We chose the Regency Suite for our wedding reception. Although the room itself has a larger capacity than we needed, we picked the Regency Suite because we wanted to have enough space for all the entertainment without having to move furniture on the day. We were a bit worried about the sound limiter as we had a live band, but the sound was great. We were able to make use of the bar and the staff were so friendly. We had a lovely time and it was a plus that it didn’t need much decorating as it’s beautiful on its own. Sophie was absolutely amazing, she was always answering any questions we had and let us come see the suite whenever we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Sophie!

We had our wedding reception at Woolston Manor, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from the planning to the very last moment of the evening was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The food was absolutely amazing — our guests are still talking about it weeks later! The decor, done by the in-house decorator Zahir, was stunning and fit perfectly with our modern theme. The whole venue looked beautiful, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special mention has to go to the incredible team who made our day so effortless. Dagmara was fantastic throughout the planning process — always available to answer our calls and emails, asking all the right questions to make sure no detail was missed. She made everything feel easy and stress-free. On the day itself, Jamaal, our event coordinator, was absolutely brilliant. He worked so well with our wedding party, constantly checking in to make sure everyone had what they needed and that everything was running smoothly. His calm and organised approach made such a difference and helped the day flow perfectly. Lauren was also amazing on the day — she made sure we had plenty of photos taken around the beautiful grounds and was so attentive, even helping my wife with her dress during the photos. The day ran so seamlessly thanks to everyone involved, and we were completely over the moon with how perfectly everything came together. We’re still on a high from it all! We would 100% recommend Woolston Manor to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-organised, and reasonably priced wedding venue. The staff truly care about making your day special — and they absolutely delivered for us.
