This magnificent Jacobean manor house is set on 26 acres of stunning private grounds and welcomes celebratory events all year round. Here, couples can comfortably accommodate up to 180 guests for their momentous occasion. The on-site staff will go the extra mile to ensure the to-be-wed pair receive all the assistance they need to plan and host an unforgettable dream wedding.
Facilities and Capacity
Upon your arrival, you will make your way up the beautiful sweeping driveway for a grand entrance. Among your event space options are several suites in various sizes. Whether you want a small intimate gathering or a grand affair, you have a range of areas to work with. The Great Hall, recently refurbished in June 2019, features wooden floors, wood panelling, and two stone fireplaces. The Great Hall can accommodate 40 to 110 guests for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests for an evening reception. The Prince Bishop suite is an idyllic choice for larger weddings and can welcome you and 180 of your nearest and dearest for your wedding breakfast and 220 guests to celebrate on the evening. This room is decorated in rich colours and fabrics, and when coupled with the venue’s superb cuisine and exceptional service, it will ensure a most magical experience.

Redworth Hall Hotel adheres to a strict one-wedding-per-day policy, guaranteeing that your wedding is the centre of attention from start to finish. Assistance from the venue’s in-house wedding coordinators and toastmasters is included in your rental of the property. A Perfect Venue
Perfect for a wedding
Chloe at Redworth Hall lived up to all my expectations. She always reminded me a lot of myself when I did that job and maybe that’s why I became so fond of her and the venue. Chloe could answer all questions with confidence and was there to support us with all issues big and small. She genuinely cares about her brides and grooms, as she showed when she came to check on me the evening before my wedding as I seemed stressed upon arrival at the venue.
Kym is also a true credit to the hotel. She dealt with everything we enlisted her for and kept perfect time on the day. Again, I am very aware of how challenging this job is and she makes it look easy. A special thank you for taking out 5 minutes to chat with myself and the groom during the evening when we just needed time to cool down and reflect on an amazing but busy day.
The food at Redworth is exceptional and everyone has since commented on this. For beautifully plated food the portions are very good and the flavours are superb.
My only slight niggle is that as someone who doesn’t really drink alcohol and can’t stand sugary beverages or Coke-Zero, I found it really difficult to find a drink on my wedding day that I could enjoy (sadly they don’t do Diet Coke) so it was water for me all evening.
The rooms do need a little TLC in the older part of the building but they are furnished beautifully and the rooms on the newer side are lovely.
Definitely a wonderful location for a wedding with so many stunning backdrops for photos, it’s tough to choose some of our favourites.
