Highly recommend
Sianne was excellent during the planning phase and the whole day went exactly as I’d planned. The staff did an excellent job at setting up the room for us and Chris and Vikash were very attentive to us throughout the whole day. The only thing I would say could have gone better was the DJ was so loud on the evening, even after asking him to turn it down, which forced some of our guests out into the bar area. This is not a reflection on the hotel though.
Through the day Chris really looked after us and everything ran exactly as it should. The hotel grounds were great for the professional photos, and nothing was too much trouble.

15th august wedding
Sianne was amazing she helped plan our day always there to answer question and really looked after us nothing was to much to ask. She really is the best.
On our wedding day chris and his team made the room look beautiful was there all day to help make the day perfect.
During speaches he sat on the floor with our 3 year old to keep him entertained which was amazing.
Amazing staff food was fantastic and hotel was a lovely experince made us feel welcome from start to finish

Our wedding day
We had our wedding here on Saturday. What an experiance from start to finish. Sianne was incredible throughout happy to help answer any questions we had. She made sure everything was perfect throughout lots of ideas. On our big day we had Chris as our toast master very professional and friendly made me feel at ease throughout the experience. Our day was just incredible. Gorgeous food, beautifully decorated nothing was ever an issue. We had some particular requests that they were able to accomidate easily for us. I would highly reccomend to anyone. We have some gorgeous memories to look back on. Thank you holiday inn washington!🤍

Wedding to remember
I absolutely loved my wedding day, it didn't matter how many different ideas I had the staff had me covered every step of the way. Very attentive on replies or if I needed anything on the day.
I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding day and I hope I can persuade anyone else to go ahead and book your dream wedding with holiday inn.

Outstanding venue
From meeting the team at holiday inn to our wedding day we had support to make our dream day come true, Sianne is amazing and goes out of her way to ensure your dream comes true and Chris who leads the day makes sure the day runs smoothly. One of the best venues we have been to for a wedding and all of our guests were amazed with the day, the room is done to a high standard and nothing is a problem to change. I would highly recommend to be married here

I honestly couldn't recommend the holiday inn enough. The organisation and helping me keep on track right upto the day was on point. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. For what is supposed to be the most stressful time was just a complete breeze no stress at all for our big day thanks to all the staff. The Venue was beautiful the decor, the way we were informed of every step absolutly amazing. Food was unreal I had a very fussy bunch of guests and they all enjoyed it no complaints even from my fussiest of guests. Best day/night.

Our wedding went brilliantly, we chose the ruby evening package after having our ceremony elsewhere. It was brilliant value for money with extra options to add on, we added on a sweet table which was a big hit with all ages. The Beamish room was decorated beautifully with our choice of colours in balloons and chair sashes. From the moment of first enquiry until the end of our wedding night we were looked after very well with all needs met and ensured everything was how we wanted it and ran smoothly. All staff were very friendly and helpful and interacted well with our guests and the children. Our choices of buffet food was large and diverse and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests highly rating how nice it was. Would highly recommend choosing The Holiday Inn Washington for all wedding packages.

Made our day so special
The holiday inn made our day so special nothing was too much to ask, staff were absolutely amazing throughout booking and even after the wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly on the day. We'd recommend here without a shadow of a doubt. 100% value for what you get. Thank you all so much

Wedding august 2025!
Our wedding day was nothing but perfect! The staff were amazing from beginning to end! Planning to the big day! Every detail was perfect. Organisation and preparation was top tier.
The rooms were decorated to match our colour scheme and they looked amazing. Full room dressage was all included within the price! We added our personalised extras as our personalised touch but the hotel staff done an amazing job of making the rooms look out of this world
We had children at our wedding and the staff even helped with the children and they were amazing with them. Food, rooms, the beamish suite, literally everything was beautiful! Anything we needed or asked was never a problem and attended to promptly.

Had the best weekend for my wedding felt so welcome with the staff they are so friendly and verry kind they even helped with everything down to entertaining the kids 😀 absolutely fantastic job 👏 would recommend for a family feeling wedding beautiful service. 1 staff member bent over back wards to help me carnt remember her name. She had read hair and was so careering and supportive beautiful lady x

Amazing venue
We had our wedding here on the 2/10/2025, from first contact with Sianne nothing was ever too much for her, she made sure the day was how we wanted it. Chris who was the master of ceremony was absolutely lovely and basically held our hand all day, Onya was amazing throughout the day and even took our little boy off us while we could eat, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend the venue time and time again.
