The team really do go above and beyond, we had the opportunity to visit the site numerous times prior to the wedding day, Sarah was so accommodating and helped to reassure my sister following some reviews. We were able to see all the behind the scenes, we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator leading up to the day, after numerous chops and changes to the rooming lists seating arrangements nothing was too much to ask. Glenn and Jill were so attentive on the day, it wasn't the weather we were manifesting but we still managed to get outdoor photos and kept dry through out the journey to the ceremony! The team on the day were so friendly and made all of our family feel so at ease. Credit to the chef too, we did not meet him however we had a four course meal and everything was perfect, the raspberry sorbet with prosecco was a crowd pleaser! This venue allows multiple choices which was perfect for our fussy family. The grounds are amazing, you can explore for hours, so much nature and lovely plants. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so thankful and we cannot recommend this venue enough!

Our Perfect Day ! We attended a wedding Fayre and my mam and I were shown around the venue by Events Co ordinator Laura. She immediately helped us visualise how our dream could be achieved. Her experience in her role was evident and this helped as she gave us suggestions on how we could maximise our celebrations. There were so many options we could choose from of where to hold our ceremony and the venue enabled us to share the whole weekend with family and friends as there was golf and other outdoor activities available as well as the spa. I was so impressed with Laura and the beautiful venue that it was an easy decision to set a date for our wedding. We paid a deposit then Laura was always available to answer even the simplest of questions for myself or my mam. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We met at various stages leading up to our big day and I always felt confident that Laura would resolve any issues we came across . We provided the majority of our own decor but the venue also supplied items, such as the sweets cart and easels, as well as our Ladywell package. Laura was unable to attend the day of our wedding as it was on her non working day, so we were invited to Slaley for a handover meeting with Bethan and Laura to ensure all of our planning was cross checked and we felt confident that Bethan understood our wishes. We always hoped to have our ceremony outside on the lawn and it was perfect. The beautiful building behind and we were surrounded by the countryside. As the bride, one of my favourite moments of the day way was sitting in the bay window of the bridal suite getting my make up done and watching the ceremony being set up on the lawn and our guests arriving. Bethan was very professional on the day and kept everything running on time. The food was amazing, every plate was left clean, guests have all said how delicious the beef was. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding and the memories created at Slaley Hall . They’ve said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Thank you for giving us our perfect day !

Our wedding at Horton Grange was truly the best day of our lives, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue or a more incredible team. From our first visit right through to the morning after the wedding, everything was completely seamless. Every detail had been carefully thought through. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved, including the chefs and bar staff, who were all so attentive and made the day feel extra special. The venue itself is stunning. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was, and the new garden renovations were the perfect space to step away from the dance floor for a moment and enjoy the surroundings and sun. We would like to give a special shout out to Katie, who was amazing throughout the planning process. No question was ever too small, and she was always on hand to offer support, guidance, and reassurance. She really got to know us as a couple and we knew from the start we were in the best possible hands. We'd also like to thank Jackie, who ensured the day ran without a single hitch. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. One of the things that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the whole team were from start to finish - even making sure there was food waiting for us in our room at the end of the night so that we hadn't gone without eating. It perfectly sums up the level of care and attention that Horton Grange provides. We genuinely can't say enough positive things about Horton Grange. It exceeded every expectation, and our only complaint is that we don't get to do it all over again!

