It has beautiful features, such as the black swans, the pond, the wooden swing, the flower garden aisle arch.
Inside the venue the modern and dated touches, just blended into one.
I managed to organise, plan and pay for my wedding within 7 months.
It was an absolute beautiful day, which went really fast.
We’ll definitely be back hopefully to renew our vows in 10 years time.

We celebrated our wedding at Albright Hussey Manor in June 2026. From our very first visit, we knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding. The building itself is stunning, full of character and beautifully maintained, and the grounds are immaculate. There were spaces for everything: the perfect ballroom for dinner and dancing, the patios for a relaxed drinks reception and evening lounging, even the Moat Room transformed into a creche!

We absolutely loved staying in the Hussey Suite as our bridal suite. It’s a beautiful 16th‑century room with antique furniture. The suite looks directly out over the ceremony area, which meant I could sneak a quiet peek at everything being set up before walking down the aisle. It felt so special waking up in that room on our big day, and it was big enough that 3 hair and makeup artists could set up together! The team also brought us a generous room service breakfast with a wide selection of items, plus tea and coffee. I had two bacon sandwiches which absolutely powered me down the aisle!

Their long experience with weddings really shows. Nothing felt stressful or uncertain; they were prepared for everything and very proactive in guiding us through the process. Our wedding coordinator, Emma, was outstanding from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and answered countless emails with patience and clarity, helping us make decisions and understand all the options. She thought of things we absolutely would have forgotten and brought our whole day together. The in‑person meeting to go through the final details was invaluable, and on the day she acted as our master of ceremonies, keeping everything on track seamlessly. When we decided, about an hour before, to move the cake cutting from the evening to just after the wedding breakfast, it was handled without any fuss. Emma took it in her stride and everything continued to flow perfectly. Every wedding needs an Emma!

Their partnership with Tanners also gave us a particularly special wine tasting experience, and we loved being able to choose wines that really suited us and our menu. And finally, the evening pizza deserves a special mention: genuinely some of the best we’ve ever had. They even made up one ham and pineapple for my dad - his favourite.

We are so grateful to the whole team for giving us such a relaxed, joyful, and beautifully run wedding day.

Emma goes above and beyond to make the planning & that day itself so smooth easy and special. The venue is beautiful and speaks for itself but the team is excellent and the stone baked pizzas are to die for!

We had the best day imaginable with albright! The team was lovely, the food was amazing, the room and property were beautiful, couldn't recommend them more!

Everything was fantastic from the first visit to the end of the wedding day. Emma was unflappable and dealt with every query and question promptly and calmly. Suggesting suppliers, keeping on top of things, dealing with last minute guests and the many food and dietary needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The manor is beautiful and the day flowed like a dream. It now feels like a dream. I don’t think there’s a problem they wouldn’t solve and the pizzas received very high praise from guests

We had our wedding here on the 24th May and it was just perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Emma and Paul were brilliant and so attentive throughout the planning and just made the day work seamlessly..food was brilliant and all the guests really enjoyed themselves as well. We can’t thank you both enough for making it so perfect!

Thank you so much to Paul and Emma and helping us plan and hosting our dream wedding. The venue is so beautiful, quiet and just what we wanted. After a week of rain before the wedding, we had glorious weather, but we still opted to get married inside. The room was beautifully decorated. Emma and Paul saw our vision and helped us create it, and we couldn’t fault it, and well within our budget!
The food was exceptional! Most of us stayed the night before, so we r started with breakfast - which was bought up to the room for myself and bridesmaids. We ordered sandwiches for guests before the ceremony, a 3 course dinner after the ceremony and a BBQ for our evening reception, followed by breakfast again the following morning.
The staff were also exceptional, they looked after us from start to finish. Emma and Paul answered all our questions quickly and put our minds at ease. The entire wedding journey, from the moment we were shown around, to booking the date, to the actual day and day after and all in between, was done with ease, professionalism and kindness. Emma listened to what we wanted and came back quickly with quotes and pictures, once we decided what we wanted, she went ahead and booked everything.
The day went smoothly and was effortless, it was a beautiful day! Nothing went wrong (apart from me leaving the flower girl dresses at home and a mad morning dash for the groom back home to collect them) it was a fabulous day! We loved every minute.

Everything about the day was just perfect. From the start, Paul and his team were just brilliant, the planning and communication all the way through meant we did not need to worry about anything as we knew it was all being taken care of. Every single little detail was delivered to such a high standard - we can never thank the team enough for making our day one we will never forget.

