Hotel Wedding Venues in Warwickshire

My husband and I were looking for a hotel walking distance from Stratford upon Avon registry office and Hotel du Vin was perfect. Situated in the heart of Stratford in a beautiful old building, it was perfect for our wedding reception. The Events Manager, Ewa, was fantastic, arranging to meet us on the same day we first rang and continued to organise our reception with care, precision and professionalism. All the staff who work there are incredibly warm and friendly and contributed to the special atmosphere on our wedding day. Some of our relatives met there before going to the registry office and were made very welcome with tea and coffee. There were special touches by staff throughout the day and we were overwhelmed by the stunning suite we stayed in overnight. We were able to sit outside in the courtyard for drinks when we arrived, then went through to a beautiful room off the courtyard for a wonderful meal, which guests highly praised. Photos under the cherry blossom trees were a highlight. There were 44 people at the reception and the room was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel du Vin for a wedding reception. We are so happy that we chose it as the day was just perfect. We’re already planning to go back for our first anniversary.

I had a 2 night stay here as the 2nd day I got married in the cameo suite,firstly I would like to thank all the staff for looking after everyone and attending everyone's needs,the hotel is excellent and has a oldy worldy feel about it,the food was delicious and I cannot find any fault Andy the manager looked after us and nothing was too much,we had the most amazing day and weekend and would definitely recommend getting married at this hotel ,not only did we leave with fantastic memories we left knowing we had made new friends,we are fairly local and will be going back for drinks and food,all credit to the staff and manager you should be proud of all your hard work.

Chris and I recently had our wedding at the Billesley Manor and I cannot recommend enough! The wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the team, we’d done a lot of DIY and the team helped us to set it all up! We wanted an outdoor wedding and even though the weather was patchy Fran made it work for us - everything was perfect. The wedding reception and buffet on the evening were delicious, our guests had the best time and said it was one of the best weddings they have been to. The rooms were also complimented by everyone. We will definitely be back for a stay soon! Thank you so much to everyone at the Billesley!

Had the most amazing wedding day at the newly refurbished Ansty Hall in August 2025. They made the process so easy and straightforward and the food & service was absolutely outstanding. I would definitely recommend.

On the 16th November my nephew and his partner had their reception at Weston Hall Hotel. The day was magical and perfect from start to finish. The family cannot thank the staff enough for their input into the day - they all worked so well together and nothing was too much trouble for them. I mentioned to Kim at one point that I had forgot a gift table and within minutes she had sorted one with a cover etc. Fantastic service beforehand also from Helen who made sure the day ran smoothly and I must say it went perfectly thanks to her and the team. Food was amazing with plenty there and a massive selection also. The canapés were also the best ever - lots of positive comments from the guests. Would 100% recommend the venue. We had an amazing day, thank you so, so much.

My husband and I chose Coombe Abbey for our September 2025 wedding. From the beginning, we were ably assisted by the wonderful Hannah, who was our Wedding Co-ordinator. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our day and how happy we are that we chose Coombe. Everything went off without a hitch, and Hannah and all of the team couldn't have been better to work with. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and made our guests feel so welcome. We were also so pleased to find a wedding venue that was so reasonably priced without a ton of hidden fees. We'd recommend Coombe without hesitation to any couples looking for a venue with the "wow" factor that won't break the bank!

We chose Ettington Park as our wedding venue after completely falling in love with it and it was the best decision we made. Our wedding coordinator Chloe was amazing, she communicated with us for months and answered any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble for her. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and ran around decorating outside and inside exactly how I wanted. Sam & Lilly made sure our day ran smoothly and again were such huge helps. We couldn't have asked for more. Our wedding day was the best day ever, our guests loved the venue and said how lovely the staff were. Our wedding breakfast was lovely and the chefs accommodated for our preferences and one of the bartenders decorated the glasses for our reception drinks which was such a lovely touch! Thank you so much to all of the staff at EPH for making our wedding day the best. We are looking forward to revisiting to celebrate our anniversary! X

From the moment we set eyes on Draycote we knew it was our venue. It is so beautiful. The moment we walked in and a member of staff (Ian) brought our daughter a colouring pack we were so amazed. Meeting Zoe for the first time and her putting us at ease. We walked away completely in love with the venue and the whole experience of viewing a venue. All the meetings leading up to the wedding were done on our schedule. We always had a laugh and spoke in great detail about all the details that come with planning a wedding. The food was gorgeous and generous portions. Changes we wanted to the wedding breakfast were accommodated too. Zoe and Allan exceeded our expectations to make the most beautiful, perfect and outstanding wedding.

We had our wedding at the White Swan Hotel and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the professionalism of the entire team shone through. The venue itself was beautiful, perfectly set up, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made the day feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to Simon and his team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their hard work, friendliness, and constant support made everything run seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble, and their calm, organised approach allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The bar was brilliant too, well-stocked, lively, and really added to the celebrations. And as a bonus, the Mop Fair happening in town that weekend created a fun and memorable backdrop that gave our day an extra bit of charm. We’re so grateful to everyone at the White Swan Hotel for making our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommended!
