Stately Home Wedding Venues in Cheshire

It is very difficult to put into words how brilliant a service Arley Hall provided for our October wedding but we will try! Having looked at a few different wedding venues in the area, we came across Arley Hall by a chance conversation with a work colleague and after attending one of their wedding open days we never looked back. We were blown away by the character and beauty of the hall and its gardens and knew it was the perfect venue for us. Ashley and Millie were superb coordinators throughout, always being available to answer queries and provide guidance and timelines which were really helpful in allowing us to work our way through the planning process. On the wedding day itself, both Ashley and Millie were on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly and gave us and our guests a perfect day that we will never forget. Thank you to the team once again and we will be back to visit in the near future.

My husband and I chose Capesthorne Hall for our wedding in May 2025 and we couldn’t have chosen better. We fell in love with Capesthorne Hall on our first visit, not only are the hall and grounds absolutely beautiful but the flow of the venue is perfect. We loved that we could use different areas at different times of the day, from the amazing getting ready room, gorgeous ceremony space and dining room to the modern lakeside evening reception. We also stayed onsite and used the accommodation for a wedding weekend celebration. This was one of the major reasons we chose Capesthorne Hall as it helped us make the most of our celebrations and create amazing memories. The team are absolutely brilliant, Beth and Lucy are so attentive, helpful and friendly. Lucy helped us set everything up the day before, kept on top of all the details made sure the day ran smoothly. We were in very safe hands who worked so hard to make sure our wedding was so special, doing everything they could for us to have the best day. We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Capesthorne Hall and cannot thank the team enough.

We had our wedding at Inglewood Manor, and it truly exceeded every expectation. Not only was it excellent value for money, but the experience felt premium from start to finish. The staff were absolutely incredible—professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Their support on the day was flawless; everything ran smoothly, and we felt completely at ease knowing they had every detail under control. The venue itself is beautiful, but it’s the team behind it that made the day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for better service or a more seamless experience. We would give Inglewood Manor a glowing recommendation to any couple looking for a stunning venue with exceptional staff and outstanding value.

We got married October 2024 and had the most wonderful day! From when we booked our day to the days after, the professionalism and service was amazing. All the guests and vendors commented on how well organised everything was, the whole day ran so smoothly, we felt totally relaxed and looked after.. I would highly recommend Mottram hall to anyone getting married, the value for money is out of this world!

The team was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. I really don’t know where to begin… from the moment we booked our wedding at Colshaw we have had nothing but continuous support, from recommendations, lists of what we need to do and guidance on how to plan the perfect day! Well what can I say our day was more than perfect!! From breakfast in the Bridal lodge, transport to the house, keeping me sane… nothing was too big or small for Alison and her team! They were always there to guide and support me and I can honestly say I don’t think I could have gotten through the day without their guidance, kindness and top ups of Prosecco ☺️. We couldn’t have asked for any more, we are so glad we went with our heart and booked Colshaw! Our day was just incredible and I wish we could do it all over again. Also an extra special mention to Ian our toastmaster, he made us both feel so calm in the morning as we got ready and went above and beyond to include our little boy in every moment of our day. We can’t thank you enough!

From frst visit to the day itself everything was fantastic. Attention to detail outstanding. It was my daughters wedding and I was completely confident in the team. Lauren was the wedding coordinator and looked after us brilliantly.

Tabley House was excellent. The staff and volunteers were helpful throughout the whole process, from viewing through to the big day. We wanted somewhere historic and grand and Tabley certainly met those criteria. It was intimate without feeling small, and being able to have our photographs taken throughout the house gave us some stunning images. Its location was also ideal being rural but less than 5 minutes from junction 19 on the M6 made it easy for our guests to get to without having to compromise on the views, and being close to Knutsford gave us plenty of choice for where to host our evening part of the day.