Paul, Emma and team were fantastic in helping us plan and execute our wedding. Initially we booked far in advance but life dealt us a curve ball and we had to bring the wedding forward immediately. Paul and Emma were on it and saw to it that we had a stress free wedding, effortlessly moving everything and being amazing to us and our guests. All who attended were very positive about the wedding venue and their stays. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff, incredible venue. All our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to, very accommodating to our needs and a massive shout out to Emma for her responsiveness with my many requests and Paul for being an outstanding host. Originally I booked a viewing whilst in Shrewsbury just to build viewing numbers. However we were absolutely taken by the venue style, beautiful but not pretentious and the genuine nature of the staff. 10/10 would recommend always. Wedding 6 September 2025.

We're so glad we booked our wedding with the Albright Hussey Manor. From our very first contact, Emma was wonderfully responsive, patiently answering our many questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped us accommodate cultural customs that were important to us. The Hussey has a wide variety of good contacts and helped us source some of our vendors, which helped to make planning our wedding much simpler.

Out of all the wedding fayres we attended, theirs was definitely the one with most vendors complimenting the venue and highlighting how attentive the Albright Hussey team are. The venue itself is beautiful, the oldest part of the building is very charistimac, and the gardens are simply stunning.

The food was delicious, with a varied menu of excellent dishes to choose from. Portions were very generous - all of our guests complimented the menu and no one left hungry. And the evening pizzas were a true cherry on top! The staff were also great at accommodating dietary requirements and allergies.

All the staff were lovely and helpful at every visit and throughout the wedding. Despite them clearly being a popular choice for weddings, we never felt we had anything less than their full attention and support. Emma was also great at talking us through the expectations of the day and guiding us through it step by step. We cannot thank everyone at the Hussey enough for helping to make our wedding so wonderful. We would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a first class venue for a truly magical wedding!

Getting married this year at Albrighton Hussey was so fabulous, everything from the gorgeous venue, luxury bridal suite and the helpfulness of Emma & Paul who couldn’t do enough for us! They let us create our dream wedding and helped us every step of the way. The food was great, the staff on the day were great & it really was the best day!

From the very start of our wedding planning Emma was excellent. We are an older couple and did not want a traditional wedding service Emma talked as through all the various packages on offer but said we could change thing so we got what we wanted. It was nice to have flexibility some venues we looked at did not offer this. Emma gave us suggestions and helped us design the celebration we wanted. Communication between ourselves and staff was excellent. Replies to questions and to the changes we wanted to make were sent promptly. We had several meetings with Emma and she gave us plenty of time to discuss our day.

Most of our guests booked in for one or two nights and all said how lovely the staff were when they were booking.

On the day Paul or Emma were around from breakfast until the end of the evening entertainment. Everything ran smoothly and our guests had a wonderful day. The food was excellent and plentiful and waiting staff were professional and well trained.

Could not find fault with anything and would recommend Albright Hussey to anyone planning a wedding or any other special event.

We recently had our wedding at the Albright Hussey and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first meeting with Paul, the owner, we knew this was the venue for us. Paul has vast experience in hosting weddings at his property, and his attention to detail was clear from day one. Both Paul and Emma, our co ordinator, were always quick to respond to any questions and clarify any finer points we hadn’t even thought of. Emma is a person of calm and professionalism and they were very helpful in arranging our DJ and caricaturist, taking the worry off our hands. Our guests were very impressed with the venue, both inside and the grounds. All commented that the food was plentiful and delicious and our Coeliac guests were very impressed with the quality of food offered and awareness of their needs. Overall we had an absolutely amazing day and we even managed to get married in the gardens which was beyond beautiful, thank you to an amazing team, Jo and Nick x

We recently had our wedding at The Albright Hussey and cannot praise them enough!
The preparation before the big day was amazing, Emma & Paul were a message away and responded to us so quickly if we had any questions.
On the day it was run so smoothly, as the bride and groom we didn’t have to worry about a thing!
We had our ceremony outside and the gardens looked incredible, it truly was stunning!
We had so many compliments on the food for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception. The turn around of the room after the wedding breakfast was amazing, we had the fairy lights and it just helped make it all even more magical, was such a lovely touch to elevate the already beautiful room.
The staff were all so lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us, we truly mean it when we say we cannot recommend the Albright Hussey enough, everything was perfect!
