Amazing service I had Emily helping me with everything she went above and beyond to makesure the event was as needed to be. She ensured I had the correct stuff in my bridal room I had her support and presence with me always. She was able to let me know what was happening when I wasn’t at the event. The service is great as you don’t need to clean up dishes and stuff once finished like other venues. The price for hall cutlery and clean up is amazing in comparison to other venues. It was fantastic value.

I could not recommend Britannia Newcastle Airport for all your events more than enough! Especially for couples looking to get married there. The team were amazing and did everything the way I wanted! Many thanks to Natalie for being my events coordinator and made sure the day went by smoothly! She understood my budget and worked with me on making sure everything was perfect! Within my budget came a stunning bridal room which was so helpful for myself to calm down nerves and be able to see my immediate family before walking down to the hall. The views were also beautiful, getting my pictures taken outside was so surreal and everything was captured so perfectly with the nature around us. The communication between ourselves was amazing and responded to any queries I had so quick! You will not be disappointed by having your event here, truly was the best decision me and my family had made. Thank you once again to Natalie and the team at Britannia Newcastle Airport!

We had Paid for the Platinum package, and this was the best package for our wedding, there was so much included, including decorations, dinner, ceremony set up, dj for the night time and more. The Staff throughout the day and night were fantastic, they really went above and beyond for me and my wife. Everything was perfect, and I would do it all again to experience the day once again. The process leading up to the wedding was really accommodating we could contact, Nat and the events team if we had any queries at all. Our room was well serviced, our stay was really comfortable and I couldn't of asked for a better day to Start a Family. Thank you so much to all the britannia hotel staff for everything! You made our day truly the best day of our lives.

I would definitely recommend the Britannia it was great value for money and ample parking. We used outside caterers and got a team in to dress the room up and stage. They all knew the venue and had worked with the team previously which made coordination easier. Natalie was who I had all my dealings with and I don’t think I could of done it without all her support and some great tips. Thank you once again making my daughters wedding special for us all.

We also have to mention the food, which was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious, beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed by us and our guests. So many little details came together to make the day extra special, and the quality of the food was definitely one of the highlights.

Every member of the team played a part in making our wedding unforgettable, and we genuinely cannot praise them enough. The venue, the atmosphere, the organisation, the food and the service were all outstanding.
