Felt like the king & queen of our very own castle
I wanted a castle with accommodation & a chapel as I didn't want our guests to spend the day traveling to and from different venues. With these requirements finding a venue was harder than I thought, however as soon as we walked into Hampton court castle we knew this was where we wanted to get married. We decided to book the castle and rooms for two nights as many of our guests had to travel from London, this removed the potential stressful journey on the day. During the planning we made many visits to the castle, Andrea and her family were always welcoming, they make you feel like you belong no matter how often you visit. Our planning meetings often felt like chatting with friends with Andrea's mum providing tea and cookies, a big thank you to Andrea for paying us such kind attention. The castle offers a more personal service; it never felt like a commercial production line. We were keen to use local suppliers however not being local made this difficult; again Andrea stepped in and made some great recommendations. The week leading up to our wedding was a whirlwind; it was such a relief when we arrived at the castle the afternoon before the big day. Having our family and friends around this night was a real added treat, which I sure would not be possible elsewhere, the food was great and the carol singers Andrea recommended were amazing. Everyone had a great experience, they all commented on the awesome venue, the friendliness and the incredible rooms, which are all distinctively different. The roll top baths went down particularly well with the female guests. We felt like the king and queen of our very own castle, a real fairy tale dream come true.Sent on 28/01/2013

Magical wedding weekend
We held our wedding at Hampton Court Castle over two days, September 1st & 2nd 2017.Sent on 28/03/2018
When we first decided to look for a suitable Castle venue, we visited Hampton Court Castle purely on a whim. Upon driving through the entrance, we were immediately captivated by the majesty of the Castle and the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding grounds and gardens. Once we viewed the interior facilities and met the staff, we were absolutely convinced that there was no other choice for our big day!
Family and friends from around the world joined us on Friday for a complete medieval banquet in the atmospheric Coningsby Hall, catered entirely by the Hampton Court staff, which was absolutely amazing! The wedding festivities on the following day were everything we could have wished for. From the humanist ceremony in the beautiful, historic chapel, to the sumptuous reception in the garden and ballroom, and the photographs around the incredible grounds, we enjoyed a unique, magical wedding weekend.
We cannot thank the team enough for their tireless efforts to help bring together this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Dream come true
Hampton Court Castle was my dream wedding venue as a child and being able to make the dream a reality was an incredible experience. The impeccable grounds and rooms formed the perfect weekend and we were delighted to be blessed with incredible weather – the courtyard was the perfect spot for the ceremony but knowing we could use the chapel (also beautiful) if the weather did not hold gave us a huge level of comfort. The staff on the day were incredibly attentive and the whole weekend was a seamless experience.Sent on 28/03/2018
