Fairyhill is an elegant wedding venue situated in Gower, Swansea. This stunning property sprawls over 24 acres of verdant gardens and woodlands, setting an enchanting tone for your fairytale day. This grade two listed Georgian house exudes charm and romance, and welcomes you and your loved ones to enjoy a decadent wedding day. When it comes to photography, the local is ripe with breathtaking backdrops and coastal landscapes.
Facilities and Capacity
You and yours will benefit from exclusive use of the grounds here, enabling you to truly immerse yourselves in the experience of the celebration. An outdoor ceremony area is a picturesque spot to exchange vows amidst greenery, following that with a cocktail reception and mingling in the gardens. Your reception will then be held in the contemporary K Room. This glass-walled space lets the beauty of the outdoors fill your festivities with light. Up to 150 guests can be accommodated for your wedding breakfast. There is also ample space here for the evening party, with room for a DJ or live band, and a dance floor, too. Along with the K Room, Fairyhill also features luxurious accommodations, the garden room, gents lounge, Georgian lounge, and two stylish bars.
Services Offered
A wedding coordinator will work alongside you to curate your wedding experience. They will assist in organising the details, including in-house catering with the culinary team. The pet-friendly venue has ample parking available, and disabled access, so that all of your loved ones can be present and comfortable as you say "I do".

Absolutely stunning venue
Beyond our expectations!
Fairyhill was only the second venue we visited but we instantly fell in love with this gorgeous property. In particular, the K Room resembles an elegant tree house as it sits nestled amongst the trees and is flooded with luscious natural light.
The team were incredible and the day was seamless, despite us testing and pushing timings on a number of occasions. We did not have to think about anything as it was all taken care of and with great charm and humour.
We have received a large number of compliments about the food, with a number of guests saying it is the best they have ever had. Every dietary requirement was catered for and we were very impressed by the meal service where each course was delivered to the correct person without interruption.
Cleanliness. I was very impressed by how clean the venue was the next morning when I came down for coffee at 0800. Even more remarkable as guests only went to bed at 0200!
Cost. Wedding are expensive and it is hard to avoid that fact. There are also naturally a number of additional costs. However, I never felt we were nickel-and-dimed by the venue. All costs seemed reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances and plenty of concessions were made at no cost.
We had an amazing wedding weekend and can highly recommend Fairyhill.
Disappointing
There were also hidden charges which we weren't told about beforehand which we didn't resolve until a few weeks before our wedding. This caused alot of stress for us.
On the day so many things were not as previously agreed. Food options were changed without our knowledge, meal plans were changed, people didn't receive what they ordered...
To top it off a few of our items were lost or damaged by this venue, including part of my wedding dress!
One staff member, our driver, was excellent and the bar staff were super friendly. Apart from that though some staff didn't even smile. We even asked for our overnight items to be taken to our room but had to do this ourselves during the day.
I was very disappointed and after complaining I was given a written apology and offered no compensation, but only a hamper basket by way of apology, that 2 weeks later still hasn't arrived.
We even before checkout had guests from the next wedding trying to check in.
Very disappointing, especially for the money this venue charges for exclusive professionalism.
