If your looking for a wedding venue..look no further.. East Horton was the perfect venue for us! Moment we arrived we just knew.. everyone was so welcoming! The grounds are stunning and the venue left us speechless! The garden room is so cute and just so perfect. The patio area was incredible, perfect for games or a saxophonist which is what we opted for, greenwood room where they hosted our wedding breakfast and reception was everything we ever dreamed off. We viewed East Horton with ideas on how we envisioned our wedding day to be.. and it was exactly that! Even down to To the tiniest details. Ellie and all the Team at East Horton were exceptional. We had numerous meetings and their communication was excellent. As a A type bride, it was hard to pass things off to people but I had full faith and trust in Ellie that she could bring our wedding we dreamed off to a reality. All we gave Ellie was an email with templates and details of how we saw our wedding to be and let’s just say, she blow us out the park. It was better than we imagined! And even though emergency maintenance had to happen within the grounds, The team at east Horton did everything they could to ensure we could still hold an outdoor ceremony and let me tell you the garden we were gifted with was magical!!! We cannot thank the team at East Horton enough. From our very first meeting to the last, nothing was ever too much for them, even when I pestered constantly and especially when we had to amend the seating plan days before! Ellie was there, everything single time.. and the food.. wow every single guest commented on how incredible the food was. What is also lovely about east Horton is the suppliers they work with.. DJ Dean John being one of them.. we truly recommend attending one of their open evenings so you can see for yourself how amazing the place is and how incredible the suppliers and team really are.

We have so many amazing and incredible things to say about this venue as did our guests!! but if we could relive our wedding day over and over again.. we would choose East Horton every time because without them and their incredible team and suppliers we wouldn’t of had the day we had.

From our very first meeting with Taura, who was absolutely amazing, through to Shelby taking over after returning from maternity leave, the whole process was seamless. They were always so quick to respond, incredibly easy-going, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Our original plan was to get married outside, but unfortunately the rain had other ideas. Even so, the team adapted everything so smoothly that we still had the most magical day. Shelby and the team set everything up for us, and the venue looked absolutely beautiful. It completely exceeded our expectations.

The food was another highlight. We chose the barbecue wedding breakfast, and we’ve had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding breakfast they’ve ever had! The team were also incredibly flexible, allowing us to bring our own cake to be served as dessert and accommodating the little personal touches that made the day feel like ours.

What really stood out was how much the team genuinely cared about making our wedding special. They went above and beyond from start to finish, and we always felt supported.

Finally, the value for money is unbelievable. We genuinely don’t think we would have found another venue that could offer this level of service, such a beautiful setting, and accommodate our number of guests for anywhere near the same price.

We had the best day of our lives, and we can’t thank everyone at East Horton enough. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, beautiful venue with an exceptional team behind it.

I was really impressed with how attentive the staff were and how professional organised the venue was they catered to our every wish and kept us up to date at all stages of the build up to the day and on the day we where really happy with the service we received and would recommend this venue to freinds and family.

Our wedding at East Horton was just simply incredible and it wouldn't have been possible without Ellie. From the first time meeting Ellie she was so kind and helpful, we loved how flexible the venue are when it comes to food and drink choices. The communication from Ellie was fantastic and she was very patient when we wanted to switch and change our menu. We took everything for the wedding in boxes and the venue was transformed into our dream wedding, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The venue itself is stunning and the Golf Course provided a perfect backdrop for photos, a highlight was definitely being able to drive the golf buggy. The price was very reasonable as well especially compared to some venues. Thank you to East Horton and especially Ellie for making our day so memorable. Highly recommend this venue.

The team at East Horton were fantastic, especially Ellie who helped us the most, who was always there with friendliness, kindness and knowledge to ensure all questions were answered and the day was as perfect as we planned it. The venue was perfect for us as we didn't want somewhere with lots of rooms or space for guests to disappear too but it had enough room for people to feel comfortable. The courtyard was lovely for people to get out in the sunshine as we got married on the hottest day! The surrounding grounds and the fact you can go out on golf buggies for photos was a real plus for us and we captured some amazing images and videos. Everyone made sure our layouts and plans were exactly as we planned and included everything we wanted. The team would hard to make it good value for money for catering alternative evening meal choices as we chose a cheaper wedding breakfast option so we really valued that. Definitely couldn't recommend East Horton enough!

We got married at East Horton on 28.03.26 and had the most perfect day. From all the initial meetings and build up to the wedding, to the actual wedding day, Shelby, Taura and the team were absolutely fantastic.

They organised everything needed on the day and set the venue up beautifully, took all the stresses away from us and everything transitioned from moment to moment so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and any changes or requests we had were met with no issues at all.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you, to Shelby and all the team for all their hard work. Everyone we meet went above and beyond to help us and the chefs were really flexible. The food was absolutely amazing and you get alot for your money!

Our day was amazing, the Greenside barn was beyond what we had hoped for, it looked stunning especially with fairy lights added. Staff on the day were excellent and helped us with golf buggy to ensure we could go out and get some pictures taken, despite the rain. The weather did not ruin the day or the wonderful scenery.

