I couldn't be happier with all of the services we received from The Mount, through the planning process with Gemma who accommodate everything we wanted to incorporate in to the day being at the end of the phone or email to answer questions. On the day all the staff were amazing all our guest felt catered for and looked after, the day ran seamlessly and I cant thank them enough for everything. Special thank you to Gemma, Sabrina, Jo and the bar manager who kept a thirsty crowd hydrated!!

Out wedding day here was just incredible, it was everything we could of hoped for. We were treated like VIPs by the staff all day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted and couldn't of asked for me.

We booked CBHH as we live locally and thought this would be a perfect choice! We were not wrong. Emma was brilliant, always on hand to help and nothing was ever a problem. A shout out to Ashley too! Thank you both so much! We married in the church & then had the reception in the marquee, all of our guests loved the venue and said it’s such a hidden gem. The drinks reception, food & service were great. The bar can get a little busy at times but you can always pop into the main house if needed so that’s not an issue. Stunning grounds & building, a perfect backdrop for a perfect day. Our party was great too! But that’s mainly due to our DJ, Sax & guests! I would absolutely recommend CBHH for your wedding.

From booking to the actual event, Park Hall events team was extremely proffesional and helpful. Amrit the pre-events coordinator helped go through all the days events calling out things I did not think of, increasing my confidence that the day would run smoothly. Jasmine and Shaan were the point of contacts during the event from the hotel, they both were on hand through the duration of the event to support the caterers and waiting team. They remained proffesional whilst being flexible to our last minute changes. The venue itself is beautiful with ample parking for guest, multiple entrances to the building, easy accessible for caters and well decorated. The venue will definitely be on top of the list for future events.

Myself and Aaron my husband, couldn’t thank Holiday Inn Bromsgrove enough! They went above and beyond to make our day extra special!! They helped us with any questions we had as soon as possible. Every staff member was polite and very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help in anyway possible. All our guests had the best time, The food for the wedding and buffet was delicious and amazing everyone’s served hot and well presented! The buffet was very delicious and guests even told us they enjoyed it. Guests who stayed at hotel had lovely stay in clean and comfortable rooms! The breakfast next morning was help yourself and was always kept up and topped up and hot and very delicious too! We couldn’t recommend The holiday inn bromsgrove enough and we will never be able to thank them enough for making our special day even more special!!

Thank you so much for making it a day to remember, all of the staff were amazing, the food, the DJ, everything was spot on and we wouldn't of changed a thing. All of our guests were also just as impressed.

We had our wedding at Brook Marston Farm Hotel 17th August, and it was truly the most perfect day. From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. A very special thank you to Nicola, our wedding planner at the venue, who supported me with such kindness and patience throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions or worries I had, she was always there to reassure me and guide me, which made such a difference in helping me relax and enjoy the build‑up. On the big day itself, Stuart, our DJ and master of ceremonies, was simply outstanding. He kept the day flowing seamlessly, managed the announcements perfectly, and read the room so well with the music—ensuring the dance floor was always full! He also kept me calm, organised, and reassured every step of the way. The venue and ceremony space looked absolutely stunning—our enchanted garden theme was brought to life beautifully with the help of the team. We had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and magical everything looked. Not only was everything more than we could have hoped for, but the value was fantastic too. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, a more dedicated planner, or a more professional and fun master of ceremonies.

We spent nearly two years planning our wedding at EPH and all our interactions with the team right from the start made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. Special shout out to Tasmin for her clear communication and organisation, and answering our many questions in the lead-up to the day! On the day, everything ran without a hitch, meaning we could really just enjoy the day without stressing at all as everything was taken care of. The food was great, lots of guests commented on this. Special thanks to Shane and Nash who looked after us on the day, bringing me an ice pack and looking out for me when I sprained my ankle while dancing! We had the most amazing day and we are still processing it all 9 days later, thank you so much.

Team du vin !!! Sorry this has taken a while to get to you guys. It's been a whirlwind!! Thank you so much for making our wedding day all it was. We both loved every part of our days. I keep hearing from friends how much they enjoyed the venue and all you guys did. Poor Colleen having to talk to me weekly with all the changes. Never once did she show any frustration to such a demanding bridezilla. Thank you Colleen for your calm and welcoming face. You have some real stars within the team who I would like you to pass my thanks and love on to. When we turned up on the Friday your Deputy (sorry can't remember her name, but begins with a C) was a real treasure getting the coffees in and making us feel comfortable. Emma on reception really made me feel relaxed, going above and beyond with some of my requests. Jordan from the bars was a real trooper looking after everyone all day. There was another guy in the bubble lounge with dark hair who spoke well, I found him really charming he always made me feel all was in control. Bhav from the pub looked after the after party and really ensured a great feel ! Steve mentioned Miguel from the bubble lounge. Steve said he looked after him keeping the Ubu's running. Everyone I spoke to was great, sorry I can't name them all. Jordan took time out checking all was well throughout the day thank you Jordan you did a great job !! Your smile is fabulous don't ever lose it. Love the hotel and the team always

The fairlawns hotel did an amazing job for our wedding. They were so helpful and made the day go smoothly. The venue itself is stunning and the staff could do no more. They always had a smile on their face and was there when we needed to ask them questions.
