Easthampstead Park is a wedding venue in Wokingham, Berkshire, England. This Grade II listed Victorian mansion is set amidst 80 acres of exquisite grounds and parklands, featuring picturesque gardens and fountains. The venue is approached by a beautiful tree-lined drive, half a mile in length, and its striking Jacobean-style architecture is sure to delight and impress your photographer and guests.
Facilities and Capacity
Easthampstead Park is licensed for civil ceremonies, and the venue comprises both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the lovely pavilion area, after which you and your guests can adjourn to the stately Downshire room. The Downshire features traditional wood floors, velvet drapes, high ceilings, and fine chandeliers, and it can accommodate wedding breakfasts for up to 110 guests and evening receptions for up to 200. You can also choose to enjoy a barbeque on the terrace, accompanied by a brilliant fireworks display. On-site accommodation is available for overnight guests. The venue has 93 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, as well as a luxurious honeymoon suite.
We introduce you to The King Suite for larger weddings. The King Suite is a brand new spacious steel structured venue within Easthampstead Park’s grounds that can seat up to 480 people, providing guests with a perfect storyboard setting along with breathtaking views of the hotel and landscaped gardens. We allow you to book our venue on a dry-hire basis. That way you can have whatever authentic and traditional food and drinks you desire.

Amazing venue!
Easthampstead Park was our absolute dream wedding venue. From start to finish, everything was brilliant. The venue itself was beautiful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to Lili, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. She helped with every little detail and made the entire planning process and our wedding day feel completely seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly can’t thank her enough. She also coordinated everything with our vendors on the day (before too!), ensuring everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. Because of her organisation, there wasn’t a single issue on the day, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment.
On the day, there was also an Asian wedding taking place in the King Suite. Naturally, we were a little concerned beforehand, especially as we were having a large wedding ourselves. However, Lili completely reassured us that everything would run smoothly, and she was absolutely right. There was no mix-up of guests whatsoever, everything was perfectly organised, and both weddings ran seamlessly. It was a real testament to how well the team manages multiple events.
The food was exceptional also. The chef took the time to talk us through our menu choices during our menu tasting, and we really appreciated being able to make a few changes to personalise the menu. Everything was beautifully prepared and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food. We also loved being able to create our own personalised cocktail hour, which made the day feel even more unique and special to us.
We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Matt, the bar manager, who did a fantastic job looking after our very big Irish-influenced wedding! He and the team kept everything running smoothly, and our guests had an incredible time.
Thank you so much to everyone at Easthampstead Park for making our day so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. We would recommend Easthampstead Park to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding venue!

The Wedding Venue
This is one of the most beautiful places I've seen! And I got the honor to get married here. The scenary is absolutely stunning. If I had to, I would 100% have an event at this venue again. This was the last venue we toured because there wasn't any decision after seeing this venue. The staff was also super kind and lovely. Thank you so much for making this day memorable for us.

Best day of our lives
We had our dream wedding at Easthampstead Park on 19th June 2026, and it’s safe to say it was the best day of our lives!
From the moment we stepped into Easthampstead Park, we knew it was the venue for us. From the stunning stained-glass window to the beautiful Hall Room, it completely took our breath away.
We were looked after by Liliana, who was absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly.
Our monthly catch-ups were so detailed and kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. Even during our final meeting before the big day, she made sure everything was organised for us, from the room we had booked for the night before right through to the very end of the evening. Everything was perfect.
The wedding day itself couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Although I was slightly late walking down the aisle, Lili never rushed me and didn’t tell me the time so I wouldn’t panic! She was a ray of sunshine and made everything feel so much easier.
All of the staff were incredible, from the drinks reception and dinner service to the bar staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helped make our day evenh more special.
If you’re thinking about booking Easthampstead Park, do it — I promise you won’t regret it!

