The elvetham is such a beautiful place really well looked after and the grounds are amazing. Joanne looked after us from start to finish and she was amazing !! Everyone was the whole staff are just brilliant. Having the church on site was a really unique place to have the ceremony, it’s so great having everything at one place. A warm, professional and hospitable welcome awaits one upon arrival. Together with her Team, Alex ensures that your wishes and vision are bought to life. With effortless execution on the day and with a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Team, it was an absolute pleasure working with Somerley. The history, and the artwork which once rivalled the King’s collection, are truly magnificent with every room revealing a jaw dropping view onto the Estate and its grounds. The Picture Gallery is fit for Royalty and dining in it makes one feel just that. Indeed you are made to feel like it is your home for the day with endless possibilities whatever one’s taste and Party theme. Having worked in so many 5 star venues in London, around the country and beyond, I cannot recommend Somerley highly enough. It is just sensational! It makes one not only feel you are sharing in a very quintessentially English part of history, but that you can rest in the knowledge that your Event will be splendid! Thank you Alex and Somerley for being a total joy to work with! I know that my client has been left with the most wonderful memories to treasure forever.

Once we saw Minstead Lodge, we new it was the place we wanted to get married. Absolutely perfect venue, and run by very helpful and supportive staff. We booked this venue all the way from NYC before we even saw it in person. We KNEW it was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of venue and we wanted to book it as soon as possible. We did take a trip to see it almost a year before our wedding date and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. It all felt like a fairytale, like a place untouched by time. Leading up to the wedding, the team at Pylewell was more than helpful. They answered my millions of questions, helped us plan everything, and were so kind and helpful. I told them that I wished they could run the world because they were truly that organized. They even had a list of recommended vendors for us to work with, all of whom were absolutely outstanding. The day of the wedding, I really did feel like it was straight out of a fairytale. It was so dreamy and beautiful. So many people told us that it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. I owe that all to Pylewell. We had our family and bridal party staying in the house with us there, and we also had a dinner the night before in the backyard. Everything was absolutely perfect and I relive it every single day. If I could choose to get married a thousand times over, I'd always do it at Pylewell.

Leah and the team at Bartley Lodge were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our whole day was super relaxed, completely stress-free, and we always felt like everything was completely under control. The venue looked stunning in the autumn sun, and every request we made was delivered perfectly. They even accommodated tractor storage the night before (a huge help!) and handled last-minute changes on the day, including adding an extra speech with no fuss at all. The small congratulatory touches left in our room were so thoughtful, and everyone staying overnight was able to have breakfast together, which meant a lot to us. We weren’t bothered or rushed at any point — the whole day just ran smoothly and felt wonderfully chilled.
