You handled everything with such professionalism and warmth, and that truly helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process. The venue was simply stunning — the perfect, picturesque backdrop for our celebration. It honestly looked even more magical than we had imagined. We found the Spinnaker Tower through Hitched and it ended up being the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the very start, we were contacted by a representative who helped us set up the initial contract, and soon after, Bryony and Nick became our main points of contact. They were both incredibly professional, warm, and proactive — arranging meetings (both in person and remotely) to keep everything on track and ensure continuity throughout the planning process. Their communication was outstanding. Every idea, question, or concern we had was met with thoughtful responses, creative suggestions, and attention to detail. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but they helped us feel calm and supported. While, as with all weddings, not every little detail went exactly as planned (through no fault of anyone!), Bryony handled any hiccups with grace and clear communication, quickly helping us find solutions. The venue itself is iconic and provided such a unique experience for our guests — from the stunning views to the little personal touches the team helped us incorporate. It really felt like our day. In terms of value, we felt it was excellent. The team were honest and flexible when it came to working within our budget, and we never felt pressured or upsold. They were approachable and genuinely cared about making the day special. We truly had a fantastic experience and wish we could do it all over again. We're so grateful to the Spinnaker Tower team, and we hope many other couples get to enjoy their wedding day here as much as we did.
