Surrounded by Northamptonshire’s countryside, Kelmarsh Hall is the perfect, romantic country wedding venue.

The building’s grand, elegant 18th Century architecture and surrounding estate make it a stunning backdrop for your day. The exclusive-use venue is tucked away in tranquil isolation, guaranteeing wedding parties the freedom and privacy for their celebrations.

Kelmarsh is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships for as many as 500 guests! You could hold your ceremony, followed by a wedding breakfast for 100 guests and evening reception for up to 175 within the building. For grander events, the luxury marquee can accommodate a huge 500 guests, and for even more extravagant celebrations, there is space beyond the lake for larger marquees.

The stunning gardens of Kelmarsh Hall provide a fantastic space for wedding events. From the formal terraces to the intimate flower gardens, the grounds are not only beautiful but make spectacular backdrops for your important wedding photographs. Additionally, your guest may enjoy exploring the estate through the woodland walks.

The recently restored Orangery is now open to hold ceremonies and receptions and boasts outstanding views across the parkland. The space is ideal for more intimate celebrations and can accommodate up to 40 guests for your service and up to 32 for a lunch or Afternoon tea.

While there is no accommodation on site, there is a beautiful Bridal Suite at the nearby Church Farm Lodge awaiting the happy couple, included in the venue hire fee. For additional overnight accommodation, there are several local establishments with whom we have agreed special rates for Kelmarsh weddings.

We recently celebrated the marriage of our daughter at Kelmarsh Hall. From the first moment we all saw Kelmarsh we knew it was going to be absolutely perfect and it was even better! Firstly I must thank Donna and all her team. Donna was on hand throughout all the preparations and and worked tirelessly on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you so much Donna. The venue and gardens looked simply stunning. We attended a Wedding Fair prior to the wedding at Kelmarsh and we used their recommended suppliers. Portfolio Events for the catering, delicious and perfect! Your Perfect Day Photography, absolutely outstanding shots! Komodo for the fireworks, spectacular! I would 100% recommend this venue. Loved every second.

Our wedding was held here on 4th June, 2016. The staff were all amazing - very organised and good relations with local suppliers was evident. The day went without a hitch, I keep tearing up at the memories, pictures and video. The events team were very accommodating and had thought of everything! We had and are still receiving comments from guests, and suppliers from further afield, on how Kelmarsh Hall is such a stunning venue - hugely reflected in our wedding photography. The Photographer commented on how she was spoilt for choice for gorgeous shots! We will be repeat visitors to your tea rooms :D

Kelmarsh Hall was the perfect location for our big day. From the moment we first viewed the hall to our wedding day, the staff were incredibly helpful and always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Their list of recommended suppliers was extremely useful, as we live in London. We highly recommend getting married in late spring/summer when the gardens are in full bloom, as they really are the icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants a magical day in a stunning setting.

Right from the start we could tell this place was perfect for us. The scenery, building and surroundings are beautiful and the manager (Leslie) was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible and helped to accommodate for all of our needs. All the staff genuinely seemed to want to make our day perfect which was so refreshing when compared to some of the other locations we visited. Everyone had a great time and loved the place and we had quite simply the most magical, best day of our lives which is all one can ask of your wedding day. Kelmarsh Hall makes your dream day a reality.

Venue is a lovely old building set in wonderful grounds. Easily enough space for children to play games on the rear lawn. Kelmarsh staff were very accomodating and professional and they let us have fireworks! Kelmarsh is an excellent venue for a wedding. Bar prices were also reasonable.

Kelmarsh hall has got to be the best place, anywhere, to have a wedding. We were made to feel like it was our home and that nothing was too much trouble. The people there became our friends and our truly an integral part of our memories. Not just from the day but from all the times we visited the hall, from viewing their own personal wedding photo's to getting sneaky peeks in private rooms. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful staff and location. We even still sneak back to drive around the breath taking drive way and reminise about our day there. There was no detail, however small, that we would have changed about our day. It was perfect in everyway and everyone who joined in our celebration feel exactly the same way x
