Carly at Elizabeth Victoria is exactly the kind of coordinator every supplier hopes to have on site. She brings real warmth and energy to the day, but what stands out most is how she treats it as a team effort, checking in with every supplier, making sure we've got what we need, and genuinely valuing the part each of us plays in the couple's day. She's quick to recommend other great suppliers too, which says a lot about how much she cares about getting couples the right team, not just filling a checklist. On the day itself, everything just runs smoothly because she's thought two steps ahead and kept everyone talking to each other. Couples working with her are in brilliant hands, and we'd happily work with her again any time.

Penny was unbelievably amazing from start to finish. She was responsive, incredibly organised, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Every element of our wedding was planned to perfection, and on the wedding day she was orchestrating from the front and behind the scenes, any problem that arose she solved. We felt incredibly lucky to have her as our wedding planner.

From the moment we met Nick and Alex, we knew they would be great to work with. From the very beginning, their knowledge and professionalism was evident and it helped us so much. Planning a wedding is a huge job and these guys made it so simple for us. They guided us along every step, offered honest advice (without trying to get more money off us!) and were so responsive. They helped us coordinate everything and their entire team were excellent. They are also great value for money and excellent at keeping you within your budget. Honestly, the day wouldn’t have been the same without everything they did for us. Would massively recommend!

We hired Green Lily Wedding Planning & Bar Service for our dry-hire wedding in May 2026, including their coordination services the day before the wedding and Sean to run the bar on the day. Hiring a wedding planner wasn't something we had originally budgeted for, but looking back, it was the best money we spent. Having the Green Lily team there meant we could actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what might go wrong. If there were any issues, we didn't even know about them because they had everything under control and made sure the focus was on us having the best day. After our initial planning calls with Precious, we felt confident that everything was well organised. She clearly mapped out the planning process and, in the weeks leading up to the wedding, took over communication with our suppliers. Any last-minute changes or problems were dealt with professionally and efficiently, which took a huge amount of stress off us. Precious, Sean and JC helped with the setup the day before the wedding, and their experience really showed. They thought about all the little details, from the positioning of signs and mirrors to dealing with last minute supplier hiccups without any worry. Having people who knew exactly what they were doing made a big difference and we knew we were in the best hands for our big day. Sean and the bar team were also fantastic - the service was always quick and friendly. Every drink was made exactly as we wanted, and there was never a queue. The whole team was organised, approachable and genuinely great fun to be around. They made the day run smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy it. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our big day so amazing. We would thoroughly recommend Green Lily to anyone planning their wedding, or needing an on the day co-ordinator. We couldn’t recommend Alix highly enough. We chose the Caring Coordinator package for our wedding at Limekiln, and it was one of the best decisions we made. We had two planning calls with Alix in the lead up to the wedding, which gave us complete confidence that everything we had planned would be organised and under control. On the day itself, she was professional and very reassuring. She kept everything running to time without us ever feeling rushed, coordinating suppliers, managing the schedule and quietly taking care of all the details behind the scenes. Having Alix there meant we could fully relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends, knowing everything was in safe hands. She was always one step ahead and handled everything seamlessly. If you’re considering a day-of coordinator, we genuinely can’t recommend Alix enough. She played such an important part in making our wedding day at Limekiln as smooth and stress free as it was. Emma is quite simply incredible at what she does. From start to finish, her wedding planning service was organised, professional and completely personal to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every detail was handled with such care and precision. Emma made the whole process feel calm and enjoyable, taking away any stress and ensuring everything ran perfectly. Lucy was such a delight to work with. We worked with her using her Hold Your Hand & On the day Coordination services. After securing a date with our dream venue, Syon Park, we were a bit lost as to how to move forward with the rest of wedding planning. We wanted to primarily plan the wedding ourselves but to get guidance from a professional who really knew our venue and someone who we could trust handing the day-of coordination to. Through our venue, we found Lucy, and immediately clicked with her. She already had so many ideas to offer after the first introductory call. From there, we had 5 HYH calls with her where she advised on everything from choosing suppliers to the nitty gritty details about how to make the day run smoothly. All the suppliers she recommended were a hit! And she definitely saved us money during the process too - everything from lighting/production to floral arrangements. Lucy took over from us for the on the day coordination about a month out from the wedding - we pretty much didn’t get much bother from our suppliers from then on out. Lucy added so many personal touches throughout the process, and on the day, she really reminded us to just let go of everything and to enjoy the day. The day ran so effortlessly - the timing was perfect, the decor was amazing, and the execution was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our special day!
