From booking to the actual event, Park Hall events team was extremely proffesional and helpful. Amrit the pre-events coordinator helped go through all the days events calling out things I did not think of, increasing my confidence that the day would run smoothly. Jasmine and Shaan were the point of contacts during the event from the hotel, they both were on hand through the duration of the event to support the caterers and waiting team. They remained proffesional whilst being flexible to our last minute changes. The venue itself is beautiful with ample parking for guest, multiple entrances to the building, easy accessible for caters and well decorated. The venue will definitely be on top of the list for future events.

Out wedding day here was just incredible, it was everything we could of hoped for. We were treated like VIPs by the staff all day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted and couldn't of asked for me.

I couldn't be happier with all of the services we received from The Mount, through the planning process with Gemma who accommodate everything we wanted to incorporate in to the day being at the end of the phone or email to answer questions. On the day all the staff were amazing all our guest felt catered for and looked after, the day ran seamlessly and I cant thank them enough for everything. Special thank you to Gemma, Sabrina, Jo and the bar manager who kept a thirsty crowd hydrated!!

Lorraine & Darren 29.02.20 Had our wedding reception here, was lovely from start to finish, Claire is a great wedding organiser always on the end of an email to answer any queries, the day of our wedding the room was perfect, food was lovely and staff were lovely, we were looked after by David and Conrad during the day and evening both so professional and couldn't of done anymore to make the day go smoother, would highly recommend and reasonably priced

We can’t fault the day. All the staff were brilliant, no request was never a problem. Always there to help and offered ideas that we hadn’t thought out. Adrian was absolutely brilliant, made us laugh and put us at ease. Even though I kept calling him Andrew. Just fab would recommend the windmill village all day long.

Thank you so much for making it a day to remember, all of the staff were amazing, the food, the DJ, everything was spot on and we wouldn't of changed a thing. All of our guests were also just as impressed.

We had our wedding at Brook Marston Farm Hotel 17th August, and it was truly the most perfect day. From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. A very special thank you to Nicola, our wedding planner at the venue, who supported me with such kindness and patience throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions or worries I had, she was always there to reassure me and guide me, which made such a difference in helping me relax and enjoy the build‑up. On the big day itself, Stuart, our DJ and master of ceremonies, was simply outstanding. He kept the day flowing seamlessly, managed the announcements perfectly, and read the room so well with the music—ensuring the dance floor was always full! He also kept me calm, organised, and reassured every step of the way. The venue and ceremony space looked absolutely stunning—our enchanted garden theme was brought to life beautifully with the help of the team. We had so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and magical everything looked. Not only was everything more than we could have hoped for, but the value was fantastic too. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, a more dedicated planner, or a more professional and fun master of ceremonies.

We had our special day on the 21st February and what a day it was! It was absolutely beautiful and wish that I could relive the day again, it was honestly stunning. We were helped through the planning stages every step of the way by Josh who was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth and helped us to tailor the day exactly how we wanted it and to our budget. Everything went smoothly on the day, Hayley and the team were amazing and great with communication I felt as ease knowing what to expect and could trust that they were coordinating things behind the scenes. The food was gorgeous and we were catered for as vegans very well, we also had guests that were gluten free and also fussier younger eaters that were looked after and happy with their food. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was fabulous. Everything came together wonderfully. Thank you so much Fairlawns for making our special day so magical ❤️❤️

We spent nearly two years planning our wedding at EPH and all our interactions with the team right from the start made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. Special shout out to Tasmin for her clear communication and organisation, and answering our many questions in the lead-up to the day! On the day, everything ran without a hitch, meaning we could really just enjoy the day without stressing at all as everything was taken care of. The food was great, lots of guests commented on this. Special thanks to Shane and Nash who looked after us on the day, bringing me an ice pack and looking out for me when I sprained my ankle while dancing! We had the most amazing day and we are still processing it all 9 days later, thank you so much.

The hotel being very local was just one perk of this absolutely stunning building. As soon as we walked in for the show around we knew it was the one for us. The rooms are absolutely stunning, breathtaking ceilings, artwork and tapestries. The packages they offer are very comprehensive and cover everything we wanted with upgrades available if you wanted them. The bridal suite is massive and was more than enough room to host my bridal party when getting ready in the morning and felt like a king and queen to spend our wedding night there. The other rooms are very reasonably priced and meant a lot of our guests wanted to stay the night. Marius and Emma were beyond helpful on the lead up to the day as well as on the day. Answered any and all questions I threw at them and the day ran blissfully smoothly due to their experience, planning and attention. There was an event on the night before and they managed to get the room turned round in record time so me and little helpers could get the room set up before going to bed (the stresses of DIY decor!) I wouldn't change a thing about my day (other than maybe the weather!) and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Highly reccomend this venue for an absolutely stunning wedding.
