Perfect venue for the most perfect day!
As soon as we saw the Victoria Hall we fell in love with this venue. What an amazing space which can be transformed from a beautiful ceremony room to a very grand and lavish atmosphere for a wedding breakfast and good party!Fiona and all the Events Staff made our day perfect. Every member of staff we dealt with were professional, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our day very special. We cannot thank them enough.

Absolutely perfect
Ealing Town Hall turned out to be the perfect place for our wedding reception. The Victoria Hall was transformed into a beautiful setting for our eclectic party, the new lighting created a brilliant theatrical atmosphere and we were sitting pretty in pink. The Princess Hall was also a lovely setting for welcome drinks and access between halls was convenient for young and old. The Town Hall is a beautiful place for pictures with their romantic stair cases and classic arches. We were really happy with the overall service, the staff were very accommodating and took real care and interest in our day. Thank you Jane! Booking the hall and working with the team was the one part of the wedding planning that was not stressful. It helped make the day special for us and we recommend to anyone thinking of using this venue for their big day.

Perfect Day, Perfect Venue, Perfect Service
We were married on the 17/7/2010 and choose the Nelson Room for our Ceremony, the Telfer Room for drinks reception which later became our children's room and the Victoria hall for our reception. We had over 300 guests including the children and the day went perfectly without a hitch. The hospitality team managed by Fiona McFarlane in Ealing were truly professionally and went an extra mile to make our day run smoothly. We had our event coordinator Zaara Hassan, Who worked with us on a regular basis from time of booking till the wedding day. She along with Fiona coordinated the day to perfection. We cannot thank you enough and will not hesitate to use your services again for another function.

Super venue
We had our wedding and reception at Ealing Town Hall and were extremely pleased with the organisation of the hospitality team. It was like having your own wedding coordinator without the expense! The team were super and worked with our other suppliers. We would definately use the Town Hall again for other functions and recommend it to friends and family.

Great venue, awesome service!
The rooms are lovely especially as they have recently been refurbished and the site has great facilities, but more significantly was the level of service they provided us for our wedding. The staff made it a priority that we''d have a good time regardless whether there were any logistical issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The building itself is lovely and romantic. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Brilliant wedding venue, Ealing staff were excellent
We decided on Ealing Town Hall as we live in Ealing, I knew the building and knew it would make a great wedding venue. We became further convinced when we saw pictures of what the Victoria Hall could look like once decorated and lit. It looks amazing. We then met the Council''s hospitality and events staff who on first meeting were very professional and helpful. But they were even much better than that. The head of the team, Fiona MacFarlane, and her staff were brilliant throughout. Always supportive, understanding and enthusiastic, they were always there for us and would guide us on all aspects of organising the wedding. Their expertise was a joy. We had originally thought of paying for a wedding organiser for the big day, but Fiona said that''s what she and her staff did - and how right she was. Myself and my wife were completely worry free all day. Anything we needed was done. Fiona and her team took care of any problems with the suppliers and contractors, and organised everything on the day, which started at 10am and lasted until 11pm. We had 150 people at our wedding, which included a civil and Hindu ceremonies, four course meal and disco and evening buffet. Everything went perfectly, thanks to Fiona and her team. Guests ranged from two years to 74 years and almost everyone said it was the best venue and best wedding they had ever been to. It was honestly a perfect day, and we can''t thanks Fiona and her team enough.
