink
- Wine with your wedding breakfast
- Two-course wedding breakfast
- Toast drink
- Chair covers and sashes
- Disco and evening buffet
Pricing:
- £4,000 for 2025
- £4,100 for 2026
- £4,200 for 2027
Note: If you’d like to increase the number of guests, that’s absolutely fine, as long as it doesn’t exceed the capacity of the room.
Twilight Package
If you’re planning a more intimate evening celebration, the Twilight Package may be just what you’re looking for. This package is for 50 evening guests and includes:
- Room hire for the evening reception
- Welcome drink
- Canapés
- Finger buffet
- Disco
Pricing:
- £2,750 for 2025
- £2,850 for 2026
- £2,950 for 2027
Note: As with the Classic Package, guest numbers can be increased as long as they fit within the room’s capacity.
Intimate Package
For those who want to celebrate with close friends and family, our Intimate Package is ideal. This is for up to 40 guests and includes:
- Room hire
- Welcome drinks
- Two-course wedding breakfast
- Toast drink
Pricing:
- £65 per person for 2025
- £70 per person for 2026
- £75 per person for 2027
Cultural Celebrations
If you’d like to incorporate cultural traditions into your wedding, we offer self-catering options to ensure your celebration reflects your unique heritage. Whether it's a Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Caribbean, or any other celebration, we’re here to help. Plus, you’re welcome to bring in specialised caterers to serve your authentic cuisine.
Self-catered Packages:
- £3,500 for 2025
- £4,000 for 2026
- £4,500 for 2027
Add-Ons
For all packages, you can add ceremony room hire for £500. The guest numbers can also be increased, as long as this does not exceed the capacity of the room you can bring as many guests as you wish.

Complimentary Perks
All packages include a complimentary stay for the happy couple on the night of the wedding and discounted accommodation rates for your guests.

Our December Wedding
There are different options to suit your budget & we found the cost very reasonable.
The venue was dressed by Debs Events Venue Decorators which I would highly recommend. Sarah & Debs worked well together & the venue looked perfect. The food was very good & the choice varied, everyone worked so hard we could not fault the day at all.

A huge special mention has to go to our wedding planner, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful, approachable and accommodating throughout the whole process. No request ever seemed too much, and she always did her best to help us and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Having someone so supportive behind the scenes made such a difference in the run-up to our wedding and on the day itself.
We did have a couple of issues along the way, but what really impressed us was how they were dealt with. The staff listened to our concerns and worked to resolve them, rather than leaving us to worry about them.
The hotel staff also went above and beyond after an unfortunate incident on our wedding night. Some of our younger guests unfortunately vomited in our room, leaving quite a mess. The hotel staff cleaned the room for us completely free of charge. After a very long and emotional wedding day, it was such a relief to have them take care of it without making us feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
Despite the couple of hiccups, our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and we have so many happy memories from our time at the Holiday Inn Brighouse. We really appreciated how accommodating and helpful the staff were, and our wedding planner in particular deserves a massive thank you for everything she did for us.
Thank you to the whole team for helping make our 31st January 2026 wedding so special. It is a day we will remember and treasure forever. 💍💜

World class experience
The team here at the holiday inn should be seriously proud of what they offer. We had the most perfect, wonderful day at their venue. From the second we checked in the day before our wedding to the second we left, every single staff member we encountered was just a beautiful human. Nothing was too much trouble; everyone was as happy to help; everyone was hardworking, pleasant; kind, friendly. Every single one of our guests commented on how fantastic the team was. The way the team transformed the room from a shell to the most stunning ceremony room I’ve ever seen, to the most wonderful wedding breakfast set up; to then a beautiful evening reception was absolutely unbelievable. It was everything I could have ever hoped for and more.
A special shout out to the wonderful bar staff for the evening who were the perfect backing dancers to every single song we listened to! It absolutely made everyone’s night.
Behind every great team is a great leader; and that’s Sarah. Sarah is an angel sent from the heavens. She made us feel like we were the most important people in the world every time we met nothing was ever too much trouble. She was the perfect guide, leading us on this journey. She’s hugged us, jumped for joy with us, cried with us and i will honestly miss her. She has been such a ray of sunshine. Her positivity radiates through the whole venue and the team are clearly a strong one with her guidance and leadership. Without Sarah; I doubt highly the best day of our lives would have ever happened. She will always be a massive part of such a special memory and day and there really aren’t enough words to express how truly special she is!
The food at the venue was absolutely stunning. Presentation and attention to detail was gorgeous, the taste was absolutely outstanding and the portions were fantastic. The evening meal was just as fantastic. Everyone commented on the quality and taste!
If I was going to do it all over again, I’d do everything exactly the same. The whole day was spectacular from 6.30am when we had breakfast til 12.45am when the day finally ended. Every second was fabulous.
I truly could not recommend this place more.
Thank you for giving me the most perfect wedding day I could have ever dreamed of!
