With over two decades in hospitality, I’ve loved creating memorable experiences everywhere from luxury hotels (like Hilton and Four Pillars) to sun-soaked resorts in Southern Africa. My journey took an exciting turn into TV and film—catering for crews on Captain Corelli’s Mandolin, Top Gear, and EastEnders—and high-profile events like the Trinity May Ball at Cambridge and Blenheim Palace Horse Trials.
