Rhinefield House Hotel: A New Forest country house wedding
Set within 40 acres of grounds and gardens in the New Forest National Park, Rhinefield House is a 19th-century manor approached along a drive lined with Canadian redwoods and copper beeches.
Carved oak, chandeliers and original windows give the Grand Hall its distinctive character, while the Forest Garden Doric Temple offers an outdoor ceremony setting. Weddings can range from ceremonies for two to celebrations of up to 130 guests.

The Bay Willow Package brings together the essential elements of your day, including reception drinks, canapés, a three-course wedding breakfast, selected wine, a celebratory toast and evening food. You will also receive a complimentary menu tasting and support from a dedicated wedding coordinator.
With only one wedding hosted each day, our focus is entirely on you.

Inspired by London’s Westminster Hall, this extraordinary room features carved oak panelling, gold chandeliers and vast original windows overlooking the grounds. A Minstrels’ Gallery above offers a wonderful position for photographs.
Hurst Castle
Capacity: Up to 90 guests
Best suits: Contemporary ceremonies
The feel: Light, versatile and relaxed
With its own entrance, neutral décor and floor-to-ceiling windows, Hurst Castle can be styled around your vision. Its private terrace overlooks the topiary orchard and offers an effortless transition into reception drinks.
The Keepers Room

An ornamental fireplace, delicate chandelier and large bay windows give this characterful room a relaxed and romantic atmosphere.
The Forest Garden Doric Temple

Tucked away within a private part of the gardens, the Doric Temple allows you to exchange vows beneath the open sky with Rhinefield House rising majestically in the background.

Every part of the estate offers something different, from serene water features and ornamental gardens to the dramatic tree-lined drive. Should the weather change, the historic interiors provide equally beautiful photographic settings.
Food and drink
Our kitchen team creates seasonal menus showcasing the best available regional produce. From canapés and an elegant wedding breakfast to sharing dishes and interactive evening food stations, every course is prepared with care.
Our team can also design a signature cocktail or themed bar inspired by you. A complimentary menu tasting allows you to experience and refine your chosen dishes before the wedding.
Make more of your celebration
Arrive the evening before, welcome loved ones with a private dinner or enjoy a sparkling afternoon tea. You can also unwind by the swimming pool and make time to relax before the celebrations begin.
On the wedding morning, spacious suites within the original house offer period features, dressing tables and generous living areas, creating an elegant setting in which to prepare and capture those first photographs.

Rhinefield House has 50 elegant bedrooms, including three feature suites, alongside 13 self-catering apartments. Family-friendly accommodation and preferential wedding rates are available, with a full traditional breakfast included.
The Bay Willow Package also includes an overnight suite for the couple with complimentary leisure access.

Ruined an £800 wedding cake and didn't do what they promised.
We paid for coffee for 5 in the Oriel Room. This never appeared.
The drinks only came to the Bridal Suite because we had to chase them. Breakfast was cold.
Staff were told to keep one of each canape for us. They failed to do this.
Staff let visitors walk on the lawn which was supposed to be our exclusive use and as such, we have random people in our photos.
Staff didn't stop guests entering and they walked through my bridal party as I was about to walk down the aisle.
We were told we were the "guinea pigs" (their exact words) for their new team of staff. Paying a minimum of £17,000 to be told that made me cry.

Amazing wedding venue
We got the Bridal experience room to get ready and it was lovely & the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend doing this.
The master suite we had for our wedding night was so dreamy and beautiful!! The venue added some person touches we made us feel so special.
Thank you to all the staff for the time and effort in the run up to the wedding & on the day, it didn’t go unnoticed.
Excellent day
On the day itself everything went to plan and there were nice small additional touches throughout the day such as having two glasses of champagne for us once the ceremony had ended before the confetti. Our wedding coordinator was also checking in with us throughout the day to ensure that everything was going to plan.
The venue is also as beautiful in person as it is in the photos, one of our guests mentioned wanting to get married their themselves, and the food was top notch and we had a great day tasting the food before the wedding.

From first meeting Josselyn to Robbie.
Josselyn answered every question we had and although she wasn't there on our day, she made sure everything was in order and on the Day, we just had to dress and head out. And the grounds are so beautiful, really a hidden gem. Very picturesque.
We did not have to worry about anything as they took care of everything. Robbie was Fantastic on the day, checking up on us and making sure we were having a good time.
And the Food was amazing! Ourselves and our guest loved it and the day of Coordinator they gave us, Mike, was incredible,a very thoughtful, funny and kind Man.
Thank you to all the staff there who took care of us and our guests.
