We had the most amazing wedding day at The Three Horseshoes from our first look round, to all the arrangements to our special day every member of staff was so helpful, professional and attentive. No question was ever silly and nothing was too much.
Our day ran so smoothly and calm, the decor was stunning and the food was incredible.
We would highly recommend The Three Horseshoes to anyone getting married.

We got married at three horseshoes on saturday and all I can say is that it was perfect. Everything was easy from first look around to booking and up to check out the morning after the wedding.
Everything ran smoothly we were reminded of times and what was to be expected. All staff were professional and friendly. Everything on the day went perfectly.
My only gripe is a personal preference to cut the cake and do first dance earlier. But despite this it still went perfectly.
The food at the meal was absolutely gorgeous abd everyone commented in the meal being so nice. We had 2 gluten free, a vegan and a vegetarian and all commented about how nice their food was too. The buffet there was plenty of food and breakfast the next morning was tasty too. Room was clean and was so prety well decorated.
The staff worked tirelessly all day. Thank you so much for making our special day just perfect and so enjoyable.

Our experience at this wedding venue was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we first toured the property to the end of the night, every detail was handled with so much care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. It truly felt like the team was just as excited about our big day as we were.
The venue itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and filled with charm. Whether it was the ceremony space, the reception area, or the grounds for photos, every corner provided a picture-perfect backdrop. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous everything looked.
What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. They were attentive, organised, and incredibly kind. We never had to worry about a single thing; they anticipated needs before we even realised them. The coordination by McCaila on the day of the wedding was seamless, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the moment.

We had our Wedding at The Three Horseshoes in November. The location is stunning, and the venue room was perfect. the Wedding Team were amazing from when we first booked, right through to the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and on the day itself they guided us and ensured the day went perfectly, we didn't have a thing to worry about. The food was outstanding and served perfectly, could not fault anything at all. We are so pleased we picked this venue, and it was such good value for money.

We had our wedding here 30.10.25 and are so happy we chose the three horseshoes over anywhere else. For everything we got it was amazing value. Food was absolutely to die for and portion sizes were very generous. Personal touches and friendly professional attitudes by everyone involved made the day run super smoothly and everything we could have imagined and more. Special shout out to Michaela who spent the day coordinating everything down to the letter. Such a lovely lady. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.

The staff at The Horse Shoes were amazing nothing was too much never having been married they guided me through what a general wedding day would look like and put me at ease by being flexible with timings and also answering any last minute questions I had. The Venue was beautiful but in my opinion the staff were the stars.

From start to finish, the team at The Three Horseshoes made our wedding day absolutely perfect. They were fantastic every step of the way — helpful, friendly, and always ready with advice to make everything run smoothly. It truly felt like a personal experience, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The room itself was incredible, beautifully dressed exactly how we’d hoped, thanks to the team’s attention to detail and support. The service — both at the table and behind the bar — was exceptional, and the food was out of this world! Honestly, it tasted like Michelin-star dining, but with generous portions that everyone raved about.

The views and outdoor space were simply breathtaking and added so much to the day. It was worth every penny and more. We couldn’t recommend The Three Horseshoes enough for anyone looking for a stunning venue with a warm, dedicated team.

Can’t thank you enough for the most amazing day! Lovely staff and amazing service, the whole day ran perfectly. Booked in July 2025, giving us 6weeks to plan, the Communication was great. On the day the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted. Ourselves and All our guest have each said how great the food was in the day and the buffet in the evening, more than enough to go around, nobody went hungry. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back on new year Eve to celebrate and enjoy a fabulous spa break!!!

We recently had our wedding at the Three Horseshoes and had a wonderful day all thanks to the incredible Kirsty! She went above and beyond to make sure that the day went as planned and that we were both taken care of. I have no doubt this day was what it was because of Kirsty. I would highly recommend the three horse shoes to any future bride and groom- you won't be disappointed!

We did all of our decorations ourselves and were given the flexibility to set up to make sure it was all ready for our day.

From the start of the day we had the prep room the morning to get ready, offering spacious room for bridesmaids and myself to get ready away from the groom.

Wedding coordinator Kirsty looked after me in the day and made me feel relax, having lovely conversations with me and made me feel comfortable. The venue is a cozy setting if you like a rustic inn setting where it’s like a home away from home this is for you. The area where we got married was fantastic as we had the wedding venue room and it was a decent distance from the main part of the venue where the restaurant/ pub was so you felt it was your own for the day.

We got married in the venue and it’s curtained over to separate from the reception area for the evening we had, with a private bar that opened in the evening for guests. Having 59 guests for the day and 80 for the night the venue space caters for that well. Outside space we had was separate from the venues other guests who came for a meal etc, offering us a picturesque view of the Peak District.

Food was absolutely delicious! 3 course meal of minestrone soup, chicken dinner and crumble. All guests complimented about the food and even when the buffet came out guests were still full from the main which is a great sign nobody goes hungry in portions.

Timings for the whole day went to plan and we had a blast throughout. The venue offered not only a rustic cozy style but offered the best service we needed for our big day which is massive factor when choosing a venue, you need to pick somewhere where the staff are exceptional in delivering an outstanding service as you wanna be stress free and we were.

Bobby our evening coordinator was friendly and was everywhere making sure that everything went smooth in timings so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. If I could do the day again I’d do it in a heartbeat as this venue doesn’t just offer stunning views it offers a relaxing atmosphere which we all need in our big day.

Cost wise it’s really affordable I’d say. We got married mid week in August so it worked well for our guests as well as many take time off in August with it being kids holidays so cost came down slightly then.

Lisa (general manager) , Kirsty, Tommy were all the best in providing a service and the rest of the waiting staff, bar staff, reception, chefs were all lovely too. We made sure to thank everyone as it’s as much about the people who help you have a great day as it is just a venue setting.

We had our ceremony and wedding reception at the three horseshoes and it was perfect from start to finish, the staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The views are absolutely beautiful and make for brilliant pictures. The venue is perfect. We absolutely loved our day and wouldn't of chose anywhere else to get married.

We had our wedding day in July this year, the day was perfect from start to finish. The team at the three shoes are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure everything ran smoothly, they are lovely down to earth team who work so hard. I think the packages which they have on offer are such great value for money, everyone commented on how amazing the food was and what a wonderful day they had. The prep suite is the perfect room to get ready in and where possible the team accommodate for whatever you need. I would 100% recommend this venue for any wedding, large or small. It's a must that you go and have a look around.

The Three Horseshoes were amazing from the moment we started planning our wedding and decided to book them and right up to and on the day. We felt relaxed and stress free about our wedding because they were so reassuring, helpful and invested in our day. Lisa and McCaila in particular were superb and we chose suppliers that were recommended by the venue for our photographers, cake, flowers, decorations, hair and makeup and all were spot on. We had the best day of our lives and this venue helped to make that happen. We will forever be grateful and will be returning for our first year anniversary next year.

We didn’t want a formal sit down so booked the 4pm ceremony with a hog roast at night. Right from the start the team looked after us. We wanted a venue where everything was in one place and there were rooms, without the cost being too prohibitive . The team helped us organise everything and answered any questions- you basically have a team of wedding planners included. The wedding prep suite was amazing- my hair and make up artists said it was one of the best they’d been in. On the day Lisa and Kirsty guided us through and made sure everything ran perfectly. Food was lovely too. Can’t recommend highly enough
