Outstanding attention to detail
From our very 1st visit to Woolston Manor to the big day itself, we were looked after by the charming staff, nothing was to much trouble. The food was exquisite with matching service. We had a wonderful day and have received fantastic comments from our guests.Sent on 14/06/2008

Good Value but not without it's hiccups
We got married here in May 2016, the grounds are stunning and well maintained but the organisation of the wedding staff is quite ridiculous. We saw 5 different people within 14 months to discuss our wedding, each time going over the same details. I constantly had to call them to discuss food tasting etc and they just struggled to keep in contact. Its a really nice venue but it just seems really unprofessional and like the girls didn't have a clue what they were doing. The day went without a hitch and we had a thoroughly great day, the food was amazing but just be aware that a lot of what they say in meetings doesn't actually happen. One of their constant phrases was ' we don't leave bottles of wine on the table like other venues we serve it throughout the meal so that you aren't left with bottles people aren't drinking' this didn't happen there was a selection of 3 wines on each table so just be careful of their detailing because I think it all falls apart on the day. Is it value for money and can the venue be dressed well to look great, YES. Would I chose this venue with the knowledge I have now, No.Sent on 25/08/2017
