Myself and my husband had our daytime wedding ceremony and reception at Spanish City on 27.07.2024. It was the perfect day and the staff cannot be thanked enough. Nothing was too much trouble, a big shout to Mo for being a genuinely lovely man and a brilliant host of ceremonies. So many good tips and helped the whole day run smoothly. An excellent venue - we would highly recommend- food and drink service was great. Thank you all.

The team really do go above and beyond, we had the opportunity to visit the site numerous times prior to the wedding day, Sarah was so accommodating and helped to reassure my sister following some reviews. We were able to see all the behind the scenes, we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator leading up to the day, after numerous chops and changes to the rooming lists seating arrangements nothing was too much to ask. Glenn and Jill were so attentive on the day, it wasn't the weather we were manifesting but we still managed to get outdoor photos and kept dry through out the journey to the ceremony! The team on the day were so friendly and made all of our family feel so at ease. Credit to the chef too, we did not meet him however we had a four course meal and everything was perfect, the raspberry sorbet with prosecco was a crowd pleaser! This venue allows multiple choices which was perfect for our fussy family. The grounds are amazing, you can explore for hours, so much nature and lovely plants. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so thankful and we cannot recommend this venue enough!

Had no regrets for having our wedding at Lumley Castle. All the family and guests enjoyed the food and the party. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our wedding at Horton Grange was truly the best day of our lives, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue or a more incredible team. From our first visit right through to the morning after the wedding, everything was completely seamless. Every detail had been carefully thought through. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved, including the chefs and bar staff, who were all so attentive and made the day feel extra special. The venue itself is stunning. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was, and the new garden renovations were the perfect space to step away from the dance floor for a moment and enjoy the surroundings and sun. We would like to give a special shout out to Katie, who was amazing throughout the planning process. No question was ever too small, and she was always on hand to offer support, guidance, and reassurance. She really got to know us as a couple and we knew from the start we were in the best possible hands. We'd also like to thank Jackie, who ensured the day ran without a single hitch. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. One of the things that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the whole team were from start to finish - even making sure there was food waiting for us in our room at the end of the night so that we hadn't gone without eating. It perfectly sums up the level of care and attention that Horton Grange provides. We genuinely can't say enough positive things about Horton Grange. It exceeded every expectation, and our only complaint is that we don't get to do it all over again!

We had the best day ever! Jack and Dom looked after us on the day and we can’t thank them enough for making it absolutely perfect. The amount of compliments we have since received from our guests on the quality of the wedding breakfast, the helpful friendly staff, and on the drinks reception has been incredible - everyone really enjoyed themselves and was so impressed. The communication and experience from initially getting a quote, to post-event, was outstandingly seamless. The team are all super responsive, knowledgeable and professional, and made us feel very at ease throughout the years of planning. Everything felt personalised to us. The venue itself photographed beautifully on the day and we couldn’t be happier.

Redworth Hall Hotel is the perfect venue for a wedding. We had the best day of our lives and a large part of that is due to the staff. Kim was fantastic and kept everything going smoothly and the events coordinators Chloe and Jenna were always available before the big day to answer any questions! Our guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was and how attentive all the staff were. It was perfect 💕

Our wedding was two years in the planning and we were looked after right from the start! Naomi and Jaimie dealt with everything from late night emails to making sure we were never without a shot on the wedding day. The food was outstanding and all the staff were so helpful on the day. Our guests had an unforgettable experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. All our worries and stresses were dealt with as though we were more than just another wedding and that our day meant something to them too. Couldn’t recommend The Wildings Northumberland enough if you want a boutique experience. Very well priced considering how good the quality of food, service and are. Thank you so much for everything, wish we could do it all over again.

From the moment we visited the Vermont to see the venue, not only did I love what I envisioned for that space, but Lukas (one of the wedding coordinators) was excited to bring it to life. Lukas is a natural salesman for weddings and is an asset to the Vermont! He is fun, innovative and so unbelievably friendly!! The communication between putting my deposit down and the wedding day was amazing, they answered my emails and calls, questions I was double checking more than once and complimented me on my own planning. The wedding day was sensational and unforgettable - I’ll never get over it. Anna (one of the wedding coordinators) worked incredibly hard to make my day perfect. If there were any problems, hiccups or timing issues - I did not notice them!! She was supportive and informative all day and was a wonderful friendly face for us to be announcing us to the room for example. Our wedding was amazing, and the Vermont were using photos from our day the very next day to advertise weddings - and rightly so - they were one of the biggest parts of making it happen!! Credit to them for hosting the best day of my entire life. Thank you so much Lukas, Anna and all of the staff at the Vermont that made my day so flawless. I’ll never forget it!!!

Our Perfect Day ! We attended a wedding Fayre and my mam and I were shown around the venue by Events Co ordinator Laura. She immediately helped us visualise how our dream could be achieved. Her experience in her role was evident and this helped as she gave us suggestions on how we could maximise our celebrations. There were so many options we could choose from of where to hold our ceremony and the venue enabled us to share the whole weekend with family and friends as there was golf and other outdoor activities available as well as the spa. I was so impressed with Laura and the beautiful venue that it was an easy decision to set a date for our wedding. We paid a deposit then Laura was always available to answer even the simplest of questions for myself or my mam. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We met at various stages leading up to our big day and I always felt confident that Laura would resolve any issues we came across . We provided the majority of our own decor but the venue also supplied items, such as the sweets cart and easels, as well as our Ladywell package. Laura was unable to attend the day of our wedding as it was on her non working day, so we were invited to Slaley for a handover meeting with Bethan and Laura to ensure all of our planning was cross checked and we felt confident that Bethan understood our wishes. We always hoped to have our ceremony outside on the lawn and it was perfect. The beautiful building behind and we were surrounded by the countryside. As the bride, one of my favourite moments of the day way was sitting in the bay window of the bridal suite getting my make up done and watching the ceremony being set up on the lawn and our guests arriving. Bethan was very professional on the day and kept everything running on time. The food was amazing, every plate was left clean, guests have all said how delicious the beef was. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding and the memories created at Slaley Hall . They’ve said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Thank you for giving us our perfect day !

We booked our wedding in 2024 and had constant communication with the hotel from the dayof booking. We were able to pay in installments and no query went unanswered. Staff always so happy to help and our big day went off without a hitch! So thankful for the professionalism and assistance as well as the absolutely incredible food provided both day and night time. Will forever sing praises for how wonderful they made our special day
