With a choice of locations to tie the knot, couples can choose between the beautiful garden aisle with hand-built oak gazebo on the edge of a private lake, or an intimate indoor ceremony in the stunning Courtyard Suite.

New for Spring 2025

Nestled on the edge of the private woodland and just a stone’s throw from The Venue itself, the Woodland Pods will offer a collection of 14 uniquely designed, luxurious pods. The most luxurious of them all, the honeymoon pod is included for newlyweds on their wedding night while wedding guests are able to book the remaining double or family pods for bed & breakfast. This exciting new project offers a truly unique place to stay for up to 30 guests.

In addition to the accomodation, one pod has been purposely designed for the use on the morning of the wedding for those all important preparations. The "Prep Pod" is included for all couples and will be equipped with comfy seating, beauty stations, full length mirror, air conditioning, a fridge, tea / coffee facilities and a music station. The perfect place to prepare for the big day ahead.

Investment & upgrade

In early 2024, Moddershall Oaks placed a huge investment and upgrades to it’s award winning space, The Venue.

The refurbishment takes inspiration from the natural lakeside and woodland location, offering a bright and fresh feel to The Venue. The 2-stage refurbishment included a complete upgrade to the facilities including a glamorous new bar, an extended soft seating area, waterfall planting and ceiling lanterns, plus soft lighting, luxurious fabrics and a light airy feel throughout. The investment has been completed ready for the 2024 summer season.

Facilities and Capacity

At the award-winning Moddershall Oaks, you’ll be looked after by an experienced and passionate team who offer a professional service with a personal touch. Exclusive use of The Venue includes the adjacent manicured gardens and a courtyard with wishing well. Weddings also include use of the preparation lounge, the Sanctuary.

Spaces inside and out can be customised to suit your style including lighting options that can be adapted to match your colour scheme.

With a capacity of up to 130 guests for ceremony and wedding breakfasts, and up to 175 for an evening reception, The Venue offers a flexible space with moveable walls that allow you to accommodate any number of guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings.

Mini moon

Newlyweds are invited to spend their wedding night in Moddershall's five-star honeymoon pod as part of the luxurious Mini-Moon spa break. The mini-moon includes a freshly cooked breakfast, a private timeslot in the heated outdoor spa pool, a bottle of champagne, 2 course lunch and use of the award-winning spa facilities throughout the day!