Absolutely wonderful team and venue and thanks to all involved for their hard work 💜 would highly recommend.

As I’ve had almost a year to look back and reflect on our wedding day I thought it about time I do a review. Firstly I just want to say that the venue and grounds itself is gorgeous (although I didn’t see any because of the weather we were unlucky enough to have). We were originally paired up with Shelby who went on maternity leave (congratulations again) and then we were given to someone else, then back to Shelby and then to Ellie, so this was a bit unfortunate as I felt as if we were being passed around a bit in a very short amount of time, but once we met with Ellie she definitely eased any concerns we had. We paid to have an outdoor ceremony but unfortunately the evening before our wedding it absolutely poured down with rain and it didn’t really stop until about half way through our wedding day, but this didn’t stop Ellie and the team making sure everything looked as perfect as possible inside for us and I was so happy with how beautiful it looked.

We held our reception in the Greenside barn because as soon as we laid eyes on it we knew it was perfect for us and it was really well priced for how stunning it is. We dropped all our decorations down the day before the wedding and Ellie told it would all be dealt with on the morning of the wedding so we didn’t need to worry, myself and a couple others came and sorted out most of the big items such as flower arches, sweet carts, guest book etc the morning of as I wanted to make sure things were in the correct places and left the decorating of tables and a few other bits to the venue. When we arrived later on in the day the staff had done an amazing job setting up the tables and decorations with just a few things that needed sorting out. We opted for pizza as our wedding breakfast and I was told by guests this was great so no complaints there!

Now just a few things that I have thought over the last 12 months and have bothered me slightly. Although the room was decorated beautifully there were a few basic things missing that luckily my mum caught on before I did, my cake plates which were displayed with my cakes weren’t unwrapped and displayed properly, my fairy lights weren’t on and candles weren’t lit and a few bits and pieces were put in the wrong places (not the end of the world). When we came to the cake cutting the DJ started playing our song and when got over to the cake we realised a knife or any plates (don’t know if this is the norm) hadn’t been left for us and Ellie had gone home by this point so we had to find a member of staff to find a knife for us. Another thing was our evening food came out a bit later than we had planned and as we were married on a Sunday I knew guests would leave earlier so I think a lot of this food I paid for went to waste as when it was finally out a lot of guests had started to leave. My husband was also told with our package he would receive a round of golf for him and 3 others but this was never mentioned again after the wedding as the last piece of communication I received from the wedding was the day of, no follow up email, nothing to ask how we found our day, nothing. I found this really odd as communication had been really good up until that point and as I was in my wedding bubble I hadn’t wanted to pick apart the little things about the day. My maid of honour came and collected my things for me the next day and as a lot of my glass vases and candle sticks had been chucked back in my boxes, a few did come back to me broken, but again I hadn’t wanted to sit and complain and find the negatives on an otherwise pretty perfect day. Now it’s been a year, I look back on the day as a whole as the most beautiful day and stunning venue and we can’t wait to visit on anniversaries for years to come.

We really cannot fault Ellie or any of the amazing team at East Horton. The whole day ran so smoothly thanks to everyone's work behind the scenes. Ellie was always available to reach out to over email and guided us through the whole wedding planning process. On our wedding day the staff were so friendly, they were always on top of everything, putting misplaced items like my veil and bouquet in safe places, and we're so wonderful with all the children we had there.

The venue itself was absolutely stunning and the turn around was done so efficiently between the ceremony, the breakfast and the reception. We had so many comments from people saying they couldn't believe it was all in the same room as it had been turned around so well.

Finally, the food! I think every single guest commented on the food at some point. The canapes, wedding breakfast and evening buffet were all incredible. Much better than your standard buffet food and the staff were incredible at making sure every dish stayed topped up.

We really had the most amazing wedding day at East Horton and I highly recommend this venue to anybody looking for a well priced, beautiful venue with staff who will help make your day magic.

We had the most wonderful day, and it simply wouldn’t have been the same without the team at East Horton. We received so many compliments on the food, the service, and the venue itself. Everything was perfect.

The pricing was also fantastic for everything that was included, which made the experience even more special. We are so grateful to everyone involved for creating such a beautiful, memorable day for us.

We had our Wedding at East Horton in November and it's the perfect setting.

From the moment we went to see the venue Shelby was absolutely brilliant, showing us the ins and outs and talking us through the package.

As the months went on she didn't miss a trick, and with each and every passing day was always on hand if we had a question. When the big day came, Shelby and Ellie worked tirelessly to make sure everything flowed and everything was set up just like we asked. We couldn't pick out a single flaw in our day and can't thank the team enough.

We cannot recommend East Horton enough. We had our dream ceremony outside and our reception in the Greenside bar. It was everything we could have dreamed for.

They are professional, caring, considerate and cater to every need.

East Horton was a fantastic venue for our wedding from start to finish. We didn't have a huge budget and it didn't affect how we were treated or the planning and the venue was so flexible and accommodating. The venue suited our wedding theme and was comfortable for all our guests with stunning scenery and the feeling of being in the middle of the countryside.
Shelby, especially was so beyond helpful and amazing and the team were great throughout the day and night.
