My daughter and son in law booked this venue when they saw its potential. They customised the decor to their theme and they were not disappointed. The wedding co-ordination Jade is outstanding.
We had a few hiccups along the way and she was so supportive and empathetic. She treated each wedding like her own and nothing is a problem.
I could not recommend this venue enough and more importantly Jade!!

Jade was amazing and nothing was ever too much for her. The twilight package was perfect for us and within our budget. We wanted the ‘party’ wedding with the relaxed feeling and that’s exactly what we got. Would definitely recommend.

==The Run Up==
Everything was stress free and laid back despite only booking the date 5 months prior.

Meeting up with Jade (the co-ordinator) really put our mind at ease as we had very specific and detailed plans as to how we wanted our day to run.

In addition we also prepared and created some of our own decorations/plans etc which we wanted to implement.

Nothing was too much trouble and everything was noted.

==The Day==
Our day ran perfectly and everything we requested happened. It was amazing.

We wanted our day to be fun and filled with laugher which included the staff and everyone was willing and joined in, which made the day more memorable to us.

==STAFF==
ALL Staff were polite pleasant and helped our perfect day run at the perfect pace.

Nothing was too much trouble and we loved how the bar staff joined in with our Photo Challenges.

==FOOD==
The food was fresh, amazing and filling. We were that full from the Breakfast that we couldn’t eat the evening buffet.

==VENUE==
The venue is intimate and modern which is idea for Weddings and Celebrations. There are beautiful places around the venue for great photos and we cant wait to see the rest of our wedding photos.

==PACKAGE==
The Package we chose was ideal for what we wanted and believe this to be competitively priced. This included

Our day was perfect from start to finish and we must thank Jade and all her team to make this happen.

Jade and the team at wynyard golf club are amazing, from booking our wedding to the very last moment of our wedding day.
Absolutely nothing was a bother or a problem and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, Jade was so calm, collected and amazing ❤️ The venue, service, food and all the team were incredible. Our wedding day 8.11.25 we had beautiful winter sun which with the stunning views of the grounds made the most beautiful wedding pictures. We cant thank jade enough for helping make our day so special, it really was the best day.

I cannot recommend this venue enough we had our perfect day 3rd October 2025 Jade and her team were outstanding from the moment we booked. Nothing is too much trouble and Jade was always available even for the silliest questions. Although storm Amy arrived on our day we didn't manage to get any outside photographs it was still perfect.

The team at Wynyard Golf Club were incredible from start to finish and were able to create an exceptional day and evening seemlessly . We are so grateful!

Me and my husband married at Wynyard Golf Club and we couldn't have wished for a better day! Our Wedding and Events Coordinator, Jade, was very friendly and approachable and she helped ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible. We had a three course wedding breakfast and all our guests commented on the food and how tasty it was. The evening food was great too! Jade really took the time to understand what we envisioned from our big day and really worked to bring our vision to life. She was attentive and detail orientated and because of this, things ran fluidly. We really did have the most perfect day and couldn't have wished for a better venue. We would highly recommend Wynyard Golf Club as a venue.

We recently held our wedding, both the ceremony and reception at Wynyard Golf Club. I don't have the words to express my thank you to the whole team who made this happen.
From the moment of booking I received communication throughout. Our coordinator Jade, was accessible all all times and her professionalism shone throughout our planning period.
I had a vision of how I wanted my day and a theme for the wedding itself and Jade along with the staff team delivered this exceptionally.
The day itself was coordinated to perfection, no ask was too big for any of the staff, my guests have all commented on how well the day went this was a huge relief for myself as you could call me a bit of a control freak.
The Wedding breakfast and evening meal was beautiful again I have received many compliments.
The venue provides adequate grounds for beautiful photographs.
Magnum Entertainment who provided our DJ through our Wynyats Golf Club wedding package were brilliant, all of my guests have commented on the fantastic dj!
I am so please with how our day went and would recommend this venue to all couples looking to book their upcoming wedding.

Trying to get married during Covid (September 2020) was a real challenge, we contacted Wynyard and from the start they went out of their way to help us have our dream day, Jade was outstanding in her help! Nothing was to much trouble, even when we brought the wedding forward Wynyard made us feel like it was more than possible to still have the day we wanted. The room was beautiful, the food was outstanding, the staff were so friendly, we eventually had our perfect day and cant thank Wynyard (and Jade) enough!

We had our wedding reception here last Saturday 24.3.18. The staff were fantastic - especially events co ordinator Lynsey- they couldn’t do enough for us and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Lynsey went out of her way to ensure I could dress the venue however I wanted, even coming in earlier to meet me on the morning. The guests all commented on how lovely the food was. Brilliant venue!

The staff team on the day were amazing very efficient going above and beyond making our day worry free. The food was superb complements to the chef. All guest enjoyed their meal. Got married at this fantastic venue on 12-08-16. The day ran great Lynsey and her team were absolute stars we couldn't have asked for better service they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. All our guest have sent lovely messages saying how fantastic this venue was and how great all staff were. We would highly recommend this venue as food is out of this world.
