We simply cannot express our gratitude to the staff and team behind the scenes at The Croft & our wedding coordinator Paige. Our day was perfect from start to finish, the staff made me feel so welcome from the night before right through to leaving the day after our wedding. Nothing was too much to ask. The girls at The Croft made me feel so special and went above and beyond to make sure first that I would eat! And second that we both had the best day possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to hold our wedding day.

We recently got married at The Croft (just over a week ago) and we had the best day!
The lead up to our big day was stressful at times but our wedding co-ordinator Beth Courtier was brilliant in answering all our questions and always there when we needed anything! We had really informative meetings which reassured us and helped.

On the day of our wedding most things ran really smoothly. Our master of ceremonies was brilliant (Gary) and ensured we were well cared for on the day. There were a few things that didn’t go to plan but I guess it can’t be perfect! All in all, we had the best day with our friends and loved ones. Thank you!

My Fiancé and I visited The Croft for one of their open days and were overwhelmed as soon as we walked in, it is stunning. The staff were helpful, friendly and their list of recommended suppliers is amazing we can’t wait to get married here in 2025

I don’t think any review I write would do this venue justice. The apartment group itself are phenomenal, our wedding coordinator Jenna Breheny was perfect and ensured everything went exactly how we asked for our wedding day. Stepping into the venue the team thought of everything, food in our room on arrival so we didn’t go hungry, the rooms were perfection and stunning for wedding prep photos. The day went without a hitch and that’s truly down to the team there, we had so many compliments on how stunning this venue was, nobody was waiting around it was like a wand was waived and the rooms turned around and ready to celebrate and party! The food was spectacular and on the evening Rhiannan (I believe her name was) noticed I was too busy dancing to eat and had food sent to our room with cake so I didn’t go hungry after my feet gave up on me. What a day and venue! I genuinely believe the staff are hand selected to perfection, each and every one was unbelievable, helping me with my ceremony song timings the night before and supporting with a run through for the bridesmaids walking down the isle. I honestly believe we wouldn’t have had anywhere near the service from anywhere else. The venue speaks for itself but the team and staff were truly perfect and made our wedding day one we will never forget!! Thank you to the Croft and the apartment group for making our day magical!

Since booking our wedding, the communication from the team has been amazing. We were quickly assigned a wedding coordinator, Jenna, who was just an email or phonecall away anytime we needed her.. or to ask one of many of my stupid questions (none were ever stupid to her)!!

The venue went above and beyond for us, facilitating and agreeing to our wants and wishes - nothing was ever too much hassle

We had our day on the 21st Jan 2025 and i can honestly say it was the best day of my life.

My 2 friends and I stayed over the night before in the garden suite which was absolutely stunning and the staff were so attentive and helpful. They let us through to the reception room to set up the centre pieces and they played my walking down the isle song in the chapel room so myself and my bridesmaid could practice the timings. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely gorgeous. If anyone is thinking of getting married here, i would 10/10 recommend stopping the night before with your bridal party for the ultimate girly sleepover. Chloe in particular was so lovely, she kept checking in with us to make sure everything was okay. Nothing was too much of an ask for her.

Our wedding day ran perfectly start to finish. Everything is so organised so myself and my husband could just relax, confident that everything would be taken care of. Our MOC Richard was fantastic too. He was so organised and friendly.

We had so many people comment on how stunning the venue is. The venue also photographs beautifully so you can guarantee that your wedding photos will come out amazing. It was also raining on our wedding day, but actually, because the venue is so lovely, it wasn't an issue at all. We just did out confetti throw inside while we were walking back up the isle (which looking back i actually think i prefer because the photo came out amazingly)

I would like to say a huge thankyou to The Croft for making everything so perfect. If i could go back in time and get to experience it all over again, i absolutely would.

I had my wedding a few weeks ago and cannot recommend the Croft Hotel and the apartment group! From the wedding co-ordinator to the staff during the day and evening it was all seamless and I was made to feel so special at all times!

When we got engaged, we initially discussed having a registry office wedding. We were both conscious of costs and wanted to avoid extravagant venues that might feel overly posed or artificial.

However, we quickly realized that the registry office couldn’t accommodate all the people we loved. This led us to explore the newly renovated Croft Hotel, just down the road, which is licensed for marriages. The beautiful ceremony room caught our eye in the online pictures, and the brochure prices seemed very reasonable. After booking a tour, we instantly fell in love with the space. The venue’s character and charm were undeniable, with a fairytale garden vibe that felt magical yet unpretentious. After seeing it in person, the question wasn’t if we’d get married there—it was when.

