From start to finish, the wedding team were so professional, approachable and supportive! This is the type of place you fall in love with when you visit, the climbing ivy, the beautiful rooms, the gorgeous decor! To then top it off, the wedding team, Alanis, Yan and Alison were just perfect!

The Abbey offers a package which includes for more or less everything you need for the wedding making planning so much easier and straight forward without compromising on anything. All the style and magic without the stress of dealing with 101 suppliers.

On the day, Yan was with myself directing me when I was so nervous I couldn’t even think straight. He was calm and so supportive for myself and the bridal party, we can’t thank him enough!

The room was set up beautifully as part of the package and we were blown away when we saw them.

I fell in love with this place when I saw it but after meeting the wonderful staff it solidified it for me.

This place will hold such a large space in my heart, I’ll be forever grateful for the staff here for making our day the most magical day of our lives.

We had a wonderful wedding at the Abbey Hotel and would highly recommend them. We went with the All inclusive wedding package which meant that multiple elements of the wedding were covered making planning a lot easier. Having the venue, food, decor and DJ included was a big weight off our minds whilst planning. The venue itself was lovely. We had our ceremony and our wedding breakfast in two separate rooms and both were prepared so well for our big day. Finally we would like to mention how amazing Alanis was as a wedding planner for us. She was always available if we had any questions or last minute changes that we thought of. Nothing was too much trouble. Alanis and the staff at the Abbey were excellent on our wedding day and I can't speak highly enough of them.

We got married at the abbey last year. We live overseas and this was our UK wedding. It was also our favorite.
I cannot express how easy the planning was with the abbey. Especially from overseas. It was even easier than the one in our home country.
The staff was such a delight, very responsive and always ready to help. They also have been so flexible.

And the food was really the best. Plus there was so much to choose from. And the wine was delicious.

It is true some rooms can be outdated and but all our guests loved their rooms. We had some mobility issues with one of our guests and they promptly changed the room to accommodate.
And the wedding suite is breathtaking.

Could not recommend enough. And the pictures of the wedding are gorgeous with the fall folliage.

I know they accommodate parties from 10 to over 100.

This is a hidden gem in the midlands. 100/10

Had our beautiful wedding day at the abbey hotel last Saturday ❤️ from the first time we visited we knew this was the venue for us. Alison was great on showing us everything and booking while we were there. Alanis is an absolute angel! No question was too much and to have her there on the day was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better! The bridal suite was beautiful, the food was incredible and the whole venue is absolutely beautiful! The staff were fantastic all day and Harry on the bar was great with all my guests. They ensured I had caffeine free coke to drink which I thought was such a kind thing for them to go out of their way to get for the bride. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book their special day! Thank you so much to everyone at the Abbey! 😊

The Abbey Hotel have been incredible. Their service was perfect from start to finish, everyone is so helpful and accommodating - and such amazing value for money. Such a beautiful setting and so warm and welcoming. All our guests commented on how lovely it was. The food was delicious, lots and lots of positive feedback on the food and service. We were blown away and the day was so seamlessly organised it made our life so easy! We want to extend a huge thank you to Alison, Alanis, Jan and everyone else who contributed to our special day. We recently held our wedding ceremony and party at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations.

The venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive throughout the entire event.

Every detail was handled with care, and our guests were full of compliments.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special day.

We got married at the Abbey Hotel Malvern in September 2023 and everything was excellent from the first contact to the end. Very professional and friendly wedding and event manager and the staff on the day were excellent. The food was delicious and all the guests complimented it as well! We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous view to the Abbey with the most comfy bed. Everything was just amazing and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you all!

From the moment we decided to have our wedding at the Abbey Hotel, we found the whole experience seemless. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day, the whole team were amazing and all our guests were just as impressed as we were.

The abbey hotel was absolutely fantastic they did a very good menu choices and their staff was very lovely.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are extremely experienced in putting a wedding together and it shows- Alison the Wedding and Events Manager supported us all along the way, helping us to have the wedding we wanted but also advising on elements that would or would not work. Karolina the Floor Services manager and the whole day-of team were also amazing- everything was sorted and went off flawlessly, all the vendors/ deliveries/ setup slotted together seamlessly, and I was able to just relax and enjoy the day. The package they offered was so easy and stress free to work with (e.g. the catering, DJ and venue dress were booked for us), and yet also really high quality and allowing us scope to customise what we wanted. Finally, the location of course was absolutely stunning! Thank you all :)

The staff here will go above and beyond to ensure your day is truly special. Nothing is too much trouble and they work with you rather than for you offering guidance and ideas that you may not have thought of! We had total support from the day one of organising, thank you Alison, up to the actual day, thank you Radka and all staff present on our wedding day. Superb!

We were impressed from the first contact how efficient our wedding planner Alison was right from the initial contact all the way through our wedding planning experience. Our wedding day was perfect in every sense. Communication was good with all the staff, they were so polite and friendly and helpful in every way, if we had any query they were aware of who to contact, if they could not address the issue.
Our guests gave us excellent feedback on the food, staff and environment. Our wedding was a very hot day so we are glad we chose the air-conditioned function room. As after spending time in the sun having photographs taken, and drinks served in the beautiful Abbey gardens, it was so good to walk into a nice cool room to eat.
We did try an Afternoon Tea at the Abbey, prior to our wedding and it was delightful so we had a confidence our day would be made special by the Abbey.
We did gain a number of good local contacts from the Abbey Hotel Wedding Fayre, ie supplier for providing wedding cake, making our wedding rings, and make up.
It has been a great experience working with the Abbey Hotel.

Our journey began with contacting Alison to understand the hotel's wedding package offerings. We met her at the picturesque hotel, and offered us both a drink whilst we discussed the reception. She explained all of the options, and tailored our wedding reception to meet our budget and requirements. We had lots of questions, and asked for a few changes which we weren't sure would be catered for. They were, and not only that, Alison did this with great professionalism and with a smile.

The food options were excellent, and were flexible enough to cater to the dietary needs of all guests.

On the day, our guests were welcomed at the entrance to the hotel by Pavel, our Event Supervisor. He was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Guests were not left guessing what to do next; he kept everybody well informed, and requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Pavel offered us a chance to see the function suite before the guests saw it. It looked opulent; Alison came to greet us and mentioned how wonderful it looked. There was a last minute change too, which was dealt with before guests sat down to eat.

Drinks were served immediately, and the meal was served promptly to our hungry guests, who seemed only too happy to devour the delicious food. We loved our food. Requests for extra gravy, and tweaks to dishes were dealt with quickly and without fuss by the catering staff.

It really was a memorable experience, and one neither of us will forget, for all the right reasons! Thank you Alison, Jess , and Pavel. A big thanks to the catering staff too - the chefs, and waiters/waitresses who worked so hard to make our event special.
