Adjacent to The Barn, The Boot Room offers a warm and cosy retreat, perfect for welcoming guests, hosting a drinks reception, or providing a quiet space for relaxation amidst plush lounge seating. Its doors opening onto the courtyard make it an ideal setting for intimate ceremonies or smaller gatherings.
Every aspect of your wedding day is seamlessly catered for, from the dining area and bar to the seating area and dance floor, with the adjacent courtyard providing a picturesque backdrop for capturing cherished moments. The dedicated team, committed to making your day perfect, is ready to craft a bespoke menu that reflects your tastes and delights your guests. The finest local ingredients are incorporated into flexible food packages, from canapé receptions to three-course Wedding Breakfasts and evening buffets.
Facilities and Capacity
Kimbridge Barn is the perfect setting for a truly magical and memorable wedding with three areas included exclusively for weddings. Our elegant 19th century Barn can seat 100 guests for the Wedding Breakfast and an additional 50 guests in the evening. The Barn extends onto its own private courtyard with it’s charming outside bar, comfortable low-level furniture, permanent high peak gazebo and fire-pits that can be lit in the evening. It is the ideal space for arrival drinks and canapes. The cosy Boot Room that joins the courtyard holds 30 seated guests, 50 standing - an intimate space with comfy loung seats, a lovely fire for the colder months plus private bathroom.

Our friendly and professional events team will work with you to create a bespoke wedding day. Our wonderful three course sit down menu or more rustic firepit menu will compliment your special day and wow your guests. Combining the best local ingredients, our Chef can create food packages to include a canapé reception, Wedding Breakfast and an evening snacks. Our talented kitchen team has a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality culinary events. Whether it’s a traditional dining set-up or an informal feast you’re after, we have a range of room layouts and table styles to create your perfect dining experience.
We have a marriage licence and can hold a Wedding Ceremony in our Barn or Boot Room.Our venue hire costs are fully inclusive of;

The most incredible wedding venue
Our reception and evening were hosted at Kimbridge Barn and I can honestly say the whole thing was exceptional. We fell in love with the venue as the relaxed, quaint and beautiful setting really matched the vibe we were looking for. To summarise, the whole wedding experience with Kimbridge was unforgettable - from the initial meetings with Hannah (who is fabulous) to the divine menu tasting, it was all so special.
On the day, we couldn’t have been luckier with the weather and the barn, boot room and courtyard looked just beautiful. The welcome drinks and canapés were delicious and our wedding breakfast was every bit as tasty as we remembered. Everyone loved it!
Staff were attentive, friendly, and so warm. I wanted to say a special thank you to Tilly, one of the events team coordinators on the day. Tilly was relaxed, approachable, warm and kind. She made me feel so special and looked after. You’re a credit to the team, Tilly!! Thanks for being great. Paul was also incredible when he joined later in the evening - really efficient, relaxed and friendly.
Still definitely in our wedding bubble & couldn’t have asked for more from Kimbridge.

On the day we had a dedicated co-ordinator who made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish and so many of our guests commented on how fantastic the staff at the venue were.
The best day of my life
We first met with Grainne, who was so helpful with all of our planning, along with Cassie & Hannah. They took so much of stress away from us in the run up to the big day and made sure we had everything we wanted.
The wedding day itself was fabulous, we were blessed with the weather and all the staff at Kimbridge were fantastic at making the day run so smoothly, and its safe to say I wouldn't have changed a thing. Nearly everybody that attended said it was the best wedding they had been to, thanks to the beautiful venue, wonderful staff and delicious food.

Super venue!
Throughout the day, Paul and his team were very pleasant, friendly, helpful, professional and on hand at all times. Everything ran smoothly and exactly as per the detailed planning sheet prepared by Hannah, Cassie and Grainne. We used Pomp and Petals for the flowers and table decorations who is exceptional and so lovely to work with.
Our guests were really impressed with Kimbridge Barn and we had a very happy day and evening. Thank you Kimbridge Barn team, you are five star!

A Romance Fairytale
Booking 10 months in advance we communicated via email and in person for tasters, and everything we needed. They checked over everything so that there was no mistakes.
On the day Paul and the team greeted us with open arms and had everything planned with the finest detail.
The food and drinks were incredible and all the guests have said how amazing everything was.

Beautiful Dog Friendly Venue!
The whole team at Kimbridge were friendly and helpful throughout; in particular Paul and Fliss were absolutely amazing on the big day, ensuring everything ran without a hitch, allowing us to enjoy every moment of our day.
On the day of our wedding the Barn looked beautiful, and we were very grateful for the team’s assistance in turning around the Barn after our ceremony; making it look exactly as we had hoped without us having to lift a finger.
Kimbridge has versatile spaces, including the courtyard which can be enjoyed late into the evening with fire pits, as well as the indoor spaces. Our guests had ample space to mingle and enjoy themselves.
The food was one of the standouts of the day; there was more than enough for all and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit feast. Kimbridge were also able to adapt the food for any dietary requirement easily, providing a similar experience to all, which our guests were extremely grateful for.
Kimbridge offers an exceptionally beautiful space with impeccable service at a reasonable price tag in comparison to other nearby venues we looked at. In addition Kimbridge was the most dog friendly venue we encountered which made the day all the better as our Dachshund of Honour was made incredibly welcome.
A big thank you to the team! We loved our day and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue.
