We had our wedding day 01.08.2026.
Our day was amazing from start to finish, communication was excellent throughout all conversations, meetings and on the day.
Staff were fantastic, we had a couple of changes to do in the morning with table arrangements and nothing was to much trouble for them to do.
Nick was our co ordinator, he did a brilliant job of making our day run smoothly, he checked in regular and always kept us updated on anything that needed doing or what was happening next.
The weather was brill, we loved that we had the doors open to outside so everyone was able to make use of all areas but you was never to far away from the main room.
Thank you for making our day perfect, we would love to do it all over again tomorrow!

From just turning up out of the blue to look at the venue on the off chance, through to booking our wedding here, the planning process, and the day itself - the hotel, staff and service have been absolutely amazing! Dan was our main point of contact, who let us view the ceremony rooms when we just turned up to have a look, and provided us with all of the information we needed and explained the process and procedures and provided help and support throughout, but all of the staff helped us at one point, particularly Kirsty, Alex and Richard. They answered all of our questions and were very accommodating about certain, specific things we required for our ceremony. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we were guided and checked if everything was ok throughout the planning. We had a couple of meetings to finalise everything but we could contact them at any point if we had a query and they would answer as soon as possible. It took us two days to take and collect our decor and they were very flexible about this. Our actual day was absolutely wonderful, and went very smoothly thanks to Dan who officiated throughout the day, explaining what was happening, checking we were happy with everything, and keeping to time, as well as being a brilliant Master of Ceremonies. He also assisted and guided our photographer who hadn't been to the venue before.
The ceremony rooms looked absolutely gorgeous, and they followed our instructions entirely, so everything went as we wanted. The service, food, DJ and everything was totally perfect, we couldn't have wished for a better day. It literally was the best day of our lives. All of our guests remarked how beautiful the venue was, how the staff worked so hard to give us a fantastic day, and how wonderful and plentiful the food was! We had our wedding at Oak Farm in May and cannot fault any of it from start to finish everything went perfectly and seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble and they always made sure everything was ok and made sure timings were how they should be.
Perfect venue with brilliant staff that are so accommodating to you, food was lovely, everybody commented on the meal as well as the buffet. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Where do i start? We had our amazing day on the 3rd May 2026. From the moment we walked into Oak Farm for one of their open days we instantly fell in love ❤️ it had everything we were looking for, beautiful, intimate, picturesque, welcoming. We booked there and then!
From the moment we booked nothing was to much trouble for the staff, they responded to our emails/messages within 24 hours, prefect customer service 😀
Then our day... we we extremely lucky to have been able to stay the night before, myself my bridal party and my parents. It was prefect to wake up there and start the days wedding preparations.
The staff throughout the whole day could not have done anything more! They kept the timeline flowing to are requirements, even when I was 15 minutes late to the ceremony.
The wedding breakfast was delicious, no wine glasses went empty. All of our guests commented how attentive the staff where and the food so prefect.
We can honestly stay it was the most prefect day of our lives and we would not have changed anything.
We can not thank Oak Farm and all their staff enough.

Our Wedding at the Oak Farm was perfect from start to finish. They were so professional and friendly and guided us through every stage. Nothing was too much for them. The venue itself is beautiful and everyone who came commented on how perfect it was, it felt very intimate and exactly what we wanted.
The food was fantastic good quality and plentiful.

We got married here 12th Feb 2024 and it was absolutely perfect. We could not have picked a better venue. The venue was stunning and beautifully decorated just how we wanted it. We used the collaborative company Venue Creations, everyone loved it.
From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us and big shout out to Dan who made this stress free for us from the very beginning. Kirsty for the above and beyond service to cater for additional needs - she was brilliant.
The team here really are special and made our special day an unforgettable magical day we were absolutely over the moon with everything. Nothing was too much trouble and were always there when you needed them.
The food all through the day to the evening buffet to breakfast was gorgeous and everyone commented on how beautiful the food was and some of the best they have had.
The organisation of day to night was fantastic and could tell the team were very knowledgeable in this field.
The rooms were brilliant for the guests and the bridal room was stunning.
Oak Farm if I could do it all over again I would and I would still choose this venue again and again.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and welcoming. Glorious yummy food thats to die for. Very clean and professional. My wedding breakfast set up was decorated beautifully. Dj was a total waste of time. Alex, dan and there keep went above and beyond for us. Fabulous overnight stay in the four poster suite. I couldn't of wished for a better venue or a better day.
