Sammy & Ellie at Warbrook were absolutely incredible, they made sure they day went through without a single problem, they couldn’t do more for us. All of the staff were absolutely amazing and the service received from start to finish was exceptional. The venue itself is beautiful and so picturesque, the food was amazing. Value for money I believe Warbrook will struggle to be beaten, having used one of the offerings Warbrook provide the suppliers on it are second to none, John the toastmaster was fantastic, Ether events decorating are sublime. Everything Warbrook and the girls offer and support is amazing and we highly recommend, they take the time to help and support and are great in the build up taking a lot of the stress away so you can just enjoy your day! 10/10 would recommend everytime!

We had the most incredible wedding day at Warbrook House, especially thanks to Sammy!
From our very first viewing, Sammy was so welcoming, walked us through the venue and showed us how our day could run. When we spoke to her about our vision, she immediately understood and offered suggestions not just on how we could achieve it on the day, but also places to visit to get inspiration.
Throughout the whole planning process, she was super responsive and always on hand to help.
On the week of our wedding, there weren’t any events at Warbrook House so we were allowed to set up over a few days before hand which made our wedding morning much smoother.
We wanted our day to be an amazing experience for our guests and Warbrook were super flexible with adjusting timings to fit our requirements and enabled us to set up the drawing room, Stapleton-James and Wellington rooms in a way that worked best for us.
We had our ceremony off-site and when we arrived at Warbrook, Sammy was waiting for us with a welcome drink (an amazing French 75) and had sorted a speaker issue that had cropped up in the morning (our speaker had stopped working, she stepped in with hers!).
The food throughout the day was amazing, and the F&B team were also great when we asked ahead of time for extra jugs of sauce for mains and desserts. They went above and beyond and brought our gravy jugs of sauce for each table.
We had set up the Wellington room as a Speakeasy for a chill out space and Sammy moved our decor from the Drawing Room during the wedding breakfast and did an incredible job. Our guests loved hanging out in there - it was the perfect candle-lit space, with a fireplace on the TV to add to the cosy feel.
Later in the evening, there was an issue with our dance floor delivery and the team at Wabrook immediately offered their dancefloor as an alternative which was so wonderful.
Sammy and her team also worked so well with our external On-The-Day Coordinator who was helping with the transition from the church to the venue.
Our wedding day overtook all expectations and we had the most amazing, memorable time. Thank you to Sammy and the whole team!

We just had our wedding at Warbrook House. We had such a wonderful day, our winter wedding was just perfect in these beautiful surroundings. A plus- we could enjoy our day with the beautiful Christmas decorations up. Amazing pictures around the Christmas trees were a beautiful touch.
The Food was absolutely outstanding! The venue was flexible with our choices meaning we could offer a choice to our guests- a real plus point for us. The Beef- oh my goodness, everyone raved about it.
Having the wedding room, the calm area and the bar was amazing as all our guests could choose where to be. The peony room and groomsman room were great for pre wedding preparations. My only negative would be that our guests couldn't check in until 3pm- but we made it work. The venue and the surroundings are stunning and made for beautiful pictures 📸 We had a wonderful day 💍👰🤵‍♂

From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the elegance of the house and the stunning grounds, which provided the perfect setting for the day.

The service we received throughout the planning process and on the day itself was outstanding. Everyone at Warbrook were professional, attentive, and ensured every detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy the occasion - everything ran seamlessly.

We had the most amazing wedding at Warbrook house. We booked 21 months in advance after our first viewing as totally fell in love with the place. The stunning house and grounds is truly breathtaking. During the 21 months of planning there was a change of staff in which a new wedding coordinator was appointed. Was a very nervous feeling at first but we still had time on our side. Sammy however was totally amazing and put us completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication throughout. Our day couldn’t have ran any more smoothly than it did. From hair and make up taking place at 7am right through to the very last dance of the night we were well and truly looked after by all the staff at Warbrook house. We cannot thank you all enough. We attended a few wedding open days at the venue too and found these very helpful in the planning with great connection to suppliers. Food was absolutely amazing with great choices. We got married outside as the weather was very kind to us and made the most of the wonderful grounds to enjoy our drinks reception after the ceremony. They even allowed my dog to be the ring barer! A lovely surprise by my now husband. Overall we couldn’t fault a single thing.

We had a wonderful wedding day at Warbrook House Heritage Hotel, it was truly special. 

The staff were so friendly and helpful on the day and nothing was too much trouble. Our Coordinator Sammy Edmed was so helpful and executed everything perfectly. There were some lovely personal touches on the day which made both of us brides feel well looked after, including a glass of fizz straight after the ceremony and our very own plate of canapes during the drinks reception so we didn't go hungry! 

Samantha Garside, the Operations Manager, ensured everything ran smoothly and even organised a unique last minute request from the bridal party! The food was delicious. We had a wonderful individual menu tasting ahead of the wedding where we could try all of the food we were going to have on the day. 

The General Manager Matthew Woolhouse was very helpful and flexible with the requests we had to make our day perfect for us. They were accommodating when we wanted to use the Peony Room and the Library to get both brides ready the morning before the big day. The honeymoon suite was gorgeous and very comfortable and there were plenty of rooms available for our guests. The breakfast the next morning was delicious!

We would thoroughly recommend booking your wedding at Warbrook House Heritage Hotel. The grounds are stunning, the staff are amazing and you will certainly be well looked after. Thank you to everyone at Warbrook House Heritage Hotel who made our day so special and gave us memories to last a lifetime!

We got married at Warbrook in November and it was our dream day. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing and everything ran so smoothly. As for all the staff they were amazing and friendly and made you feel so at ease. Our day couldn’t have gone any better and we are so glad we choose Warbrook.