From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Paige was incredible. She was assigned to us just days after booking, which made the planning process seamless. Anytime we had a question, we could email or call her and get quick, helpful answers. On more than one occasion, what started as a “quick question” turned into a long chat with Paige patiently answering everything. She was always enthusiastic and made us feel like our day was her top priority. About five weeks before the wedding, we had a final meeting with her to confirm guest numbers, meal and drink choices, and all the finer details. The level of personalization was fantastic. We could tweak the schedule and choose from an impressive menu selection. We opted for an indoor BBQ, crepes, canapés, and bacon sandwiches, all of which were delicious. This meeting marked a significant moment for us—our excitement soared as we began to visualize the day from start to finish.

The night before the wedding, I stayed in the hotel’s beautiful bridal suite. My husband and I met with our wedding manager Megan that evening to review all the details of the day. Afterward, he headed home while I enjoyed a luxurious night with my bridesmaids. The Garden Suite was the perfect space for getting ready. At times, there were more than ten people coming and going—bridal party members, hair and makeup artists—but the room never felt cramped. There was ample space to hang dresses, get ready, and relax on the sofas. Megan checked in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and to keep the atmosphere calm and stress-free.

Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue was stunning, and our guests couldn’t stop praising its charm—from the cozy reception area to the elegant ceremony room and the versatile Garden Room, which hosted both the wedding breakfast and evening reception. Every detail seemed to flow seamlessly. Personalized playlists played at just the right moments, and master of ceremonies Ethan expertly guided everyone throughout the day. The staff thoughtfully arranged all our personalized decor and signage, and the food and drinks were exceptional.

The staff’s attention to detail made all the difference. They anticipated our needs without us even asking. Whether it was replacing a lost drink, bringing me a glass of water with a straw before I walked down the aisle, or setting aside canapés for us while we were taking photos, they consistently went above and beyond. An especially meaningful touch was that the hotel is dog-friendly, so our beloved dog Ozzy could be part of the ceremony. Cameron from Wagging Tails Weddings helped make this possible, and we can’t recommend him enough.

The Garden Room was a fantastic space for the evening reception. Our band’s lighting transformed the dance floor beautifully, and there was plenty of room for dancing and relaxing. Just beyond the sliding doors, the outdoor area, with fire pits and blankets, provided a cozy, quieter retreat for guests who wanted a break from the lively energy inside.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more perfect day. We’re incredibly grateful to all the staff who helped make our wedding so special, and we wholeheartedly recommend the Croft Hotel to any couple searching for their dream venue.

Our wedding at The Croft Hotel was SO incredible. The team went above and beyond to make it extra special for us. We got married midweek in November. We still can't believe how great the price was for our wedding at this venue. All of our family and friends were amazed by the venues decor. Everyone had an amazing day. The standard of the chapel and garden suite is truly breathtaking. It really does have the wow factor. Our wedding coordinator Hannah was fantastic throughout the whole process of planning. Megan and the team around Roxy on the morning of our wedding were so lovely and kind. They made Roxy feel reassured that we had enough time and not to rush before the ceremony. Ethan was our master of ceremonies and he was brilliant. The food was really beautiful. We can't thank the team enough for everything they've done. It was a magical day that we'll cherish forever.

We had the most amazing wedding at The Croft Hotel on 26.10.2024. All staff involved were amazing from the moment we booked and until the day ended! Lucy Hallimond from the accommodation team was so organised and thorough, our wedding coordinator Beth Courtier was incredibly supportive and prompt with our queries and really understood us and our wedding dreams! The wedding team on the day at the Croft including Jess, Meggan, Grace, Eythan and Harry just to name a few were just so wonderfully nice and so helpful! We we’re treated so kindly, thoughtfully and sincerely by everyone! They work magic! They know exactly what needs doing and are honestly the best team! We will never forget what you all did for us over the last few months.

The Croft was our absolute perfect venue. We were looking for a more intimate ceremony in a venue which didn’t need much spent to make it look beautiful and The Croft definitely delivered. The photos do not do it justice, it’s stunning. We were on a small budget and The Croft worked with us to find a package which was perfect. On the day, the staff were all incredibly professional and ensured everything ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend them.
