Facilities & Capacity
From intimate gatherings of 30 to lavish receptions of 110. One of their main options is the Secret Garden Chapel, a fairytale-like setting complete with antique secret doors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and ancient willow tree surrounding you and your guests. A stunning, elevated stone aisle leads to a picturesque altar, making for a breathtaking backdrop for your to exchange your vows.
After you say "I do," you can make your way through the Secret Garden to the Garden Suite for an afternoon of dining and an evening dancing with show stopping interiors featuring a canopy of hanging wisteria, along with delicate chandeliers and exposed brick walls, making for an ethereal atmosphere
A huge sliding glass wall opens up to a lushes botanical hideaway. The surrounding gardens boast fire pits, a retractable roof, and water features all guaranteed to give your big day an elevated finish.

The best day
Our Master of Ceremonies was absolutely brilliant and kept the whole day running so smoothly. The staff were amazing from start to finish – so attentive, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Please pass on our thanks to everyone who worked on our wedding.
And the food… wow. We had so many compliments from our guests! Everything was delicious and really helped make the day feel extra special.
We also have to say how stunning the venue looked. The Croft was absolutely beautiful – from the ceremony space to the reception setup, everything felt magical and so thoughtfully presented.
Thank you as well for all your support in the lead‑up to the big day. You were wonderful to work with and made the planning feel so easy.
We truly had the most perfect day and couldn’t have wished for a better team or a more beautiful place to celebrate.

Perfect Wedding Day!!!
Our Perfect Day!
Fast forward to booking, our date was held provisional to make sure the registars and the preferred vendors we wanted were avaiable, which was extremely helpful to us and once we payed the deposit, the payment plan was easy to follow and useful for both parties. We were then introduced to paige who was our wedding coordinator in the run up to our wedding who assisted with all my queries ( no matter how small) and was just at the other end of an email or phone call.
9 months before our wedding we were invited to a menu tasting for our wedding menu where we also booked an overnight stay. We got introduced to staff at the venue, met one of the master of ceremonies, met other couples marrying at apartment group venues and got to get into the feel of our venue and wedding planning. This is a lovely extra included in our wedding package that allowed us to have a bit of a wedding related date night in the midst of our wedding planning.
6 weeks before our wedding, my partner and I had a zoom call with Paige and Paige knew exactly what she needed from us and went through alot of detail which definitely put me at ease ( as a bit of a type A bride) , she did a full run through of the day, noting all details and then sent the breakdown to us to confirm we were happy.
Fast forward to our wedding, the night before we had a meeting with Ethan, our master of ceremonies and it was very clear how passionate he is about his job. He wanted to make sure every detail was correct, every guest was looked after and wanted to make sure our day was as perfect as possible. He had all the time in the world for us and couldnt be more grateful for his attentiveness and professionalism!
The morning of the wedding, we met Jessica and other venue staff and they were so kind, caring and attentive. The day ran so well, they were happy to help in anyway and one big thing I noticed, was the staff were always smiling and this continued throughout the full wedding. The venue was clean, stunning, dressed to impress, the staff clearly pride themselves in their jobs and I know our day was the perfect day and the venue and their team were a huge part of that! Huge thank you to Paige, Ethan, Jessica and all the lovely staff at the Croft Hotel on Monday 29th Sep! THANK YOU, THANK YOU & THANK YOU!

Absolutely fantastic
Since booking our wedding, the communication from the team has been amazing. We were quickly assigned a wedding coordinator, Jenna, who was just an email or phonecall away anytime we needed her.. or to ask one of many of my stupid questions (none were ever stupid to her)!!
The venue went above and beyond for us, facilitating and agreeing to our wants and wishes - nothing was ever too much hassle
The day went so seamlessly. The wedding manager, the master of ceremonies and just the general running of the day was handled so perfectly
I can't reccommend The Croft Hotel enough - it is absolutely stunning!! Thank you for giving us the most perfect wedding and memories we will cherish forever
