We just wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for everything everyone did to make our wedding day so incredibly special. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless, and we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day.

Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism, and it was clear how much effort went into making sure everything ran smoothly. The venue looked stunning, the food was exceptional, and the service was beyond outstanding. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that we and our guests felt welcomed, cared for, and truly celebrated.

We have received so many compliments from our guests about the wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and warm hospitality—none of which would have been possible without all of the staff. It truly was the best day of our lives, and we will cherish the memories forever.

We are so grateful to each and every staff member and cannot thank everyone enough for making our wedding so magical. We are already looking forward to returning next year to celebrate our first anniversary in the place where it all began!

We could not have asked for a more perfect day for our wedding. We were incredibly lucky with the weather for a 28.02.25 wedding, but even luckier with the venue and its amazing team.

The staff were absolutely brilliant — a special shout-out to Emily, Katie, and (I believe) David or Daniel (apologies cannot remember the name!), as well as Annabel. Everyone was so professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our day truly special.

Beamish Hall is the perfect wedding venue, and we had the most perfect day. The Hall looked amazing, and the day ran very smoothly. The wedding co-ordinators were excellent throughout the planning process, and all correspondence was responded to very promptly. The food on the day was exceptional, served very hot at every table, and all of the staff were outstanding. Yes Beamish Hall is the perfect venue, but what makes the perfect day is the staff, the food, and how welcoming our guests were received. We would highly recommend this venue to any Bride and Groom

Myself and my husband got married at Beamish Hall on Saturday 8th February and we could not fault them at all. From booking the wedding to the day of the wedding, nothing was too much for them. Not only is the venue stunning but Lauren from the day of booking, and Emily and Katie closer to the day, were all absolutely fabulous with us and nothing was too much, even the copious amounts of emails asking questions from me. The day itself, they made sure that we got little bits of time to ourself, taking us off and telling us to make sure to spend time together as husband and wife.

Our guests were blown away by the venue, with multiple compliments being given with regards to the service, the food and the decor; many of our guests said it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to and they could not believe how relaxed the day was; with it flowing seamlessly. Those that chose to stay at the venue loved the rooms and many, even those that did not stay, have expressed that they will be back as they loved it that much.

I would definitely recommend Beamish Hall to anyone else looking for a wedding venue, and we cannot wait to visit again, I just wish we could do the day all over again.

From the first appointment we had with Beamish we knew it was the perfect wedding venue for our special day!
Whether it was the day we booked our wedding through to the last appointment the day before the staff went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much and every query was answered so promptly taking all the stress out of the planning process. Everyone we had contact with were so accommodating and professional.
The days its self is something all out of our family and friends will never forget! Many of which have said it was the best wedding they have been to. A lot of this is down to the venue, the staff, the food which was amazing!! The atmosphere created by Beamish’s in-house DJ and the attention to detail that Beamish staff made.
Beamish Hall its self is simply stunning! All of our guests have made numerous compliments about the venue which speaks for itself! We pictured a winter wonderland wedding which ended up being even more amazing that we could have pictured due to the grand interior and exterior of Beamish’ Having exclusive access also meant that all of our guests had accomodation in the beautiful bedrooms which where extremely reasonably priced.

The wedding co-ordinators were fantastic from day one. Any questions we had were dealt with promptly and in the run up to the wedding we had a final details appointment where they went through the day with us in detail.
The actual wedding day couldn’t have gone better, our co-originator ensured our day ran so smoothly & it was completely stress free!
All of the staff at the venue were lovely, the meal was delicious & we used a few of the suppliers recommended by beamish who were also excellent.
I would highly recommend Beamish Hall Hotel- it is a beautiful venue with picturesque surroundings and fantastic staff!

We had our wedding day at Beamish Hall at the weekend. Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The planning process was made easy with professionalism, communication and flexibility. The accommodation was perfect and The Stables is ideal for meals and drinks and a very cosy atmosphere. Wish we could do it all over again. The staff would bend over backwards to ensure the day went as planned. Thank you so much.

We had our wedding here recently and it was perfect! The staff dealt with our never-ending questions with professionalism and all of our guests kept telling us how impressed they were with the venue and staff. Value for money wise there was no other venue on our shortlist that could compete.

A magical day at a magical venue - Beamish Hall went above and beyond from the very start to the very end of our experience.
We had visited a couple of venues before we went to Beamish Hall, but as soon as we approached the picturesque building from the beautiful entrance, we knew it was the venue for us. We were greeted by Lauren, with a wonderful little gift, and she showed us every room and answered every question with enthusiasm and positivity. We booked it that very day with two years to go to the big day.
From then, the care, consideration and communication from the Wedding Team was excellent. Every email with regards to the big day, rooms and suppliers was answered quickly and efficiently - no problem was too big or too small. Emily and Katie from the wedding team were always on hand to answer any queries, and to calm any worries or nerves that I had in the run up to the big day! The front of house staff and the accommodation team were amazing with supporting me in assigning rooms to guests with specific needs, and ensured that everyone was catered for.
We booked the Exclusive experience, and I would highly recommend this to other couples as it ensured that we had the space and the time to ensure that the day didn't feel rushed or chaotic - it ran smoothly thanks to the hard work and expertise of everyone involved in the wedding. The main part of the day that I won't forget was how much care I felt from the staff at Beamish Hall for me and my new husband. Everything was perfect, and I loved that throughout the day there were small time intervals built in for the two of us to have a little bit of a breather from the crowd and some precious time together - this was priceless.
With Beamish Hall, you also get the amazing skills of Beamish Extras who styled every single room perfectly and every room looked spectacular. The picture I imagined for my wedding day was eclipsed on the day by their fine attention to detail and the thought and care that was put into every aspect of the day.
I can't thank everyone at Beamish Hall enough for making our wedding day and most perfect and magical day. We wish we could do it all again!
