As well as being a stunning venue, Hunton Park Hotel was incredible during the planning process of my wedding. Communication was super quick and easy. They were really accommodating for us to come for visits and arrange meetings with the wedding coordinator, Amy. Although Amy wasn't able to be there on the day, due to train issues, Libby and Ethan really looked after us on the day. Nothing was too much and they always came with a smile. The wedding breakfast was incredible, and was even better than our tasting day! Everyone said how good the food and staff were - thank you to everyone at Hunton Park! Our room was decorated with petals and a cake when we got back on our wedding night, which was a very sweet surprise!

It seems relatively cheap compared to other venues, and the service they provide is a reflect of that.
There were a number of things that the venue did that ruined our day. And upon asking for some sort of refund, we were fobbed off for nearly 2 months, not getting any actual answers. Following another complaint from a guest, they have then shared my entire email chain and email address, which is a massive GDPR breach.
The getting ready room for the bride is a conference room, which has used plasters, fake fingernails and straw all over the floor, not to mention the 100+ chairs stacked up and multiple tables. Having to pay an additional £500 for an actual getting ready room, when you've already spent thousands is ridiculous and should be included in the price. Eventually got breakfast after asking for hours, and then it was left in our room all morning. They then changed how we were getting to the ceremony room as they couldn't be bothered to take out the mountain of chairs in the room.
The groom didn't have a set getting ready room, was told he could get ready in a room that was being set up, luckily we'd booked to stay the night before so he could get ready in our room.
The staff were unhelpful and rude. All the food was late coming out, some of it already cold or undercooked. Rude comments could be heard from the kitchen.
They never bothered to open our bar in our marquee, and only had one person on the main bar inside the hotel, which was already out of the 2 main lager by 12:30pm, when my guests arrived. Also had the other marquee at this bar as their bar also wasn't fully stocked. No aircon here either.
Half of the rooms didn't have aircon, the wedding coordinator was useless. They hadn't set up enough tables for our wedding reception, and we had to ask for the remainder of the tables to be set up. The chairs that they supply are faulty, my sister in law cut her hand severely on the chair, it was our DJ who had to administer first aid, as there was no one from the venue around, when someone was eventually found, she was told there was no one first air trained.
The staff were shouting at us to get out of the drinks reception room at the end of the evening, wouldn't let me collect any of our stuff. They then threw away one of our cake toppers, and broke the other. They have taken zero accountability for this. When we asked them the next day why it was broken, she was dismissive and rude, and left us waiting for around an hour and a half.
After complaining to the venue, we were called liars multiple times and they have taken no action to rectify the issues.
They initially offered us a 2 night stay and an afternoon tea, like that would make up for ruining multiple aspects of our wedding day. Why would I want to return to a venue that treated people so horribly and ruined my wedding day?
 
Overall, the service was atrocious, and if you want to have a beautiful wedding day, DO NOT book this venue, as they will ruin it.

We had a small wedding and wedding breakfast of 18 people followed by a large party in the evening.
The gardens and orangery are stunning and the terrace marquee is beautifully set up to.
The wedding co ordinator Amy was really helpful and everything ran smoothly on the day.

We had the most incredible wedding day at Hunton Park, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for more. From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was something special – elegant, full of charm, and set in the most beautiful surroundings and an outside Wedding on such a hot day!

A huge thank you to Amy, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made the entire planning process feel seamless. No detail was too small, and she was always there to support us, answer our (many!) questions, and guide us through everything with patience and expertise. On the day itself, Amy ensured everything ran smoothly so we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

Carole was also AMAZING.......The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the venue looked stunning – inside and out. Our guests are still talking about how magical the whole day was and wish we could have the day/evening again!

Hunton Park was an excellent venue to host our wedding this summer (June 2025).

Due to another venue cancelling on us we had limited time to prepare and Hunton were accommodating in every possible way; liasing with our band, giving us maximum flexibility with food and drink options and coordinating with vendors and decorations on the day to relieve any stress on us.

Accommodation and grounds were beautiful. All areas that would host the breakfast or ceremony indoors are air-conditioned, which was a godsend when the temperature was over 30 degrees.

We would recommend this venue to anyone and hope you have as amazing a day as we did.

We had the most incredible experience with Hunton Park as our wedding venue and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived for our tour we absolutely fell in love with the place. After having looked at several venues, we knew Hunton Park was the one. The house and the grounds are beautiful and the marquee made it a little more private. The team were amazing, incredibly helpful and very patient with my often late responses. The food was delicious.

The most fantastic day for my husband and I. We thoroughly loved every moment. From the day we booked until our wedding day and after, the staff were all friendly, attentive and super helpful. Nothing was too much, and we were made to feel welcome every time we visited. The decor and rooms are amazing and it suited us so well. Thank you Hunton Park!!

From the moment we first saw Hunton Park it has lived up to our expectations. The venue is beautiful, the staff are professional, helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a fabulous wedding day and we would certainly recommend this venue.

We had our wedding day at Hunton Park in mid September 2024, and we're overjoyed with how our entire wedding day turned out. Everything ran smoothly, and all our family and friends only had good things to say about how well our wedding was executed.

In terms of hiccups, there were a few minor issues with room bookings; but the team were quick to respond and apologetic for the inconveniences.

Overall, we are very happy that we chose Hunton Park as the venue to celebrate our special day.

It was a lovely experience. All the wedding co- ordinator staff were so co- operative and helpful that it had definitely took away all the stress. The venue also was such a beautiful place that all the guests liked it and praised it a lot.
