I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience choosing my wedding dress. From the moment I arrived, Alexa made me feel so welcome and relaxed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right dress for me. The boutique is beautiful, with such a lovely atmosphere, and the whole appointment felt so special. Finding my wedding dress is a memory I’ll treasure forever, and that’s all thanks to Alexa and the care she put into every part of the experience. I would recommend this boutique to any bride without hesitation. Thank you for making such an important day so perfect!

Lucy made us feel really welcome and was present at all appointments. She was keen to understand what styles I had already tried on at other shops and what I liked/disliked. I had my own private area to try on dresses and I did not feel rushed at all during the appointment. I ended up really liking Maggie Sottero as the dresses had great structure and were stunning - especially as I could add a glitter layer into my dress. Once I'd picked "the one", I went back a couple of weeks later for a second fitting and also tried some accessories with it. I felt like a million dollars in the dress so ordered it. Once the dress arrived, I collected it and did some minor alterations with a seamstress, I dropped it back at the shop for aisle ready service whereby it was steamed and stored ready for my wedding day. I picked it up the day before the wedding en route to the venue which was really handy! Will be taking my dress back soon to be cleaned and boxed with their service to capture the memory for years to come. Thank you Alta Costura and especially Lucy for a great experience and for helping me find my dream dress 👗 😍

Collecting my dress was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Debbie was absolutely wonderful—so kind, thoughtful, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed before the big day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her generosity with the little extras was such a lovely touch that made the experience even more special. Her care and attention to detail really shine through, and I'm so grateful for everything she did. Thank you for helping make such an exciting part of my vow renewal journey completely stress-free!

I honestly can’t recommend this bridal shop enough! From the moment we walked in, Lorraine and Olivia made the entire experience feel so personal and special. There’s no booking fee, and you get the entire shop to yourself, which made it feel really relaxed and exclusive. I was encouraged to pull and try on as many dresses as I liked, with no pressure, and they were amazing at gently steering me away from anything that was outside my budget — which I really appreciated. What made the biggest difference was how closely they listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. With each one I tried, we got closer and closer to THE ONE. They were so supportive and body-positive, giving me a real boost of confidence while also acknowledging and helping me work through my body hang-ups. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and ended up with a dress I feel incredible in. There was no pushy sales pitch — just genuine excitement when I found my dress. Before I said “yes,” they had me try it on again with a veil and shoes to complete the look, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly helped seal the deal. We were offered tea on arrival (which was lovely), but when I found the one, we were treated to some bubbly to celebrate! Thank you so much Lorraine and Olivia — you made it magical. 💕👰‍♀️

I just wanted to extend my thanks to Diana who was the most helpful, and supportive member of staff that helped me at my very first bridal appointment. It was such a lovely experience and her expertise and knowledge of what dresses would suit my body shape was greatly appreciated. This really helped me narrow down what dress to go for! She was on hand, so friendly, and made me feel calm and excited all at the same time! Dress Dreams were also very flexible. I had originally booked an appointment for 2pm, but I called to see if I could come in a little earlier, and they made that happen. Although I didn’t go for my final dress at Dress Dreams, I just wanted to express my thanks to the service that was given on the day of my first bridal appointment. I would definitely recommend visiting the store to anyone who is looking to buy their wedding dress. They have such a great collection of different style dresses. Beautiful veils and accessories that were also given to me to try on so that I could encapture what the final image will look like on the day! Such a lovely space within Tunbridge Wells which stood out from the rest of the stores visited.

Little London Brides was such an amazing experience, and Shan truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I felt like a princess from start to finish, and the level of care and attention was exceptional. I didn’t need to go anywhere else—I found exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t be happier thank you!

The girls at Chilham bridal are so lovely, I never felt rushed when trying on dresses and they really go out of their way to understand what you are looking for. They made the experience of finding my dress feel personal right from the start and I never felt under pressure or overwhelmed with them. They have an amazing choice of second hand and ex-display dresses which I loved the idea of, I am so glad that I found my dress with them.

I was a little nervous, going to look at wedding dresses but at Wedding Frox they made it such a magical experience. Janet was great, very experienced and gave me lots of good tips on what would work well with my figure. After I purchased the dress the contact and service was still really good. Happy I went with them!

Soo many dresses , excellent service and such a stunning place . Upon entering my name was there and I was greeted with a smile ! So helpful knowledgeable and everything you need to find your dress