Our perfect day
We had our fantastic wedding here and it went without a hitch. From the minute we booked the venue to the breakfast the morning after, the team at Easthampstead park were fantastic and made sure every single detail was perfect for our day. Hannah was especially incredible in ensuring every final detail was in place ahead of the big day and made sure on the day that everything ran like clockwork her communication during the wedding planning process was spot on and she was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Her attention to ensuring the day runs smoothly is impeccable and she was always there with a smile when ever I saw her. The whole team from bar staff, waiting staff, and reception staff all made myself and our guests stay and wedding absolutely perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better venue and team. Id highly recommend Easthampstead park for any event you could need. They'll ensure its everything you want and more. Thank you! ❤️

Best day of our lives
We got married at Easthampstead Park on 7th February 2026 and from the very beginning we knew it was the perfect venue for us. After attending a showcase event and booking a tour we completely fell in love with the place and were so excited to celebrate our wedding there. A huge thank you to Lili, our wedding executive. Your support in the lead up to the wedding and on the day itself meant so much. You helped make the whole planning process feel manageable and stress free. The day ran so smoothly and we truly felt looked after throughout. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue looked, it really is a stunning setting. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms for guests are lovely. Our room, in particular was absolutely amazing. We’d also like to thank all the staff who worked so hard on the day. The food was delicious, everything was clean and well organised and the service was excellent from start to finish. We are so grateful to Lili and her team for helping bring our day together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in a beautiful location

Our Perfect Indian Wedding – Beautiful, Seamless & Unforgettable
We had our Indian wedding ceremony and reception at Easthampstead Park in August and it was honestly everything we could have hoped for and more.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning and created the perfect setting for our wedding. From the very beginning, the team were so professional, organised and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process.
A very special thank you to Prasitha, who was amazing to work with. Planning a larger wedding comes with a lot of moving parts, but she made everything feel so calm and manageable. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and paid such close attention to every detail. It really felt like she genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The bridal suite was also lovely and spacious, with a beautiful view overlooking the grounds — it made getting ready on the morning of the wedding feel even more special, calm and memorable.
On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly, which meant we could fully relax and just enjoy every moment. That feeling is honestly priceless, and something we’ll always be grateful for.

Our perfect day
Our wedding day was everything we could have ever dreamed of. From start to finish Lili and Hannah were both amazing and any little thing we needed or asked they came through and made sure there was no stress. Nothing was too much of an ask for them, and they truly made everything so easy.
We cannot thank the team there enough - Lili you were a dream to work with, even though you couldn’t be there on the actual day, everything in the lead up was spot on. September Wedding at Easthampstead Park Hotel
Lili and the team at Easthampstead Park were amazing! Leading up to/organising the wedding Lili was so helpful, having never been married before I had no idea what to expect and what needed to be done and when. Lili talked me through everything from booking the venue right up to the very small details on the day. She was very accommodating on things we wanted to change last minute and ensured the day ran smoothly. To be honest on the day I didn’t have to think about anything, the team just did what they said they would and there were no hiccups. Thank you to everyone at EHP who made our day everything we’ve been dreaming of.

The best decision we ever made
Organising a big Indian wedding is exhausting, stressful and feels impossible, however choosing EastHampstead park to host our ceremony and reception was the best thing we ever did.
The venue could accommodate space for all our guests, as well as comfortable rooms and lovely dining/ green space for those to enjoy the grounds in their free time between events too.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful and photos do not do them justice. The kings suite is perfect for big reception parties! The walk up to the kings suite in the flexitent is a nice touch in the evenings too as it is lit up beautifully and adds that extra touch!
The long drive up to the main hotel mansion is unbelievable and all our family and friends were as excited as us the moment they saw the venue.
The best part out of the venue was working with Prasitha! She went above and beyond for us during the wedding planning to ensure we had everything (and more) that we needed. She never made our crazy requests feel too much and she was just a pleasure to work with. As happy as we are to have had the most amazing day of our lives, we were very sad to know we were no longer planning it with Prasitha anymore.
I would highly recommend working with her again and would not hesitate to book this venue.

The team were brilliant, especially our wedding planner Lili. The value for money was unmatched from what we found when researching around the area too.
