Truly, truly gratefulThere are no words that can describe how truly truly grateful we are to Seaham Hall and their staff. It was like we were part of a family for three days, that looked after us and supported us. The von Essen Group should be very proud of you.

The weekend of our lives!!From the minute I arrived on Friday night I was looked after superbly, Sarah (on reception) and Jonny went out of there way to ensure that we had everything we needed to set up the room and Simon who I understand has left the company but even though he was leaving still ran around for us. The next day Natalie and Alistair also made sure that we had everything we needed and again just ensured that we were happy. We would also like to thank Bernard, if it wasn't for his kindness of letting us use the Landrover we would not have been able to get my bridesmaids to the church or my guest to the evening reception due to the extreme weather conditions. We would also like to thank Yilmaz for driving my bridesmaids and offering excellent entertainment on the way, so I have been told. (Even the day after his 40th Birthday). Because we had such a lovely time we stayed and extra night and it added that extra something to what can only be described as the weekend of our lives.
Put their hearts and souls into our weddingI must give a special mention to Maxine who was superb, and an excellent master of ceremonies she made sure that everything went smoothly and I felt safe knowing that all my hard work and preparations would be safe in hers hands, and I was so right, she made me feel totally at ease and I cannot thank her enough. As for the food, the compliments that we have received have been outstanding….someone actually said that it was the best food they had ever tasted. Daren and Martin made us feel that they had put their hearts and souls into our wedding, all the way through from the preparation to the final presented food. They ensured that everything was to a high standard and we received nothing but praise. We truly thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
The staff were like our right handsOn our wedding day the staff were like our right hands, everywhere we turned there was someone there to get us a drink, food, anything we needed really. They where extremely professional, the food was served on time and my guest said they were very helpful and seemed to go out of there way for any special requests. I commend the young members of staff also, you do not get many staff so young with such outstanding customer service skills.
A great supportSarah Barber and Kelly Winchcombe have been a great support to me over the last few months and especially the week leading up to the wedding. I would not have been able to have had the day I dreamed of without them, they are a credit to Seaham Hall.
