Facilities and Capacity
Woolston Manor hosts celebrations for parties of 30 to 270 guests, and it is licensed for civil ceremonies. The Taylor Suite is the venue’s largest events area; with a seated capacity of 250; 180 on the ground floor with an additional 70 in our Mezzanine. The smaller Lounge has a seated capacity of 120; the Lounge can also be divided into two smaller rooms. Both rooms have their own private bars and a wrap around balcony that affords excellent views of the golf course.
Services Offered
Woolston Manor is available for exclusive hire, and it can be booked any day of the week. The venue offers a range of packages designed to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Package features include a menu tasting, poolside reception, three-course wedding breakfast, Chiavari chairs, golf buggies for the happy couple, and much more. Intimate and bespoke wedding packages are also available. Catering is provided by the venue’s talented team of chefs. Flawless Service and a Beautiful Venue
The food was absolutely amazing — our guests are still talking about it weeks later! The decor, done by the in-house decorator Zahir, was stunning and fit perfectly with our modern theme. The whole venue looked beautiful, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to the incredible team who made our day so effortless. Dagmara was fantastic throughout the planning process — always available to answer our calls and emails, asking all the right questions to make sure no detail was missed. She made everything feel easy and stress-free.
On the day itself, Jamaal, our event coordinator, was absolutely brilliant. He worked so well with our wedding party, constantly checking in to make sure everyone had what they needed and that everything was running smoothly. His calm and organised approach made such a difference and helped the day flow perfectly.
Lauren was also amazing on the day — she made sure we had plenty of photos taken around the beautiful grounds and was so attentive, even helping my wife with her dress during the photos.
The day ran so seamlessly thanks to everyone involved, and we were completely over the moon with how perfectly everything came together. We’re still on a high from it all!