Naomi and the team at Bamburgh Castle were wonderful. Everything ran like clockwork on the day with careful planning and clear instructions from Naomi, it completely took any worries away from us eg. Who needs to be where and when. Naomi answered lots of questions for us on our first visit and continued to do so via email throughout the whole process. Giving us lots of excellent advice and recommendations. Arranging hair, flowers, photographer visitors and organising parking for guests. The day couldn't have been more perfect. We had the most amazing experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t recommend this wedding venue highly enough. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from beginning to end, and so much of that was down to the incredible team who supported us throughout the whole process. From the very first stages of planning, Emily White our Wedding Coordinator was so helpful, welcoming and supportive. She made us feel completely at ease and was always on hand whenever we had questions or needed guidance. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. A special mention also has to go to Ben, our Master of Ceremonies. He did such a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly throughout the day, while making sure everything felt relaxed, organised and enjoyable. He was brilliant at guiding us and our guests through the day, and his support made such a difference. Zara, was also absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail, organisation and support were second to none. She worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran exactly as planned, and we genuinely felt supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much, and she went above and beyond to make our day as special and stress-free as possible. The whole team were friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating. Every little detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day without having to worry about anything. From the planning stages right through to the day itself, we felt so well looked after. Our day really was perfect from start to finish, and we are so grateful to Zara, Ben, Emily and the entire team for helping create such wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. The most perfect wedding day ❤️ From the moment we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a day that felt truly special — and our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and more. We thoroughly enjoyed every single moment and felt so incredibly special from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the most perfect setting for our wedding. Every detail, the atmosphere and the surroundings made the day feel even more magical. A very special mention has to go to Becca, our wedding manager, and Andrew, our Master of Ceremonies. They were both absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We genuinely felt looked after throughout the entire day, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic, with everything being exactly what we hoped for. Our guests commented on how lovely everything was, which made the experience even more special for us. The accommodation was stunning, and staying over made the whole experience feel like a proper wedding weekend rather than just one day. Having breakfast the following morning was the perfect way to finish everything off. It gave us the opportunity to catch up with our guests, reminisce about the day before and relive all those special moments together. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our marriage. From the beautiful venue and incredible food to the wonderful staff who made us feel so special, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our wedding day so unforgettable. We will always look back on our time here with the biggest smiles and the happiest memories.

Where to begin?! Getting married at Ellingham Hall was the best experience of our lives! From viewing the venue for the first time to receiving a follow-up call a few days afterwards, at every step of the way, we were made to feel like the venue existed just for us! The quality of the service given to us by every member of staff we encountered was second to none. We made people aware that we had booked an award winning venue and once you have been through the whole process and got married, you can clearly see why! Our wedding co-ordinator Beth felt more like a friend than someone who was doing her job and she was seriously top quality by calming any nerves, planning all the little touches, delivering drinks and breakfasts, even steaming dresses for us! The multiple phone-calls and correspondence throughout the build-up was fantastic! Debbie checking in on us before check-out was a lovely touch and the pride that the team have in the venue they run is evident for all to see. Operations Manager Hanna and the member of the team who was assisting with check-in, taking photos and serving the wedding breakfast also left a big impression! From the groundsman and night porter to the kitchen, bar and floor staff and everyone else behind the scenes, every one of the team’s presence was felt even though they were in the background, quietly ensuring the event went as planned. If any couples read this during their wedding search please do yourself a favour and at the very least, check Ellingham Hall out if not choose them!, we’re still on a high a week later! All of our guests were blown away by the venue and were full of compliments. Our hearts left even fuller than they did when we arrived, our bearded dragon and golden retriever were able to play their starring roles and nothing we requested was unachievable. Thank you Ellingham Hall, it was the best wedding we’ve ever been to! 😉❤️

We got married at Charlton Hall and it was perfect. Roma, Matt and the team went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly, and we could not have been happier with our experience. We had so many comments from our guests about how quirky the venue & accommodation was, and about the amazing food that was served. The whole day was so relaxed, and nothing was too much trouble. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone wanting to get married somewhere a little less traditional. We can’t wait to come back & visit! Emily & Ross

We had the most perfect day that we could have imagined. Everything went off without a hitch, Jack guided us throughout the day and made sure that we were comfortable and well catered for. Both Jacks that were managers on our wedding day were amazing. We have had nothing but compliments on the venue and the food, the food cooking on the grill outside has been one of the pictures I have been sent most by the guests! I genuinely want to do it all over again, thank you so much to the lovely staff for making sure we could have the best day. No question was too much or silly, thank you again.

Our day was so so special and this place was the biggest reason for this. Everything went so smoothly and the staff are amazing at what they do. The venue, the location and the accommodation was 10/10.
