Absolutely fantastic! Our day was amazing and it had been postponed four times due to covid. The Village Hotel could not have been more accommodating with the change of dates. Everything was perfect on the day and Lucy Smart-Cohen, our wedding co-ordinator, was brilliant. She was friendly, approachable, so organised and I had every confidence in her. All the staff involved on the day were brilliant too. Very friendly, but still professional, and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was ideal for us and our guests. Plenty of parking and plenty of rooms for those guests that stayed overnight. Competitive pricing, Our big day finally happened and went without a hitch. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about The Village Hotel and staff! A perfect day!

As we have finally settled back home after becoming Husband & Wife at the village hotel Farnborough I just want to do a few massive Thankyous and overall feed back!

What can I say… from start to finish it was incredible, and by this I mean from the moment we contacted the village hotel to book our wedding to the end of our wedding untill today. It was absolutely fabulous I have no words to describe how amazing it was and how amazing the WHOLE team here are.

We have visited this hotel for a while now, 6 years to be exact. And there is no other place we would choose to have our dream day.

Lucy was our point of call, from start to finish, dealing with all meetings, requests, emails, phone calls everything and not one thing was a problem, Lucy I’d an absolutely incredible member of the team here she is just truly amazing, so friendly, loving and caring. Lucy you made our day run to perfection and beyond, you have more then what we expected and we honestly can not thank you enough. You made sure everything ran as it should, you made sure people were where they needed to be, you helped with suppliers, and also spent time with us the morning of the wedding to make sure we were both okay! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou, you made it such a easy process for us, you helped us so much and you made us feel so welcome and because of you it was the best day ever. Thankyou!

The chefs what a job you did, from food tasting to the wedding itself, the foot was to die for, we received compliments after compliments, the whole wedding breakfast as well as the evening buffet was top form! Thankyou for making this so beautiful and being so helpful with dietary etc! Great job Thankyou.

House keeping - from our hen do having beautiful gifts in our room to our wedding having our honey moon room decorated so beautifully and lovely engraved gifts for us to keep as well as celebratory drinks, what an amazing personal touch. Really made that extra special moment for us. Thankyou to you guys also!

The suppliers were absolutely fabulous, chair covers, flowers, dj, every single supplier gave better then we expected. Everything was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond.

Bar staff & waitresses - you were great, we dealt with Nicole a few times now and she is absolutely great! So kind and friendly, I didn’t catch the others names, another lady who spent so long making the room so beautiful sitting for hours making beautiful rose napkins for the table what a special touch. The staff were so lovely; a lovely man very tall blonde ish hair also so great. You all went above and beyond with your customer service and skills; even took the time to have a little dance on the Dance floor with us which we loved!

The dj - absolutely incredible! BEN was absolutely amazing!!! He did exactly what we wanted, timings were great and you honestly made the party!!!

Village you have honestly done an outstanding job, Thankyou for making our happy ever after such a success and day to remember. We even stayed a extra night as we love it here so much!
