We had our wedding at The Grand in August 2024, I can truly say it was the most amazing day! We had the whole wedding (ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception) there, and it was faultless. The organisation, effort and attention to detail was incredible. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. We partied until 2am in Ruby’s, the whole venue is just fantastic. Thank you to the whole team, it was the most special day! If you are thinking of getting married at The Grand, or holding any event there -do it! I can’t recommend it enough

Our day was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t fault it. All staff were brilliant and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was incredible and at our tasting beforehand, we were able to make sure everything on the menu was exactly as we wanted it - no request was too big. The whole process of planning our day was as stress free as planning a wedding can be! We would 100% recommend this venue and wish we could live the day all over again.

We held a family party at Morgan’s yard in August and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The size of the fields is just right and the location is great. There was parking onsite for all of our guests with the option to camp too, as well as being a short drive from hotels. Laura made booking very simple and organised the marquee, posh loo’s and bouncy castle for us.

We cannot thank Edward enough for the work he put in to make our big day the most special. He took charge of logistics, managed supplier deliveries and was on hand on the day for anything that was looking like it was going wrong (luckily, nothing did!). His help cannot be understated and we want to thank him for the contacts he has within the industry too - choosing suppliers that have already worked together was a big benefit to us as it made everything so smooth. Thank you once again for the most perfect venue and being the best support to make our day such a success.

The venue is absolutely lovely. We wanted it as soon as we saw it for our wedding ceremony and after-party. The planning with the host was made easy - thanks to the great venue team. We will definitely want to come back.

From the moment we first met Bryonie and the Holywell Estate team, we knew we had found the perfect partnership. Our dream was to have an outdoors wedding and the Walled Garden was the perfect setting. It was a year in the making and our day unforgettable. The Holywell team went above and beyond expectation and we couldn't be more grateful.

My sons wedding to our now daughter in law, Oliver and Samantha, was an exceptional event due to the work by your staff and self on Friday,Saturday and Sunday morning. The room was a delight when guests walked in, and during the setting up on Friday nothing was too much effort. Your management team were a delight to be with, helpful in every way. The catering on Saturday was of a very high standard, and the comments from many many guests was of delight at such fine food from a private members establishment not a commercial restaurant. The competitors in your local have a great deal of work to do to catch up! May I also ask that you pass on my thanks to the upstairs staff who put in such sterling work to get rooms ready before the allotted time which allowed guests to get ready for what was a most wonderful day. I will most certainly recommend your venue to our friends as the place to stay when in the Southampton area

We had our wedding here on 18th August & we had the most amazing day ever. From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us & I am so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. The food was lovely & the rooms (ceremony, meal & evening) looked amazing & we could not of asked for more. We also stayed at the hotel the night before & night of the wedding along with family & friends & everyone enjoyed their stay.

Dear Sam, Helen and all the team at Three Choirs. We know this is late but it doesn't come with any less love and thanks - Thank you all for giving us the best wedding day we could have dreamed of. From the minute I stepped foot in the vineyard I knew it was perfect but seeing everything come together made it even more so. We've had endless comments on how super the food was, how beautiful and relaxed everything felt and how much our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. “We had a fantastic wedding day. Being our second, we knew what could go wrong, which left us with concerns. However, The Hilton Team did not fail us at all. Everything was perfect from getting ready, to going home – it was faultless. The team were so supportive of our needs and requirements, they listened carefully to every detail and ensured that what was delivered on the day from decorations, to food, and presentation and timings was second to none. The meal was superb and cheap too for what we got – homemade soup, followed by Duck Breast with Dauphinoise Potatoes and selection of veg, finished off with a vanilla cheesecake with raspberry coulis – we would certainly pass on our recommendations and compliments to the chef. The food was Michelin star standard. We were able to sample the menu before picking it, which we hadn’t done before, which also gave a positive build up to the day. Hilton cared about us and understood how important our wedding day was to us. I wouldn’t hesitate in using their facilities again for other celebrations, and would highly recommend this as a 5star service all round. Thank you Hilton.”
