Ufton Court is a wedding venue in Ufton Nervet, on the Berkshire-Hampshire border. Set amidst 16 acres of spectacular grounds, the stunning 16th-century timber-framed Tithe Barn and Grade I listed Manor House provide the perfect setting for a romantic wedding celebration.
Facilities and Capacity
Ufton Court offers a choice of charming event spaces for your civil ceremony and wedding breakfast. The fabulous Tithe Barn is a popular and versatile event space, perfect for parties of 15 to 150 guests. It is accessed via large wooden doors and features splendid ancient oak beams. The Archers Hall is a delightful, sunlit event space, perfect for smaller ceremonies and drinks receptions for parties of up to 80 guests. The stately Long Ceremony Room, located in the Manor House and adjoining the Great Hall, can seat 50 of your family and friends. A roaring log fire creates a cosy atmosphere and helps keep guests warm throughout the winter.

The venue’s team of dedicated wedding coordinators will be on hand throughout to help you with your preparations. They want everything to be perfect and in place for your big day. They understand that no two weddings are the same. That’s why they don’t offer set packages. Instead, they will work with you to design an experience that reflects your unique personality and style. Our dream wedding ✨
A huge thank you to Loretta and Natalia, who were amazing from start to finish. They were so kind, helpful and reassuring, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free (Loretta went above and beyond for us in the lead up to our day!) Knowing she was there meant we could completely relax and enjoy every moment of our special day.
The wedding store was also such a brilliant and helpful option. Being able to hire so many of the little extras we needed directly from the venue made everything so much easier and saved us time and hassle. We also absolutely loved that there was no corkage fee, which was such a fantastic bonus and really helped make the day feel even more personal to us and saved us a lot of money.
A special thank you to Fosters Catering for the most delicious BBQ food, cheesecakes and yummy pizzas in the evening — our guests absolutely loved them!
Thank you to everyone at Ufton Court for helping make our wedding so magical and unforgettable. We’ll always have such special memories of our day 🥹❤️
Gorgeous Venue!
Everything was so simple, from booking right through to the day itself. The whole process felt very relaxed, and every idea we had was welcomed with open arms. Poppy was brilliant as our coordinator. She was so warm and friendly, and we felt like we had a friend by our side making sure everything went smoothly. She even sorted a mid-wedding change with no fuss at all. We highly recommend Poppy!
We loved the flexibility of being able to choose essentially wherever we wanted for the ceremony. We settled on having it in front of the barn, which was a stunning backdrop, but every location at Ufton is beautiful. There were so many options for photos, and all of our guests loved looking around the historic venue!
If you are choosing Ufton Court as your venue, we would definitely recommend going to as many of the wedding fairs and events as you can! We loved getting stuck in and actually met most of our suppliers at these events, which made the whole experience even more special.
We could not have asked for a better venue. Beautiful. Flexible. Wonderful team.

A charity venue with multiple lovely spaces that created an amazing flow on the day
Our only negative feedback would be from our personal experience of planning with Ufton, as nothing affected the guests’ experience. The onsite caterers didn’t leave us any food at the end of the night despite us requesting this (had to order Uber Eats on our wedding night!). We also had to wait up to 1 week for a reply from the team on multiple occasions - a bit unnerving when you’re 4 weeks away. And there was sometimes a lack of flexibility, i.e. if something hadn’t been done before they weren’t very open to trying new things. I think Ufton has such potential to be a premium wedding venue and a little more care would help!

Beautiful charitable venue!
Poppy was our wedding coordinator on the day and we can’t thank her enough - she ensured everything went smoothly and helped with the set up. We couldn’t have imagined a better day for our wedding, it was truly magical. A lot of that was down to Poppy’s coordination and ensuring everything went smoothly and everyone knew what they needed to do.
Could not recommend Ufton Court as a wedding venue enough! If you want a beautiful venue with various spaces and proceeds to go to a good cause, Ufton is definitely the right choice!!
Amazing venue!!
After our initial show round at Ufton Court we immediately decided that it was our perfect venue and cancelled all our other viewings to book. It is a beautiful, relaxed and rustic venue with huge flexibility of where to have each part of the day and so many options to dress the venue to suit your style and vision. The Ufton Weddings team are helpful and friendly, and respond professionally to questions and queries. They also did all the set up on the day for us which was a huge bonus! We had a small number of children on the day who loved meeting the animals on-site.
The catering team - Fosters - are second to none, and many guests commented it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We had a BBQ which was so perfect for the 33 degree weather cooked to perfection and the freshly made pizzas in the evening went down a treat too! All of the staff involved in the day - both catering and weddings team - were super helpful and did everything they could to try and keep guests as comfortable as possible in the heat.
All of this was provided to us a at a very reasonable cost (massive bonus having no-corkage!) and even better that it is a not-for-profit venue with all of the proceeds going to the on-site educational trust!
We would 100% recommend the venue!

The wedding day itself (a simple wedding) was exactly as we had hoped, a special mention has to go to Loretta, who was absolutely fantastic and made sure it all ran smoothly!
The food was also brilliant (Fosters Catering did an amazing job) and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it.
Picking Ufton Court as our venue was the best decision we could've made and could not recommend this venue enough! Thank you to Loretta and her Team for giving us the best day ever!!!
