I dont know where to start with this review, our day was the best day of our lives and mainly down to the venue and the staff! Value for money doesnt even cut it - no where else would offer the wedding we had for this much money and value. We were blown away, iam a perfectionist and having the room done by a stranger was nerve wracking as i wanted it perfect they allowed me to provide photos of how i wanted each part set out. I walked in and was speechless they did it and did it better than me i was over the moon it looked amazing! everyone commented on this as so much care was taken to get it right for us. Our guests were even blown away so many comments about how lovely the food was and that they had been to a few weddings that year and ours was the best! i know for a fact ours would of been alot cheaper too! who says you need to spend money to make it perfect we didnt! A family member made a comment his son spent 43K on his wedding and he prefered ours! lovely atmosphear clean venue and the amazing staff. We had a built in babysitter for our 1 year old she took him under her wing when it was a bit much and she was amazing she made the wedding for us did Oana! Friends for life now - when we visit we are still looked after nealry a year later (sorry its taken so long for a review). Sianne is an assest too she really was the best coordiantor so on the ball and loved our catch ups. So to sum it up book this venue you will not be dissapointed . thank you again to everyone at the holiday in for making our wedding day possible and the best day of our lives.. Love the Mudies xxx

Sianne was excellent during the planning phase and the whole day went exactly as I’d planned. The staff did an excellent job at setting up the room for us and Chris and Vikash were very attentive to us throughout the whole day. The only thing I would say could have gone better was the DJ was so loud on the evening, even after asking him to turn it down, which forced some of our guests out into the bar area. This is not a reflection on the hotel though.

Through the day Chris really looked after us and everything ran exactly as it should. The hotel grounds were great for the professional photos, and nothing was too much trouble.

Sianne was amazing she helped plan our day always there to answer question and really looked after us nothing was to much to ask. She really is the best.
On our wedding day chris and his team made the room look beautiful was there all day to help make the day perfect.
During speaches he sat on the floor with our 3 year old to keep him entertained which was amazing.
Amazing staff food was fantastic and hotel was a lovely experince made us feel welcome from start to finish

The holiday inn washington is an amazing and beautiful place to have your wedding venue, all of the staff are brilliant , so lovely and would 100% recommend booking your wedding here!

We had our wedding here on Saturday. What an experiance from start to finish. Sianne was incredible throughout happy to help answer any questions we had. She made sure everything was perfect throughout lots of ideas. On our big day we had Chris as our toast master very professional and friendly made me feel at ease throughout the experience. Our day was just incredible. Gorgeous food, beautifully decorated nothing was ever an issue. We had some particular requests that they were able to accomidate easily for us. I would highly reccomend to anyone. We have some gorgeous memories to look back on. Thank you holiday inn washington!🤍

I absolutely loved my wedding day, it didn't matter how many different ideas I had the staff had me covered every step of the way. Very attentive on replies or if I needed anything on the day.

From meeting the team at holiday inn to our wedding day we had support to make our dream day come true, Sianne is amazing and goes out of her way to ensure your dream comes true and Chris who leads the day makes sure the day runs smoothly. One of the best venues we have been to for a wedding and all of our guests were amazed with the day, the room is done to a high standard and nothing is a problem to change. I would highly recommend to be married here

Absolutely faultless day! Couldn’t have asked for anything more from the moment we booked to the moment it ended. Staff were absolutely brilliant and glad we picked this venue.

I honestly couldn't recommend the holiday inn enough. The organisation and helping me keep on track right upto the day was on point. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. For what is supposed to be the most stressful time was just a complete breeze no stress at all for our big day thanks to all the staff. The Venue was beautiful the decor, the way we were informed of every step absolutly amazing. Food was unreal I had a very fussy bunch of guests and they all enjoyed it no complaints even from my fussiest of guests. Best day/night.

Our wedding went brilliantly, we chose the ruby evening package after having our ceremony elsewhere. It was brilliant value for money with extra options to add on, we added on a sweet table which was a big hit with all ages. The Beamish room was decorated beautifully with our choice of colours in balloons and chair sashes. From the moment of first enquiry until the end of our wedding night we were looked after very well with all needs met and ensured everything was how we wanted it and ran smoothly. All staff were very friendly and helpful and interacted well with our guests and the children. Our choices of buffet food was large and diverse and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests highly rating how nice it was. Would highly recommend choosing The Holiday Inn Washington for all wedding packages.

We got married at the Holiday Inn Washington on 18th October 2025.
It was THE BEST DAY of our lives! Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish with no awkward gaps while the room was turned around after the ceremony for the wedding breakfast then the disco! The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our day so memorable. Every guest commented on how great the whole day was. The ceremony was emotional, the food was delicious and the disco was fantastic!!!
We’re so pleased we went for this venue, it was everything we wanted and more.
Big shout out to SiAnne (the wedding planner), Chris (the manager), the lovely lady who was like my bag security on the night ( I kept putting it down and losing it🥴, and she would appear with it😁), the two DJ’s, and every other person who made our day so very special!!! Thank you all❤️

Our wedding day was nothing but perfect! The staff were amazing from beginning to end! Planning to the big day! Every detail was perfect. Organisation and preparation was top tier.
The rooms were decorated to match our colour scheme and they looked amazing. Full room dressage was all included within the price! We added our personalised extras as our personalised touch but the hotel staff done an amazing job of making the rooms look out of this world
We had children at our wedding and the staff even helped with the children and they were amazing with them. Food, rooms, the beamish suite, literally everything was beautiful! Anything we needed or asked was never a problem and attended to promptly.

Would definatly recommend booking your wedding here! You will get a 5 star service *****
