Exceptional welcome
Having just returned from honeymoon after the most wonderful weekend at Harburn, I had to write a re-view to go some way to thanking the staff and owners of Harburn for the most amazing welcome, smiles and laughter throughout our weekend. It would be impossible to them true justice and I can only thank them from the bottom of our hearts for making it all run so smoothly and happily. Also thank you to hitched as this is where we found them in the first place.

Utterly beyond our wildest imagination
We were overwhelmed, by everything we experienced in this wonderful place. Your own private estate, incredible staff, marquee and room for all your guests to stay the weekend. Thank you Harburn

Whow !
his is a huge thankyou to Mike, Susie, Vera, Fiona, Sarah, Bill, Debbie and Rozi and all the others who made our weekend so special. We originally chose the venue because of the charm of the house, the warmth of Rozi whilst showing us round, not to mention the incredible grounds. We were completely overwhelmed with every aspect of the weekend, the staff, food and games were just every bit as we had prayed they would be, even the fishing in the rain made it easier for my godson to catch his first trout! An unforgetable wedding in magic surroundings complimented by the most wonderful, friendly and never tiring staff. Do they ever sleep? Thank heavens for the photgraphs and video as we now have this for ever.

Like having it at home just wish my home was like this
We were told we would have the whole place to ourselves. Not true, you share this paradise with a mass of wild geese, ducks, swans pheasants and Deer. What wonderful extra guests to share our ceremony and champagne reception on the lawn by the lake on a fantastic spring day in Scotland. WE were most likely lucky with the weather but even luckier with the venue find and the people who are there who made our whole weekend just SO special. Thank you Harburn and we have already made up our minds to have our fifth wedding anniversary there.

Just amazing
This is just the best place, all to yourself with such caring people. We wanted a special wedding and we got it. Three nights of fun, laughter,romance and the place to ourselves. Thank you Harburn

We had a wonderful time...
We had a wonderful time at Harburn and everyone looked after us and Mike's food was excellent. The setting was so beautiful with all the lovely daffodills in the sunshine. All our guests have told us how much they enjoyed their stay and we are almost sorry we do not have another daughter to marry off so that we can repeat the experience! Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect mainly thanks to Harburn
Our wedding was so special, all our arrangements with Harburn went with out a hitch and many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The house is really spectacular and the service and staff are delightful. We loved every minute of our wedding and to quote my sister in law "often the best part of a wedding lies in the anticipation, but, in this case, it had entirely lived up to expecation, which is rare indeed". Anyone who has the chance to get married in such a wonderful place will definately remember it as the best day of their life.
