The owner actually recommended a dress for me and I fell in love with it and soo excited to wear the dress. Just soo grateful. Thank you xx

I highly recommend Alta Costura for your wedding dress shop! The dresses are absolutely beautiful the shop is light, bright and spotless. The perfect place to pick your wedding dress! The wedding dress assistants are very helpful in understanding what you like and don’t like about dresses and then providing different options that are similar to what you like. Huge thank you to Alta Costura and the team for helping me pick the wedding dress of my dreams. The dress in the photo is Charis

I first visited Rosedene and Debbie in the beginning of July after trying over 30 dresses and with not much time left to the wedding (a bit over 2 months). Debbie put me at ease, she was lovely, listen to my preferences, shared her knowledge and was confident that I would find my dress. I found the dress, after pretty much trying 2 dresses, however the colour was in champagne, but Debbie told me that I could have it in Ivory, made to my length and if I wanted we could add an train, which I did, and it would arrive in time. I collected my dress on Saturday, with 3 weeks to go and it is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Debbie's for your time, friendly advise and expertise.

I honestly can’t recommend this bridal shop enough! From the moment we walked in, Lorraine and Olivia made the entire experience feel so personal and special. There’s no booking fee, and you get the entire shop to yourself, which made it feel really relaxed and exclusive. I was encouraged to pull and try on as many dresses as I liked, with no pressure, and they were amazing at gently steering me away from anything that was outside my budget — which I really appreciated. What made the biggest difference was how closely they listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. With each one I tried, we got closer and closer to THE ONE. They were so supportive and body-positive, giving me a real boost of confidence while also acknowledging and helping me work through my body hang-ups. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and ended up with a dress I feel incredible in. There was no pushy sales pitch — just genuine excitement when I found my dress. Before I said “yes,” they had me try it on again with a veil and shoes to complete the look, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly helped seal the deal. We were offered tea on arrival (which was lovely), but when I found the one, we were treated to some bubbly to celebrate! Thank you so much Lorraine and Olivia — you made it magical. 💕👰‍♀️

I just wanted to extend my thanks to Diana who was the most helpful, and supportive member of staff that helped me at my very first bridal appointment. It was such a lovely experience and her expertise and knowledge of what dresses would suit my body shape was greatly appreciated. This really helped me narrow down what dress to go for! She was on hand, so friendly, and made me feel calm and excited all at the same time! Dress Dreams were also very flexible. I had originally booked an appointment for 2pm, but I called to see if I could come in a little earlier, and they made that happen. Although I didn’t go for my final dress at Dress Dreams, I just wanted to express my thanks to the service that was given on the day of my first bridal appointment. I would definitely recommend visiting the store to anyone who is looking to buy their wedding dress. They have such a great collection of different style dresses. Beautiful veils and accessories that were also given to me to try on so that I could encapture what the final image will look like on the day! Such a lovely space within Tunbridge Wells which stood out from the rest of the stores visited.

Little London Brides was such an amazing experience, and Shan truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I felt like a princess from start to finish, and the level of care and attention was exceptional. I didn’t need to go anywhere else—I found exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t be happier thank you!

The girls at Chilham bridal are so lovely, I never felt rushed when trying on dresses and they really go out of their way to understand what you are looking for. They made the experience of finding my dress feel personal right from the start and I never felt under pressure or overwhelmed with them. They have an amazing choice of second hand and ex-display dresses which I loved the idea of, I am so glad that I found my dress with them.

Wedding Frox was the first dress shop I went to and I was blown away with how welcoming and friendly the staff were. I went by myself so it was a bit daunting especially for someone who isn't keen on shopping! However I was quickly put at ease by Eve and the other staff in the shop! It made my first wedding dress shopping experience a really positive one and I am glad I went there before I explored other options in different dress shops. I especially feel grateful to have gone to Wedding Frox first as unfortunately some of the other dress shops I tried I ended up not having good experiences due to the staffing and shops not being inclusive of dress sizes, leaving me feeling quite disheartened. So I returned back to Wedding Frox which was a breath of fresh air to have such a positive dress shopping experience! What felt great about this shop is they stock dresses in a variety of sizes that felt inclusive so I didn’t feel like I had to squeeze into any of the dresses (as I had to do in several other shops!). When I returned I had some previous dresses in mind to try out again and luckily they also had stock of new dresses which I hadn’t tried on before too! When trying on the dresses the staff made me very comfortable with being able to suggest and explore different ways of altering the dresses with how they thought the seamstresses may be able to adjust them. Being able to see what one of the new dresses looked like strapless (instead of an off the shoulder dress) is what led me to find my wedding dress! I felt that the staff were incredibly patient as I felt able to visit a couple of times by myself and when I found my wedding dress I was able to come back to the shop with some close friends to show and confirm this with them! Wedding Frox had several seamstresses they recommended me to choose from which was helpful for me to figure out the next steps. Throughout the whole experience I found they were friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful and supportive! Again thank you so much! My Dress was 'Stella York 8058'

chose Anya Bridal Couture because I wanted more than just a shopping trip — I wanted the traditional bridal experience, complete with a podium to try on dresses in front of my family and friends. I went in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted, but Kay picked out a few additional dresses for me too. Her choice ended up being the dress! In fact, when I got home that evening and looked through my photos, I realised I had actually saved a photo of the very same dress a few weeks earlier. Clearly Kay knew me better than I knew myself! The whole experience was so special, and I felt completely looked after from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Anya Bridal Couture highly enough!
