We just wanted to say thank you for everything you did over the weekend. Everyone thought the food was great, the service was excellent, we had many people complimenting you and we had the absolute best time ever. You made everything perfect!

A wedding on a budget? The Holiday Inn can certainly help you with that. From the first email through hitched the lovely and wonderful Leeanne, I knew she was going to be able to help me have the best wedding ever! A brochure was emailed over to myself which had information on each package they offer. A first meeting was arranged very swiftly to discuss these packages and the costs etc. I went for the cheapest package but when I say cheap I certainly got a lot for my money. Leeanne was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Constant communication, never failed to get a hold of her for any queries. On the day of the wedding the co-odinator Laura was amazing at keeping me calm and making sure the ceremony went to plan. Leeanne has plenty of contacts to help with decorations for the venue which I found very helpful. I honestly cannot fault the care, the attention, the professionalism and communication throughout.

My husband and I got married at The Lodge in September 2023. We decided to have our ceromony on the lawn at the front of the hotel and our reception under the tipi with a hog roast which was absolutely delicious. All our guests had the best time as did we. We had the most incredible day and that was all thanks to the beautiful venue and every single member of staff that works there who made it so special. The event manager Lucy did a fantastic job from start to finish and I can’t thank her enough. Our day went so smoothly without any problems at all. It was all so well organised and so nice to have the ceremony and reception all in one place. We wish we could have our day all over again. Thank you to everyone at The Lodge xx

We had a small wedding here at Orton hall only 14 guests . It was beautiful and Sophie our wedding coordinator was always very helpful and responsive, the helped achieve everything we wanted. Was beautiful ground for the photos and the ceremony conservatory was absolutely beautiful. And everything was reasonably priced. Meal was nice. The roomed we hired on the day turned out to not be big enough and the upgraded us to the main function room for free. There was no minimum charge for small weddings, Would definitely recommend .

Wonderful service , . Wonderful experience. Will be returning soon. So important for hotels to get customer service right due to the high demand for accommodation and high-end event management in this City. Clayton Hotel truly blew me and my guests away and we can’t thank them enough.

We had the most incredible, magical wedding at The Three Hills. We honestly cannot thank Emma, Kelly, Harry and all the staff enough for everything that they did. It was a dream to plan our special day with them from start to finish and nothing was a problem. We were able to personalise our day completely down to the tiniest details. The food was insane, Harry the chef was so friendly, and made sure that we had everything that we wanted. So many of our guests said that the food was the best wedding food they had ever had - and he even created a salted caramel brownie station for us! As well as accommodating vegetarian, gluten and dairy free diets. All the staff were incredible, so friendly, accommodating of last minute covid changes ad all entered into the spirit of the wedding making it the most amazing day. We hired out the venue and therefore also booked all of the rooms on site for our friends and family to stay at. The rooms are perfect, very comfortable, clean and cosy. We cannot recommend The Three Hills highly enough.

From start to finish for our party the staff at The Three Tuns helped with everything to make the memory last a lifetime. We was looking for a party that was great for the adults and would entertain the kids.

We had an amazing day here. The wedding coordinator was fantastic and took care of everything from booking to the day. We had to postpone a year later due to covid and they happily moved everything back for us with no quibbles and were really accomodating through all of the uncertainty we faced, allowing us to make plans A through to Z to keep up with the changes and concerns. The venue is stunning and the rooms are beautiful. They helped ensure everything ran smoothly and the food was delicious! I couldn't recommend highly enough xxx

September 2009 we had our wedding reception at the George (sorry about the ceiling in the bar though!) The whole team really made the day special and was the hottest day of 2009 as well so before anything else the staff served all our guests cold drinks to hydrate for free and then we had our welcome drinks. Everyone really went above and beyond and made our day special. Hubster and I are looking to book for a meal this month for 12/09/19 to celebrate our 10 years anniversary and I am excited to return (the last time we returned to celebrate 5 years we added to our family with twins lol)

The team at Poets House were fantastic and made our wedding day so special from start to finish, Christine the events Manager helped out so much from the moment we enquired. The team did a great job in laying out the writing room and changing the room around quickly. The food was excellent and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. We would highly recommend Poets House as a wedding venue.
