Easthampstead Park is a wedding venue in Wokingham, Berkshire, England. This Grade II listed Victorian mansion is set amidst 80 acres of exquisite grounds and parklands, featuring picturesque gardens and fountains. The venue is approached by a beautiful tree-lined drive, half a mile in length, and its striking Jacobean-style architecture is sure to delight and impress your photographer and guests.
Facilities and Capacity
Easthampstead Park is licensed for civil ceremonies, and the venue comprises both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the lovely pavilion area, after which you and your guests can adjourn to the stately Downshire room. The Downshire features traditional wood floors, velvet drapes, high ceilings, and fine chandeliers, and it can accommodate wedding breakfasts for up to 110 guests and evening receptions for up to 200. You can also choose to enjoy a barbeque on the terrace, accompanied by a brilliant fireworks display. On-site accommodation is available for overnight guests. The venue has 93 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, as well as a luxurious honeymoon suite.
We introduce you to The King Suite for larger weddings. The King Suite is a brand new spacious steel structured venue within Easthampstead Park’s grounds that can seat up to 480 people, providing guests with a perfect storyboard setting along with breathtaking views of the hotel and landscaped gardens. We allow you to book our venue on a dry-hire basis. That way you can have whatever authentic and traditional food and drinks you desire.

September Wedding at Easthampstead Park Hotel
Lili and the team at Easthampstead Park were amazing! Leading up to/organising the wedding Lili was so helpful, having never been married before I had no idea what to expect and what needed to be done and when. Lili talked me through everything from booking the venue right up to the very small details on the day. She was very accommodating on things we wanted to change last minute and ensured the day ran smoothly. To be honest on the day I didn’t have to think about anything, the team just did what they said they would and there were no hiccups. Thank you to everyone at EHP who made our day everything we’ve been dreaming of.

The best decision we ever made
Organising a big Indian wedding is exhausting, stressful and feels impossible, however choosing EastHampstead park to host our ceremony and reception was the best thing we ever did.
The venue could accommodate space for all our guests, as well as comfortable rooms and lovely dining/ green space for those to enjoy the grounds in their free time between events too.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful and photos do not do them justice. The kings suite is perfect for big reception parties! The walk up to the kings suite in the flexitent is a nice touch in the evenings too as it is lit up beautifully and adds that extra touch!
The long drive up to the main hotel mansion is unbelievable and all our family and friends were as excited as us the moment they saw the venue.
The best part out of the venue was working with Prasitha! She went above and beyond for us during the wedding planning to ensure we had everything (and more) that we needed. She never made our crazy requests feel too much and she was just a pleasure to work with. As happy as we are to have had the most amazing day of our lives, we were very sad to know we were no longer planning it with Prasitha anymore.
I would highly recommend working with her again and would not hesitate to book this venue.

Dream Wedding Venue
Our wedding at Easthampstead Park was nothing short of perfect! The venue and hotel are absolutely stunning, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the elegant interiors, everything felt magical. The facilities are top-notch, making it an ideal place for both the ceremony and stay. Our guests couldn’t stop praising the venue and event execution.
A special mention goes to Prasitha Sridhar, who managed everything flawlessly and was an absolute joy to work with. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the whole planning process stress-free.

A perfect wedding
My (now) husband and I got married here in July this year, and what an absolutely wonderful day it was!
The team were brilliant, especially our wedding planner Lili. The value for money was unmatched from what we found when researching around the area too.
On the day itself, we received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning Easthampstead is — and we couldn’t agree more. The grounds are beautiful, offering endless opportunities for photos and plenty of space for guests to explore and enjoy.

Best day ever!
This venue is beyond amazing; the building, the grounds, food, drinks, service and even the beds (had a lot of people tell me it was the comfiest bed they have ever slept in).
We can't fault the service provided by the staff on the night, espically the car staff who went above and beyond for us and our guests!
Lili has been 100% on the ball with our plans and vision from when we started this journey 2 years ago. Herself and the events team are very responsive on everything we have asked and been flexible with changes where needed. It made planning a wedding quite easy.
Thank you so much to everyone at Eastampstead for making our day perfect. I can't wait to come back

Perfect Day
We fell in love with Easthampstead Park the moment that we visited it for our first tour. With many of our family from out-of-town, it was perfectly situated between multiple train stations (Reading/Bracknell), just off the M4 and had plenty of rooms for our guests to stay over. An outdoor wedding wasn’t our original idea, but the beautiful gardens setup a scenic spot for our special day celebrating with friends and family. And if the location and venue weren’t enough, we have to talk about the staff. Lili and the team were absolutely phenomenal, with us every step of the way to make sure that every single detail went well and as planned. From detailed logistics of changeovers, through to Patrick as our MC, through to Lili, Riley and team looking after ourselves and the wedding party throughout the day. The food was gorgeous and some of our guests said it was the best food they have had at wedding. The venue and the team really made our day special, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough – Thank you!

Stunning Venue
When we were searching venues online, Easthampstead kept coming up so we thought let’s go have a look. Instantly we were blown away away by how stunning the venue was, getting married outside was what we wanted and the space they have outside meant we could be in front of our guests but not right on top of them! The grounds and spaces they have are amazing and the coordinators and venue staff are always polite and helpful, can’t recommend the venue as a whole enough.

The perfect wedding venue!
We could not have picked a better venue! From the moment we visited Easthampstead Park we knew it was the venue for us, it’s simply STUNNING yet felt like a home away from home.
A huge HUGE thank you to the amazing Lili, we can’t quite put into words how grateful we are for having her by our side throughout the entire planning process which she made so enjoyable. Lili was always there to answer any questions we had and nothing was ever too much trouble. She completely understood our vision for the day and did everything to make it possible.
When it came to the wedding day, we were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment as we knew we could trust Lili with ensuring that the day would run smoothly and as planned! She co-ordinated with all of our suppliers and made sure everything was perfect whilst still checking in with us throughout the morning.

The most perfect day!
Lili at Easthampstead Park is just fantastic and made our whole experience amazing. There is nothing she won’t do and she made everything run smoothly from start to finish. We planned our wedding in 6 months with a baby, so what could have been completely stressful felt so easy with Lili and EHP team. They truly are pros at planning weddings but still made sure everything felt personal to us and took so much care and attention to detail.
I’d recommend going to their wedding fair as it’s a great chance to meet suppliers that know the venue inside out.
It’s the perfect venue with a brilliant team and I will definitely be recommending as we could not have had a more special day!

Couldn’t of wished for better!
ad not heard of Easthampstead Park before beginning the hunt for our venue, but as soon as we visited we were blown away. The hotel, rooms, grounds are STUNNING and all of the staff are friendly, professional and so helpful.
At no point in the 18 month lead up to our wedding day were we concerned something had been missed or forgotten, or that we would have to think about anything other than the wedding on the day. The whole team - including our coordinator Lili - were so attentive and quick to answer any questions in between appointments.
I cannot tell you how many people came up to me on the day and said it was the most stunning venue, how incredible the food was, and how efficient the bars were at keep everyone well watered (or wined!) on a hot today! I just cannot express how wonderful the space was for us and our family and friends, and to be honest - how great value the packages are for a venue that feels like the most elegant five-star place.
Myself and my husband Chris will be back to stay for years to come.
