We understand that there’s a lot to consider, so we’ve made it easier by offering a selection of packages to suit your needs.
Classic Package
Perfect for larger celebrations, the Classic Package is for 40 day guests and 70 evening guests. It includes:
- Room hire for your wedding breakfast and evening reception
- Welcome drink
- Wine with your wedding breakfast
- Two-course wedding breakfast
- Toast drink
- Chair covers and sashes
- Disco and evening buffet
Pricing:
- £4,000 for 2025
- £4,100 for 2026
- £4,200 for 2027
Note: If you’d like to increase the number of guests, that’s absolutely fine, as long as it doesn’t exceed the capacity of the room.
Twilight Package
If you’re planning a more intimate evening celebration, the Twilight Package may be just what you’re looking for. This package is for 50 evening guests and includes:
- Room hire for the evening reception
- Welcome drink
- Canapés
- Finger buffet
- Disco
Pricing:
- £2,750 for 2025
- £2,850 for 2026
- £2,950 for 2027
Note: As with the Classic Package, guest numbers can be increased as long as they fit within the room’s capacity.
Intimate Package
For those who want to celebrate with close friends and family, our Intimate Package is ideal. This is for up to 40 guests and includes:
- Room hire
- Welcome drinks
- Two-course wedding breakfast
- Toast drink
Pricing:
- £65 per person for 2025
- £70 per person for 2026
- £75 per person for 2027
Cultural Celebrations
If you’d like to incorporate cultural traditions into your wedding, we offer self-catering options to ensure your celebration reflects your unique heritage. Whether it's a Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Caribbean, or any other celebration, we’re here to help. Plus, you’re welcome to bring in specialised caterers to serve your authentic cuisine.
Self-catered Packages:
- £3,500 for 2025
- £4,000 for 2026
- £4,500 for 2027
Add-Ons
For all packages, you can add ceremony room hire for £500. The guest numbers can also be increased, as long as this does not exceed the capacity of the room you can bring as many guests as you wish.
Bespoke Packages
If you want something truly unique, our event planning team is happy to help you create a bespoke package tailored to your vision.
Complimentary Perks
All packages include a complimentary stay for the happy couple on the night of the wedding and discounted accommodation rates for your guests.

Simply Amazing
Overall amazing and wedding team quite helpful!
The first time we attended the wedding showcase, we loved it ready. The venue gives like a countryside ambiance but still close to city and our church. For the value of money, I would say it is okay too. It would not rip you off. The wedding team are amazing, from the planning team to the hotel wedding coordinators, chef and DJ, we were all grateful. They worked above and beyond to make sure our event will be one to remember.
Special shoutout to Hermione, who has been very responsive in answering to all our queries and changes to the bespoke package we had, it did not seem an issue at all. She was very helpful!
Saranne and her team- the hotel wedding coordinators- they went above and beyond. We are honestly grateful for Saranne. She made sure everything will go smoothly and her dedication, attention to detail is such admirable!
And the food? Sam, the head chef exceeded our expectations. Our guests were all happy with the food, everyone commented how the pork belly bites as canapes, was the best!
We also appreciate Richard, the DJ in his effort and patience to work with our host/emcee to entertain us. Amazing work!
The only thing we were not happy about was our room accommodation in the hotel. The hotel staffs are not as helpful and friendly as the wedding team. It is a letdown.
Overall, we were happy we had our wedding reception here. It was still a memorable day and made our guests enjoy every bit of it. ☺️
