We have just had our wedding here on the 1st march 2025, from the moment we came to the hotel we knew it was perfect for us, our wedding coordinator sianne was incredible, professional and always had a smile, she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and exactly how we dreamed it would be.
The room was dressed to the highest of standards and better than we could of imagined, the room looked beautiful. The food served for our wedding breakfast and evening buffet was amazing, the staff were really friendly and made sure everything was as it should be.
Chris who looked after us on the day was extremely helpful and guided us through our big day, he made sure we had nothing to worry about the day was smooth sailing.
The hotel grounds for photos are amazing, our photographer has some amazing shots here and we are so excited to see them, this hotel has a lot to offer with the incredible views and the detail around the hotel premises.
The bar staff, Waiters and receptionists went above and beyond the whole time we were there.

Overall I really recommend anyone looking for a perfect wedding venue to book the holiday inn at Washington, you will not be disappointed.

Can't wait to book our annual trip for our anniversaries.

What can I say but amazing from start of our planning to our big day fabulous in every aspect.
The venue was amazing took me through every step on the day to make sure all was OK.
The staff on the day were outstanding from the reception staff to the toastmaster all amazing and helped when ever needed.
The wedding planner sianne went above and beyond before the wedding to make it amazing in every way.
Over all I couldn't have asked for more.
Even left us a little present in our room on our wedding day.
Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a perfect wedding.

I enquired at this venue for a price for a small bespoke wedding. In the end I booked a wedding in a box package. It was great value and had all the main elements we were looking for.

We could still adapt things which was really helpful. Staff have a really “can do” approach. In particularly, Sianne who really helped every step of the way. She understood that we wanted something simple, elegant but wasn’t going to cost the earth.

The day we planned together came together perfectly, with staff at the hotel absolutely striving for perfection and everything being just as it was planned.

I can’t recommend them enough. Sianne was really flexible and had a positive attitude to make everything work and it turned out amazing.

I only stumpled across this venue by seeing their package deal. Which screamed a bargain, we had a more expensive venue booked & canceled. As the holiday in gave you so much more, I contacted sianne & straight away felt like this was for us. We attended meetings & immediately felt at ease & comfortable. She went through everything always keeping us in the loop, advised & helped us too. When the day was getting closer we then meet Chris who would be dealing with us on the day & honestly what a laugh that man is! You couldn’t be looked after by better people, the waiting staff everything were on the ball & ourselves & guests could want for nothing. When we arrived drinks were waiting & we were shown to our room which was just totally transformed to perfection. All little touches we asked for to honour my father in law they did it. It was just perfect!! The food was just amazing every guest commented on the flavours. Even one guest said they don’t like the soup before trying then ended up 4 bowls & asked for the recipe! Haha. The grounds looked beautiful fresh cut grass all clean ready for our pictures, the turn around was quick & easy which had guests never even known it was going on. The value of the rooms to for guests was brilliant they couldn’t believe it, breakfast was lovely & tasty. Also the little extras as we entered the room when we were married the card petals everything was perfect!! I’m honestly gutted it’s all over but I couldn’t recommend the team enough. I honestly think it is a diamond in the rough because it just honestly exceeds expectations & would highly recommend to anyone looking to book their future weddings do it! You will not be disappointed!

Could not fault anything with the holiday Inn Washington form the moment we booked until the big day nothing was an issue for anyone. And all the staff are great definitely 5 star.

From the planning to the day itself, everything was arranged expertly and without any issues, everyone of our guests said how much they enjoyed the day. The service and staff were excellent.

My daughter's wedding was held here on 6th April & I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff worked so hard & efficiently ensuring that the day ran smoothly from start to finish without any problems. They really couldn't have done more for us. The room was turned around quickly for each stage of the wedding & looked beautiful, the food was delicious & I'd just like to say a huge thankyou to all the staff for providing the perfect day for the new Mr & Mrs Cowan, their family and friends. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say a bad word about this venue.
It was perfect for us - on the doorstep and a great package! The package included so many extras which ticked so much off our to do list from the word go.
From our first meeting with Sianne you could tell she knew what she was doing. She looked after us and kept us up to date with regular meetings. Absolutely nothing was a bother - she responded quickly to emails and was just on the other end of the phone to help with all my questions and requests. She helped plan the perfect day.
The staff on the day were outstanding too - again nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautiful, the room looked amazing and everyone had a fabulous day (and night cos the rooms were a bargain)! Even the breakfast was lovely. They catered brilliantly for guests with dietary requirements too.

From the moment we arrived at Holiday Inn, Washington we were made to feel very special by all of the staff. Friendly faces, courtesy and special touches were in abundance. Detailed planning by Sianne and Vikash ensured that the celebrations ran smoothly on the night and all guests commented on what a wonderful time they had. We were delighted by the treatment we were afforded and would heartily recommend the Holiday Inn to others planning an event.

My day was amazing from start to finish thanks to the whole team at the Holiday Inn.

Sianne helped us to plan and organise our day from the get go and was a huge help and support. First wedding so if I course I didn’t know where to start. No question was stupid. She was prepared with her tablet and showed different pictures of how the room looked once it was all done up.
Appointments were regular and any questions between appointments were always answered quickly.

The day came before we new it. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Vikash and Oana were fantastic. Vikash had us check the rooms before our guests entered to check we were happy, kept me updated on any issues. These were not issues with the hotel. My cake collapsed and Vikash had the kitchen staff try to save it. He was so apologetic and it was no fault of theirs.

The room was decorated beautifully and the food looks and tasted gorgeous.

Oana was my mamma for the day. I was poorly on the day and she was there ensuring I always had a drink, made sure I had something to eat and anything else I wanted. She helped with taking gifts up to our room so we could just enjoy the evening.

Don’t think twice about booking this venue. It’s so reasonably priced and service is 5*

Booked this venue for our diamond wedding celebrations! From the booking to us leaving after the event was perfect! The food was outstanding! Will certainly not hesitate to book for further events! The room was ideal and perfectly decorated for us! Many thanks to all concerned

From start to finish we had no complaints. The package we had for our wedding fitted us perfectly. The staff were so accomadating and we were kept so well informed. Everything we wanted to make our day special they helped to bring to fruition
