We booked the Shropshire as its not only beautiful but caters for smaller weddings, we only wanted around 40 guests and they have great packages for more intimate days that other vendors don't. Throughout the planning the team were excellent, they were very transparent with costs and we had no surprises with our budget. The day itself was magical, as most brides, I'd been very specific about how I wanted things and nothing was to much trouble. They enabled me to havr lunch delivered to me and my Bridesmaids late morning, ensured everything was on schedule and were ensuring every detail of the space looked immaculate. The food was amazing, we had a 3 course wedding breakfast with the only choice for our guests being a vegetarian option and everyone loved the food,empty plates everywhere. We gave our guests a drinks token instead of putting wine on the tables and the bar prices when I settled the tab were very reasonable. We also had some people who didn't drink - myself included as a pregnant bride and the provided non alcoholic prosecco for both arrival drinks and toast to us that needed it which was a lovely touch. They provided a golf buggy for us to go and have evening wedding photos on the golf course which was amazing. Evening buffet went down a treat with pork baps! They were so generous with portions so we felt great value for money. We used their DJ they bring in (AJs Disco) and he was great, such a lovely man who who even went round handing out wedding cake to make himself useful bless him. Even with only 40 guests he got the Party going and it was a fantastic night of dancing and partying! We feel incredibly satisfied with how our day went, we had the prefect day, The Shropshire staff made us feel they cared very deeply about our day and making sure it went perfectly. Cannot reccomend them highly enough.

Beth and Taka were married in Japan in late 2023, but coming to the UK for the first time as couple ,asked us to arrange a special celebration of their marriage for close family. The Dorothy Clive Gardens were superb in everything they did to help organise and host this on a wonderful summers day. With the herbaceous borders out and a fantastic vegetarian/vegan English afternoon tea, special memories were made. Thank you all at the DCG you were outstanding, as is the garden for wedding venue.

We live in London and have always dreamed of getting married at a beautiful manor house. The atmosphere was similar to a Bridgerton story. The staff was cooperative and friendly, and they even allowed our best man (dog) everywhere. Everyone loved the place and the rooms.

I don’t even know where to start with how incredible our wedding was here and HOW much we recommend! The Orchard at Munsley and their absolutely incredible team gave us the best wedding weekend we could have dreamed of – exceeding every single expectation and making our absolutely perfect weekend. I genuinely don’t think words will do this review justice as it was just so wonderful but we will try! From the very first e-mail to Jayne at the Orchard, we were so impressed with her personal, kind and enthusiastic approach which felt so genuine and so different from the rest of the noise that surrounded wedding planning. We visited and the site itself was so beautiful, it matched everything and Jayne’s approach made it so, so special. From that first visit, we knew this was where we wanted to hold our wedding. We felt listened to at every single stage, Jayne and her team made planning and organsing so much fun. People couldn’t believe how un-stressed we were at every turn – which was thanks to Jayne and her team. If you are looking for a venue which you can tailor to you as a couple, really personalize and make sure and feel listened to, this is the place to hold it. The Orchard itself is BEAUTIFUL, our guests still can’t stop talking about it! Jayne was flexible on our suppliers meaning we could organize exactly what we wanted (rare with venues!!!) and every single one of our suppliers commented on how wonderful the team were to deal with. On the day, we couldn’t have asked for more. They really understood our vision and created the day we had dreamed of. It was so much fun, filled with so much joy and excitement which was lead by the team themselves. The space is beautiful (we could hold the whole weekend on the same site!) with options for accommodation on site too and you can personalize every single part of the day. They really make you feel special and listened to – and I had absolutely no stress leading up to the day as Jayne handled everything with such care and consideration. I will never stop singing the Orchard at Munsley’s praises and truly will say it’s the best wedding venue you could dream of and Jayne is is the best in the business, truly.

When my husband and I started planning our wedding, I was adamant I didn’t want the faff of a DIY wedding in a field. That plan went out of the window when we found Alcott and met Lucy! We’d almost put a deposit on somewhere else, but left our visit to Alcott knowing this was where we had to get married. It’s a true family affair; this is a special place to Lucy and her family and that was reflected in the care and love that was put into the venue and our wedding. Lucy is a wealth of knowledge. Every vendor she recommended was brilliant, high quality and excellent value (no quotes could compare!). Alcott is brilliant situated; easy to get to but feeling private and secluded. The fishing ponds looked beautiful on the photos. The space is huge; we had a 5 hat tipi with space for an huge outdoor ceremony, flags, hay bales and picnic benches, loads of garden games, a bouncy castle and glamping, and still space for an impromptu family Olympics. Lucy was on hand the whole way through. She went above and beyond to make our day so special. She’s professional and efficient but still feels like she’s your friend. After spending the last 18 months chatting constantly, I’m going to miss having her in our lives. We need another excuse for a party!! I also want to give an honourable mention to mom Jane and the gorgeous dogs! We were told by so many people that ours was the best wedding they’d been to. I’m inclined to agree :). That would not have been possible without Lucy and Alcott.

A beautiful venue, it was everything we wanted and more Jade was. So attentive nothing too much trouble. It was a magical day The work they do for people with additional needs is amazing. Just a stunning venue

This venue was amazing. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it, as were we. The house manager Laura and her team made our day flow perfectly and was super organised, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would definitely recommend!

What can we say, nothing was too much for the hotel staff; from providing extra cups and glasses while we were getting ready to providing extra chairs at our evening reception. Marius, Sophie and team were absolutely amazing. We would highly recommend this venue for your perfect day!

We can’t recommend Deckerdence enough. Clare, Mark & their team are professional but friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself is stunning! We couldn’t ask for a more perfect day, all our guests loved it too! We wish we could do it all over again!