We recently held an intimate wedding at Warbrook and from start to finish the whole experience has been amazing! Our wedding coordinator Sammy was always on hand to make sure we had everything we need, and had great attention to detail ensuring the day ran perfectly. There are plenty of photo opportunities both around the grounds and inside, plus they have completed recent renovations and they look stunning! Our day went so quickly and we wish we could do it all again in slow motion. If you are thinking of an event at Warbrook it won't disappoint

This is a good venue and we chose it because of its location and its value for money. Paying a price per head rather than a venue hire price and then catering on top made the value for money excellent compared to another that tried to charge £1000.00 just to switch on fairy lights and another that would allow access to their on site guest accommodation if the bride and groom spent £2500.00 on the honeymoon suite.

Sammy is a brilliant wedding co-ordinator and always had time for us and what we needed. We were allowed to set up our wedding the day before and this made all the difference on the day itself. Overall it was a great day for us

We had our wedding ceremony at Warbrook House in August 2024 and it was amazing from start to finish. We got ready in the stunning Peony suite and had our photos in the grounds which have made for the most amazing photos of our day. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel before and after the wedding which meant we could all stay together and enjoy all that Warbrook House had to offer. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, allowing us to relax and know that everything was in good hands. So happy that we picked this venue for our wedding!

We can not fault the service provided on the day by Sammy, she ensured our day was everything we wanted it to be. The staff were very attentive to all our needs on the day, Even helping adjust the brides dress after the ceremony and saving us some of the canapés to eat ourselves! We would highly reccomend having your wedding here!

I have a slightly mixed review of my experience with Warbrook house Hotel.
Through the wedding planning process upon viewing the venue my husband and I immediately loved everything that we saw, beautiful grounds, lovely interior and a very friendly and welcoming team with the wedding coordinator at the time being Kacey who we could see was excellent at her job.
Some time passed when we were informed of changes, the current wedding coordinators were leaving and that there would be a replacement. It seemed to be new ownership. We went on to have the new wedding coordinator come, and soon leave Warbrook house. This is where my concerns and stress began. Included in our package was a toastmaster who we had the pleasure of meeting at a wedding open event where my husband and I brought along our families to see the venue. We all met the toastmaster and instantly got long well and were happy to have him be a part of our wedding day. Not long after this event I did receive an email explaining how he will no longer be our toastmaster and that we will have someone else which was a shame as we had gotten along well with the previous man.
When we went to the hotel for our menu tasting we had a fantastic experience, we were given a paper document to write down our thoughts and any decisions of what we wanted. The food was excellent and it was clear to see which options we wanted, so we noted this down on the paper, though we didn't need to as I was emailed some time after to ask for our menu choices at a later date.
The next visit we had to the venue was for our details meeting which to be honest did not help us whatsoever in the long run as it felt to us that everything we explained and discussed there, I was asked about in further emails as though our conversation never happened. An important point of this was relating to my brother in laws severe nut allergy which at the meeting we watched the coordinator write down and make that note. I followed up with about the this myself a couple of weeks before the wedding just to make sure about the allergy being catered to, we were then told the kitchen can not guarantee the food will be safe from cross contamination and that they suggest our guest brings his own food. This was a shock to us a short few weeks before the wedding. I will add that there was many, many emails back and forth to get to the conclusion that they definitely couldn't do anything to provide safe food. It ended up with my brother in law deciding that he wouldn't eat at the wedding. On the wedding day, with all of this back and forth, we watched him get served all three courses or the main menu regardless of his allergy. To comment on the food on the day, it was lovely and the same as we enjoyed at the tasting, we opted for chicken main which the chicken breast was a little dry but still enjoyable on the day.
We checked in on Friday to stay the night before the wedding. Check in was a bit complicated for my bridal party but we all ended up with the rooms we needed.
The set up of the wedding went exactly as I hoped, the events team were excellent, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They did a fantastic job of setting out the decor which I supplied, exactly as I intended which was lovely. I had the benefit of being able to see the room starting being set up the evening before.
Wedding morning was great, we used the Peony room to get ready which was fantastic. The breakfast spread was also lovely, good choices and great quality, we all loved it.
We had an issue with my wedding car that I had booked to transport myself and my parents to the church, on arrival the driver explained he didn't realise we needed space for three passengers, the rest of the bridal party had already left so we were stuck. Our wedding Coordinator Sammy kindly drove my mum to the church in her car without hesitation which we are so grateful for. She really helped us out with that. The rest of the wedding went amazingly well, great service from the staff, the event ran smoothly and successfully. We had an amazing day.
It was stressful in the lead up with a lot of back and forth and confusion since we originally booked the venue but it worked out well on the day. Overall I would recommend Warbrook house as a wedding venue as with the wedding team seemingly to be more permanent now, it shall only get smoother for future couples. Just please be aware severe allergies can't be catered to.

Warbrook house is a beautiful venue with the amazing grounds! The team were all so incredibly helpful and made the preparation, and day itself, run smoothly! Would recommend to anyone thinking of using this venue for their wedding ☺️

We attended a Wedding Showcase at Warbrook last year and immediately knew this would be the perfect venue for our small intimate wedding. The Drawing Room is gorgeous, full of charm and perfect for our ceremony and the House and grounds are beautiful. Thank you to Sammy, who coordinated our day meticulously and professionally from beginning to end. All the staff were extremely helpful. The food was absolutely delicious too! Our Wedding day was perfect in every way…..even the sun was shining! I would definitely recommend Warbrook as a wedding venue for big or small weddings.

We experienced excellent service working with this vendor for a wedding in June. The team communicated quickly ahead of the event and our musicians felt right at home at the venue! Warbrook House is a beautiful venue - an ideal setting for any couple's wedding day!
