Set in the middle of a 300-acre farm, The Tithe Barn nestles under beech hangers close to the South Downs Way on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex.
The barn is unusually grand, with six huge stone arches, half-hammer beams, and a flagstone floor, complete with underfloor heating. The old grain bins have been converted into a cosy balcony. The soft white interior is a neutral tone that will work with whatever colour scheme you choose.
The entrance doors open onto a picturesque meadow with stunning views of the South Downs, perfect for a champagne reception. Fairy-lit lime trees line the gravel driveway, adding a touch of magic as dusk falls.
The Tithe Barn is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships; the soaring stone arches create a stunning setting to exchange your vows. Tea lights, candles and fairy lights can be used to give the ceremony a romantic, intimate feel.
Every moment of your wedding day is precious, including the time spent on those all-important wedding morning preparations with your nearest and dearest. Spacious and full of natural light, The Old Milking Parlour combines tranquillity with practicality to create the ideal getting-ready space. The Parlour includes three hair and make-up stations complete with mirrors and salon-style chairs together with a full-length mirror and two comfy sofas to relax on before you say "I do." There is also a small kitchen with much-needed tea and coffee-making facilities and a fridge to chill your pre-wedding bubbles.
The Tithe Barn is a private and exclusive venue, ideal for wedding receptions, civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, with a capacity for up to 250 seated guests.

The very Best Venue we could have wished for!
The Old Milking Parlour was the perfect spot for us to start the most wonderful day. It has been designed and crafted so perfectly, and it has the most relaxing feel, which is just what you need on your wedding morning. My bridesmaids and I really could not get over how beautiful it looked.
The staff are out of this world, and go above and beyond to help in every which way possible. From the very first day they were so helpful and could not have done enough for us! Their level of experience and knowledge made our dream wedding a reality.
The wonderful grounds at the barn provided not only, the most beautiful backdrops for all our outdoor photo's, but also masses of spce for our guests to mingle, relax and play our garden games.
Inside provided us with plenty of space for the dance floor at one end of the barn and the seating area at the other, meaning everyone was still able to all be in one room, but there was still table and chairs for people to take a drink and quick break from dancing, without having to leave the party.
The beautiful glass balcony was also not only a perfect spot for our photographer to shoot a whole guest shot photo, but also for our guests to enjoy the evening with a beautiful view of the whole barn.
All our guests were so impressed with the barn, and could not believe just how amazing it was! We had more comments about how beautiful the barn was than anything else.
Thank you again to everyone at The Barn for making or dreams come true, you all gave us the happiest day of our lives!

Wedding Inspiration Day - Sunday 22nd June 2025 10 am - 4 pm
We are holding an Inspiration Day where the barn will be fully dressed for a wedding. If you have not yet booked the barn and would like to discuss your dream wedding, then please contact us for a personal viewing appointment.
If you have already booked with us, then please feel free to come along with family and friends at any time between 10am - 4pm - the more the merrier!
