A big thank you to the entire team for what turned out to be the perfect day. We and all of our guests had a magical time - Talbooth Restaurant will now be a forever special place for our family. We had many compliments on the food and a lot of guests wanted to know what the champagne and wines were - they liked them that much! In particular, the attentiveness from staff on the day was noted by us and many guests. It was highly professional and discreet operation.

The staff at the Manor Elstree made us feel truly cared for. They were responsive and accommodated our every request. It is such a beautiful venue, I cannot stop looking at the pictures! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I can’t even start to find the words - we got married at Mulberry House in early August, and I cannot speak highly enough of everyone who works there and the venue itself. From the morning, the getting ready spaces are just perfect - myself, my mum, my aunt and 4 bridesmaids got ready at the venue and there was so much space. My husband said the same about the men’s changing room too. We used the outside ceremony space which was just gorgeous - all of our guests commented on how lovely the grounds are, some of them got up early for breakfast the next morning just to explore and take pictures! The fact that we could have so many people stay and debrief over breakfast the next morning was perfect, and all of the rooms were modern and comfy. All of the staff at Mulberry House were amazing, there was nothing that was too much. Claire made our day so so easy, and made sure that amongst all of the busyness, we still had moments just the two of us to catch up together and take it all in. She always made sure we had a drink, asked whether we needed water or food, she got my elderly grandparents teas and made sure they were comfortable, and made the whole day run so smoothly, we would have been absolutely lost without her. Sammy as well was so helpful in the evening, and helped set up the nightcap at the end of the evening and made sure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for all of the work behind the scenes that makes the day run so smoothly so that we could just take it all in. Our guests still talk about Mulberry House three weeks later, and we’re already planning which events we can go back for. Absolutely recommend this beautiful venue!!

We couldn't have asked for anything more from Enchanted Gardens Weddings and Rebecca. It is the most amazing venue and all of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique it was. From start to finish Rebecca was amazing in helping us plan the day - she gave us the name of so many great suppliers and really understood what we were looking for. I had a vision of what I wanted but wasn't sure how to bring it about and she helped make it come together exactly as we had planned. She planned the whole day perfectly and at no point was it stressful. Having planned a wedding in 2020 which was then cancelled, the planning of this one was much more stress free and smooth. It felt all the way through like we had found exactly the right venue and organiser for us. In the run up to the day, no question was too much and everything was easily organised and planned for. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly. The food was amazing, the venue was stunning and we had the perfect day. I cannot remind Rebecca and Enchanted Gardens Events enough - and I cannot thank her enough for a day that will stay with us forever.

What a find! We had our wedding at this fantastic new venue in rural Hertfordshire, set in beautiful verdant countryside with a grand marquee overlooking a stunning polo pitch. The setting was absolutely magical, and they even put on a special polo match just for the wedding, which made the whole day feel incredibly unique. It’s a wonderful venue with amazing atmosphere, Mandy and the team were so helpful throughout the planning, and surprisingly great value – We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for the wedding reception of their dreams, without breaking the bank.

As soon as we toured Hockwold (even on a fairly dreary February day!), it was the clear frontrunner for us out of the many venues that we had looked at both in person and online. Not only is it a beautiful venue which barely needs any decoration adding to it, but all the staff were incredible from the very start of the process, right through to after our wedding day. They always went above and beyond and made us feel both like we were in safe hands and that we were a priority for them, which is no mean feat considering how busy they are. It makes such a difference when you can tell that the staff all love what they do and working together. The hall itself has something for every guest, whether that be the garden games, secret gardens, hidden swings or the interesting array of animals which keeps the children (both big and small) entertained during the quiet moments of the day. There is also so much included with the venue which you wouldn’t think to expect, which really made Hockwold stand out to us when we were first looking to book. Some of the standout extras at the venue for us were the dancefloor (perfect for a bride that loves to dance all night!), the variety of spaces for guests to use during the day, and the cellar so we could end the celebrations when it felt right for us. We were also very keen to find a venue with accommodation on site as many of our guests were travelling a long way, which we did find surprisingly difficult when looking at venues, but Hockwold could also tick that box for us. The rooms in the Hall itself felt super luxurious, but the additional living space and kitchen area also felt really homely which was just right for us the morning after the wedding. Hockwold also made the planning very easy for us- they asked all the right questions and the right times so nothing was forgotten in planning. Their recently introduced planning portal was a great tool for us to easily refer back to everything we had discussed with them and allowed us to easily reach out if we had any random questions along the way. The dedicated food and wine tasting events were also great fun and helped make the catering decisions very easy. Finally, we were also very impressed with Shefs- the food was excellent and the catering staff were seamless on the day. They were very flexible and their menus has so many different options that we did not feel at all restricted in making our food choices. Hockwold were even kind enough to invest in an extra Paella dish so we could cater for more guests than they already offered! Overall, we would thoroughly recommend Hockwold to any prospective couples, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Richard, Molly and all the Hockwold and Shefs team!

The team at The Meadow Garden were so kind and responsive the whole way through the planning process leading to a day that was beautifully run. The black canvas approach allowed us to make the day completely our own and we could not be more grateful! We received so many compliments about the venue throughout the day.

We celebrated our Wedding Day at Downham Hall on 25th April 26. We got married at St Margaret's Church just up the hill and then had the rest of our day at Downham Hall. We had around 75 day guests with an extra 30 guests in the evening. It was the most perfect day ever. Debra was our wedding coordinator and arranged everything, she was warm, caring and so on the ball she made sure our wedding day was perfect without any glitches. We had our welcome drinks in the beautiful orangery and outdoor seating area. The sun was shining and the prosecco was being poured, it was stunning. Our guests really loved the canapés and their meal, we chose the best location. Lots of people had warned me that not everything goes to plan on your Wedding Day so expect a few things not to go to plan - but this was not the case at all at Downham Hall. Everything was perfect! Debra and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special, beautiful day, we were blown away with how perfect everything was, wish we could do it all again. The rooms are lovely too and breakfast the next day in the Orangery was delicious - especially the sausages. Tim the DJ was brilliant, he played all our requests, the dancefloor was packed all night! Thank you so much to everyone a Downham Hall, we are sooo happy we chose this location to celebrate our Wedding day. We can't wait to come back for Pizza night - especially as I was too busy dancing on the Wedding night that I forgot to eat some pizza!. Georgia & Reece

Me and wife Sarah got married at Home Farm last weekend (22.09.18) We truly had the best day ever and that was helped by how good the venue was! The views are amazing and the marquee is beautiful! Complied with a nice dance floor area, a very good bar (very good bar prices) and extremely clean posh toilet area. We also camped there in a hired honey moon belle tent and Sue was more than accommodating. We would like to thank Sue, Robert and her daughter for making our day so special. We would highly recommend Home Farm Events.

We had our wedding reception here and stayed in the Beaumont Mews rooms. I can truly say from start to finish it was absolutely seamless. Joanne was outstanding, she was responsive, knowledgeable and utterly incredible. All of our suppliers spoke so highly of Joanne and said that they had not dealt with a venue who are so quick and helpful. We reserved all 7 rooms the night of the wedding and had nothing but fab feedback! We would highly recommend Beaumont Hall for stays, weddings and events! Thank you so much to each and everyone one of you at Beaumont Hall! A true hidden gem of Hertfordshire!
