Eynsham Hall

Historic Eynsham Hall is a magnificent Grade II listed mansion set in the heart of a 3,000 acre estate in North Leigh, near Witney in Oxfordshire. A grand driveway leads to the impressive Jacobean-style mansion and the ornate terrace gardens provide the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs.

There is a variety of reception rooms that retain their beautiful period features & oak carvings but which have been refurbished with a contemporary twist. All the rooms are on a grand scale and boast much character and individuality. The beautiful Green Room, with ornate plaster ceiling and large stone picture windows with views of the gardens, can seat up to 100 guests. For larger parties, additional guests are seated in the oak-paneled Library and Red Room. A variety of packages is available, tailored to suit specific requirements.

We have a dedicated wedding specialist who takes care of all the details. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies & Partnerships and has plenty of accommodation.

Licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships Eynsham Hall also has two public reception rooms the Main Lounge and The Gun Room bar retain their original features but a contemporary twist has been added with elegant modern furnishing. Eynsham Hall can cater for smaller weddings of around 20 guests up to larger receptions for 100 guests. In the evening the venue can cater for buffets for up to 200 guests.       Thank you so much for managing Sarah's Wedding on Saturday. I'm sure that Sarah couln't have wished for a better day. Everything was wonderfully organised. All the staff without exception were efficient and courteous. The food was exceptional, at the wedding breakfast and the evening Bar-B-Que. Also the room service meals before the wedding were really lovely. Please thank your chef and kitchen staff for there contribution to a wonderful day. Please also thank Sarah for her help on Saturday evening. How very nice of you to arrange such nice weather, you must have friends in high places! Thank you again for helping Sarah to have a very special day.

      We had an absolutely fantastic day. Everything was just perfect; it was everything we could of hoped for and more. You and the rest of the team at Eynsham were brilliant, so professional and the whole day went so smoothy. All the guests commented on how amazing Eynsham Hall was, the great food and the great organisation. We couldnt have done it without you, so thank you very much. We will be back in a year to celebrate our 1st anniversary!

      Every aspect of the venue was superb
      Now that the dust has settled I though it was oly right that I write to you to thank-you for your expert guidance and expertise. Every aspect of the day from the venue through to the catering was superb. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your venue for anybody.
