I attended the Camberley store with my mum at the start of my journey to find THE DRESS. We were warmly welcomed by every member of staff which made it a very friendly and comfortable environment. Our advisor took the time to understand what I was looking for in a dress. I was then told I could try on 4 dresses in the allotted time. The first dress was the one! I didn't want to take it off. I was still able to try on 2 other dresses to check I was 100% sure and for the fourth dress I retried on the first dress which I LOVED!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress as there are so many styles of dresses to choose and their helpful app also stores your details and the dresses you try on so if you wanted to look in another Wed2B store they will have your account and know what you have already tried and how you rated it. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and did not feel pressured or rushed at any point.

I want to start by saying how amazing Ava is, she is so lovely and made me feel so relaxed when I first started trying dresses on. Not only are the shop and dresses stunning but Ava is such an asset to the Fross Team. My mum and I were always so excited to come back in to try my dress on and to have a chat with Ava. She is so knowledgeable about the dresses and is so patient. I had 3 appointments before picking my dress and Ava was so patient with me. Thank you so so much 🤍

What an amazing experience, loved everything about it. Debbie had a wide range of selection of dresses and she was fantastic! With her years of experience and ideas, it inspired me to think of what was better for me rather than what I had in mind! She is very patient and delightful, listens and you are under no pressure to buy. I am a mature bride and she understood my requirements perfectly! Couldn't recommend Debbie enough, thank you very much for helping me to find the perfect dress for me. Best of all, the dressses were all very reasonably priced!

I went to several bridal boutiques before Alta Costura and just did not find a dress that I loved. I began thinking that the whole 'you just know' advice I heard from everyone did not apply to me. But Jo at Alta Costura was a wizard; 3 out of the 5 dresses she picked out for me were ones I absolutely adored. Even then, there was no pressure to make a decision right then and there, and I came back after I'd chosen my dream dress. I am disabled too and everyone at Alta Costura did not mind a bit and was so wonderfully kind and encouraging. I had the best time, and cannot wait to wear my dress on our wedding day.

I don't know where to begin but I cannot thank Lorraine and Olivia enough for helping me find the perfect wedding dress. From the moment I walked into their boutique I had the best feeling - their warmth, guidance, patience, and expertise made the whole dress shopping experience so special and they really did both make me feel so at ease after I had a previous bad experience. The shop is beautiful, well laid out and plenty of dresses in different styles. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me regularly updated. I felt beautiful and confident on the day which at one point I never thought I'd feel - thank you from the bottom of my heart! I just wanted to extend my thanks to Diana who was the most helpful, and supportive member of staff that helped me at my very first bridal appointment. It was such a lovely experience and her expertise and knowledge of what dresses would suit my body shape was greatly appreciated. This really helped me narrow down what dress to go for! She was on hand, so friendly, and made me feel calm and excited all at the same time! Dress Dreams were also very flexible. I had originally booked an appointment for 2pm, but I called to see if I could come in a little earlier, and they made that happen. Although I didn’t go for my final dress at Dress Dreams, I just wanted to express my thanks to the service that was given on the day of my first bridal appointment. I would definitely recommend visiting the store to anyone who is looking to buy their wedding dress. They have such a great collection of different style dresses. Beautiful veils and accessories that were also given to me to try on so that I could encapture what the final image will look like on the day! Such a lovely space within Tunbridge Wells which stood out from the rest of the stores visited.

I was greeted by the lovely Shan at Little London Brides, such a professional environment. Shan made me feel instantly at ease and so kind. She really understood what I wanted and also stuck within my budget. They have some beautiful designers and the space was so clean. Even had little touches which made the experience even better with heels in every shoe size. Thank you Little London Brides for helping me find my dream dress and for being so warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to send you pictures for after the wedding!

The girls at Chilham bridal are so lovely, I never felt rushed when trying on dresses and they really go out of their way to understand what you are looking for. They made the experience of finding my dress feel personal right from the start and I never felt under pressure or overwhelmed with them. They have an amazing choice of second hand and ex-display dresses which I loved the idea of, I am so glad that I found my dress with them.

Great value for money, the ladies were all so friendly and helpful. I left undecided between two dresses, and as soon as I got home I knew which one I wanted. I rang back and they let me come back and try it on later that same day on a Saturday which was very kind a patient of them! No complaints, a lovely experience! Thank you xxx
